Modern 2 bedroom Holiday Appartment in Barcelona.The appartment is situated in the Guinardo Hort Barcelona area, well connected and only 8 minutes away by metro from downtown shopping and tourist areas ( Plaza Catalunya, La Pedrera, Ramblas ... etc). The metro Green line station its at only 2 minutes away from the flat. It is a perfect place to unwind and relax after a day full of visits and racking.

We came by car but we don`t need it the whole time because of the very good metro connection whci brought absolutly flexibility. After arrival the landloard showed us our parking space and gave us a short indroduction of the flat. He spoke very good english and the conversation was very friendly. The flat was as shown in internet. It was a very nice stay there

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, well equiped and very comfortable. The host met us and gave us lots of tips about travelling around Barcelona. The location was perfect.. metro stop just around the corner, supermarket within a two minute walk along with a chemist, cafe and bar. We also had underground parking for our rental car which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

You feel welcome walking into this bright cheery apartment. It is great to have a washer and a dryer (almost unheard of in Europe) and secure parking. The metro stop is very close for going downtown. Alejandro is kind and solved a problem in the apartment promptly. We would highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce bel appartement. Très bien situé, dans une résidence calme, vraiment très près du métro.
En 4 jours et en marchant pas mal nous avons vu et visité les incontournables de Barcelone. Un supermarché à proximité permet d’aller à pied faire ses achats.

In derNähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker und kleine Cafés und die Metro(in 10 Minuten in derCity) Alejandro war super pünktlich, gab uns praktische Tipps, warnte uns während unseres Aufenthalts vor dem Generalstreik und den Demonstrationen, kümmerte sich also toll um uns. Barcelona ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder: Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb (wir haben bei der Ankunft vom Hafen zur Wohnung kein Taxi bekommen), aber mit der Metro ist alles schnell erreichbar. Es ist schön ruhig im Haus, Top waren die Waschmaschine und Trockner, Supermarkt und sehr guter Bäcker in der Nähe.

Grazie ad Alejandro per la sua disponibilità. Appartamento funzionale , pulito e piacevole in una bella zona tranquilla, lontano dal caos del centro, comunque rapidamente raggiungibile con sla linea L3 della metrò sotto casa o dal bus v21 che va alla degrada famiglia o direttamente alla spiaggia di Barceloneta. Perfetto per noi e i nostri due ragazzi. Posto auto al coperto compreso. Consiglio vivamente.

The apartment was very appealing to the eye and decorated very very nicely. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for four. It didn't take long to feel very comfortable. The subway just a short walk. Would recommend this apartment completely.

Recommended for a small family break
Apartment was lovely with great self catering facilities. Place is located on the outskirts of the city, and near an awesome park with a maze and a good place to start your exploring. You can reach town centre within 15 minutes of leaving the apartment with the regular metro. Alejandro was really helpful in getting us orientated with the facilities and local area, including the supermarket and cafes.

Perfect place for a family!
We had a great stay for 1 week at Alejandro' apartment in Barcelona. Great location, 2 minutes from L3 Metro, the apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt very much at home here and would definitely recommend to anyone. We hope to come back to Alejandro apartment in future. A FANTASTIC TIME IN BARCELONA
We just returned from an amazing vacation in Barcelona. Alejandro, our host, is outstanding!!!! He provided a lot of helpful tips and information regarding transportation and places to see. He was wonderful to work with from booking to check out, always answering emails quickly and providing access by phone and text as well. His flat is adorable; so neat, clean, and classically decorated. It has absolutely everything you might need. So much better than a hotel; we had a place with the space to rest when we needed it and to eat in when we were too tired to go out. It is truly a home away from home. The apartment complex has multiple parks, a large supermarket, and several little eateries right below you in the courtyard. The Mundet metro stop is a three minute walk to the other side of the complex which gives you access to ANYWHERE you might want to go in Barcelona. No need to ever rent a car as getting around the city from the flat is a breeze! If you are ever heading to Barcelona, I HIGHLY recommend booking Alejandro's flat!

Lovely apartment in convenient location
We spent a wonderful 3 days in Barcelona and this apartment worked out really well for us. The apartment is modern and very clean and in a great location. You need to take the metro to the city center ... but the metro stop is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the metro system is super easy to use. Alejandro was very responsive and answered many questions prior to our stay. He provided a map when we arrived and oriented us to everything we'd need near the apartment ... including nice restaurants close by. We stayed with our 2 adult children and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this apartment very highly for your visit to Barcelona.

As good as (well, actually a little better than) the pictures!
We stayed 9 days and really enjoyed the apartment. A few extra touches have been added: rugs in several spots, a drip coffee maker, and a little bigger TV. Wi-fi was good for our laptop, but neither of our phones could find the signal (no big deal since the laptop connected okay). The place was VERY clean. Large fridge with large freezer. Clothes washer and dryer are on small back porch and easy to use. We did not use the AC unit. The grocery store (Consum) is in adjacent complex - about 3 minute walk - and well-stocked. There is also a BBVA bank with ATM. Cafe and Bakery folk not very friendly (oh well). The Metro (clean and safe to use) was just 5 minute's walk. This is a family neighborhood so you have children, dogs, playing noises and a little "get up to go work in the morning" noises - all in all an excellent place to stay. But there are not any retail shopping streets or many places to eat in the area so you do depend on metro/bus. When we return to Barcelona, we will stay here again. One suggestion: a new skillet for the kitchen. See you again soon, Alejandro! PS - the beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful apartment
At first I was dragged that the apartment was in the suburbs but the metro was practically out the door and a very convenient line. The area was quiet and has a huge grocery store and a few small cafes. When we needed a taxi to the train station there was a hotel a half a block away with taxis waiting. The owner of the apartment is a nice man and was quite helpful when we arrived. I would definitely stay there again.

Barcelona Hideaway
Comfortable, clean apartment just North of downtown Barcelona. Close to subway stop which made getting in and out of bustling town easy. Nearby there is a grocery store, restaurants, bakery. Ideal location for a couple or couple with kids. Our host Alex was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Barcelona.
