We (a couple) stayed here in February/March. Cesar (and family) met us on arrival at the property and were available (by phone) throughout the holiday. They were very helpful both before and during our stay. The apartment is in a great position overlooking the sea and catching the afternoon and evening sun even at this time of year. The gardens open out onto the beach which is 25kms long and which was virtually deserted. Fantastic for a winter getaway. The apartment is very clean and well stocked and the bedroom and balcony are particularly spacious. There is a designated space in the underground carpark which would be a real bonus in the busy summer months. Islantilla is very, very quiet at this time of year, but there are a few local restaurants open (Pavarotti, Bahia and Mirador) and several more a 20 minute walk away in La Antilla (La Fonda is good value). There is also a large supermarket nearby. A great apartment for a winter break.

El apartamento está genial para un matrimonio con niños pequeños, el residencial es realmente bueno, todo cuidado al máximo, la piscina excelente, y las zonas ajardinadas muy bien también, tiene una salida directa a la playa que es muy cómoda, y la playa que decir, excepcional. Justo al lado también está el centro comercial que para comer, cenar, pasear, tapear, o comprar algo es ideal. En líneas generales muy recomendable este apartamento.

Está situado a escasos 100 metros de la playa de Islantilla. El Apto tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje, toallas, lavavajillas, etc, ..incluso sillas para la playa. La urbanización es tranquila y muy segura. La plaza de garaje es perfecta porque el fin de semana es difícil aparcar en la zona. Tiene restaurantes y supermercado en el edificio contiguo. Lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Lo más probable es que volvamos.

Una urbanización muy tranquila, con zonas comunes bonitas y cuidadas. Excelente acceso a la playa. El apartamento está muy bien, con una terraza súper amplia. Al llegar vimos que no había aire acondicionado y pensábamos que iba a ser un problema, pero por la orientación y los ventiladores de techo, ni falta que hace! Y la plaza de parking te da la vida. Nos gusto mucho el apartamento y la zona. Totalmente recomendado 😉

El apartamento estaba genial muy equipado. Tiene todo lo que pone en el anuncio. Sugeriría que el baño se modernizase un poco poner ducha en lugar de bañera y un poco mas de luz pues es un poco escasa a la hora de maquillarse. Pero el resto es genial y la situacion con vistas al mar ha sido estupendo.

Apartamento coqueto, acogedor,moderno y con una terraza fantastica con vistas al mar. Tiene todo lo necesario y más.Las zonas comunes están cuidadas al detalle.La piscina enorme con hamacas y sombrillas. Tiene salida directa al paseo maritimo y accesos a la playa. Justo al lado está el centro comercial donde encontrarás gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercado. Lo recomiendo 100% Si vuelvo repetiria seguro.

Fantástico

El apartamento está muy bien equipado. La situación es inmejorable y la terraza perfecta. Además corre el aire de forma que aunque haga mucho calor en el exterior se está fresquito en él. Para ir con un peque está fenomenal ya que tiene algunos juguetes y libros y eso se agradece mucho. La cama súper cómoda y en general la experiencia muy positiva. Por poner alguna pega... el agua de la piscina estaba muy fría y el chiringuito cerrado (septiembre). No obstante repetiríamos sin dudar.

Beaucoup d avantages pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. Accès facile et rapide aux baignades, aux jeux mais aussi aux commerces. L appartement est très propre et bien agencé il y a un service de concierge très disponible de jour où de nuit. Nous avons eu une panne de machine à laver le linge, il a été remplacé à neuf en deux jours. Pour nous le seul point négatif était le bruit dans les couloirs le soir entre 22h et 1 à 2h.

Hemos pasado una semana impresionante. El apartamento es comodo, fresco, tranquilo, acogedor, moderno,... con unas vistas fantasticas,... La urbanizacion, igualmente, esta super cuidada, al minimo detalle, gran piscina, tranquila, acceso directo al paseo maritimo, justo al lado del centro comercial y enfrente de un par de accesos a la playa,... La zona, una maravilla! Oferta gastronomica, largos paseos, tranquilidad,... Si quieres algo mas de "jaleo", tienes La Antilla muy cerquita... Ideal para familias. No se si ha sido por la epoca del año en que hemos estado pero temperatura ideal; hemos dormido todas las noches con todo cerrado y nada de calor. En cualquier caso, el apartamento cuenta con ventiladores de techo que refrescan el ambiente muy rapido. En cuanto al propietario; rapido, dispuesto, amable, nos proporcionó informacion turistica y gratronomica de la zona e igualmente, cuna y un par de tronas (una de mano) para nuestro bebé. Una maravilla. Sin duda, volveremos.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort in der Vorsaison und wir waren rundum zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir mit den Kindern benötigten, inklusive Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und auch der Balkon ist sehr groß! Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und direkt am schönen Strand (3 min zu Fuß) gelegen. Ein Einkaufscenter mit Supermarkt, der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat, und Apotheke und diversen Läden und Lokalitäten ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt bald wieder! Der sehr schöne Pool macht erst im Juni auf (wir waren im Mai dort). Das ist aber nicht schlimm, da der Atlantik warm genug ist. Die Vermieter sprechen auch deutsch, so dass auch die Verständigung gut klappt.
