About this cottage rental
Boscarne is a modern property situated in the town of St Ives in Cornwall. It has four super-king size rooms, two of which are zip link and can be twins on request, also two have en-suite facilities, there is also a double room, family shower room and bathroom, it can sleep ten people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as a utility. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and a rooftop terrace with furniture and a barbecue and hot tub. Boscarne is a sensational property in a beautiful harbour town.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner ( logs are provided). Induction hob and electric double oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x dishwashers, 6 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, projector with drop down screen, surround sound, Sonos sound system. Living room with remote-controlled drop-down screen with surround sound providing a cinema experience. WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. EV charging point, use included in the rent . Private terrace with furniture, barbecue and outdoor warm water shower and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.
