Gorgeous, comfortable, welcoming

I loved the space - it was much bigger than I expected. The beds were so comfortable, the house was warm and cozy and I loved the milk and treats left for us on arrival! We loved being right in the village with quick access to a coffee shop, groceries, restaurants and pubs!

There was nothing about the stay that we didn’t like!

Lovely stay in a cosy cottage! Can’t wait to come back

Perfect location for a getaway with my family. Right beisde kilbrony forest park for gorgeous walks. I loved that there was a play park on site for my little girl and we really made use of the outside space. Some lovely little touches with a basket of goodies and breakfast. And a cupboard full of board games and activities for kids.

I didn’t like the spiral staircase. Although it looked fab it was a bit of a nightmare with an adventurous toddler. Maybe some form of removable stair gate would have solved this.

Didn’t want to go home! Amazing weekend with family and stayed in the best place for it exceptional!

Everything! So cosy, welcome message from Toni, and left snacks and a delish apple pie! The place was 100 out of 10!

We loved the Lodge and the area.

Loved the accommodation and the area. The Lodge was really suitable for us and we found a lovely welcome package when we arrived. Everything was very clean and we would stay there again.

Our dog wouldn’t go up the spiral staircase but it wasn’t very important.

The lodge is beautifully decorated, comfortable and cosy. The host Toni left a beautiful basket of provisions for us on arrival and was quick to help when our wifi went off temporarily! She was helpful and friendly but also not intrusive in any way. The location is wonderful. We were able to visit nearby villages at ease. We will definitely book again. Gorgeous place, and dog friendly too!

Cozy hideaway with great facilities

Really loved this place!! The decor is so cozy the pictures don’t do it justice. The outdoor play area for kids was amazing and board games is such a nice touch. I will be dreaming above the little stove fire. We are dying to go back.

Beautiful Little Lodge and surrounding area. It also had a beautiful enclosed garden area for the kids & our dog to play. This was a big plus for us with having our dog with us, we needed a safe enclosed area to let her roam free & this was perfect. The Lodge itself was immaculate & up to date. It had everything we needed for our stay and the welcome package was a lovely surprise. Our kids especially loved the cupboard full of board games which we had fun in the evenings with. We will definatley be back

Couldn't have wished for a better property.

Everything, especially the goodie pack that was left for us - what a lovely gesture. Friendly, efficient and 100% would recommend to anyone thinking of staying there.

Location, vibe, safe feeling and easy walk to pub, restaurants and shop. Cottage was so quaint ideal for a couple like us or for a family with a couple of kids. The pay area for children looks fun and safe.

Perfect place to spend Christmas - it was exactly like the Holiday (except no Jude Law).

The property was an exceptional place to stay - excellent kitchen facilities, lovely wood burning stove and seating area and extremely comfortable bedrooms. Toni added so many thoughtful details (e.g. the fire was loaded and ready to light, the place was decorated for Christmas) that we were really blown away with how lovely it was.

Amazing unique property bursting with character & charm.The Lodge exceeded our expectations.It is an extremely well thought out property.It has been renovated,designed & decorated to a very high standard.Every detail throughout the entire property has been so considered.It was clean & comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful & friendly.The welcome pack was thoughtful & generous.

AMAZING!

Honestly loved every single thing about it including the location, everything is at your door step, beach is around the corner & I loved that there was a big garden, play house & lots of kids toys! The lodge is beautiful, and the beds are so comfortable, our host had left us a little basket of goodies which was so lovely! The fire really set it off for us, it kept the place so warm and made the place feel like a home! I will definitely be back!

Brilliant

Really cosey place to stay, you can feel yourself relaxing as soon as you walk through the door. It's the 2nd time we stayed and Toni has added streaming services to the TV which is great when the weather's bad. We loved the log burner and all the wee treats left for us. We'll definitely be back!!

The weather lol, but we're used to that!
