About this house rental

the house, of about 70 square meters, has large outdoor spaces with garden, equipped with reclining deck chairs (and 2 tilting), 3-seater rocking chair, a large extendable table with wooden chairs under a covered veranda overlooking the sea, another metal support table, outdoor kitchen covered by a roof, with sink. heated outdoor shower, a green lawn facing the sea. The interiors, newly renovated and comfortable, have a double bedroom with spring mattresses, wardrobes, shoe rack and chest of drawers with mirror, another room with 2 comfortable beds, one of which with a new latex mattress (the second pull-out bed with comfortable spring mattress) and slats with wooden slats, chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe. Living room with brand new double sofa bed, an extendable wooden table with 6 chairs, a newly installed modular kitchen, also equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, glasses and various dishes; there is also an electric espresso coffee machine with capsules supplied, a 32-inch LCD TV with satellite decoder, air conditioning. The completely renovated bathroom has a shower with a metal box and a washing machine. The two bedrooms have ceiling fans with controls next to the beds.

A great stay in a quiet residence just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful cove, quite large, with lovely fish to watch. Very pleasant place! Ideal for families with children. The entrance to the Zingaro park is also within walking distance. Pleasant house with garden, very well equipped and beautiful sea view. Nunzio was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Wir waren zu zweit in diesem Haus. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Nunzio hat uns in Empfang genommen und hat uns am späten Abend noch nach Scopello gebracht, damit wir dort essen konnten. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Das Ferienhaus lag sehr ruhig und wir konnten jeden Tag die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Leider war die Küche und deren Gegenstände nicht so sauber wie wir das bisher von den Ferienunterkünften kannten. Die Nähe zum Zingaro Nationalpark war toll. Die Landschaft, die wir bei 2 Wanderungen dort gesehen haben, war beeindruckend!

Vacances tres agreables !

Un bel endroit pour visiter le nord de la sicile. Erice, selinonte, segeste, trapani, palerme et dans un gite situe a 5 mn a pied d une petite plage de graviers avec des poissons ! Le gite est confortable et dispose d une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer pour dejeuner. N oublions pas les figuiers pour les retours de baignade. Un grand merci a Nunzio pour ces 10 jours tres agreables.

La grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. Proche de la plage, on peut facilement y aller à pied. Nunzio est un hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Le confort est au rendez-vous. La famille a apprécié son séjour dans la villa Sara.

Bella porzione di villa a pochi passi dal mare. Si gode della propria indipendenza. Cucina ben fornita di utensili, posate e pentolame. Ambienti puliti e spaziosi. Bello alzarsi la mattina e fare colazione con vista mare. Proprietario gentile e premuroso. Mare splendido ma spesso affollato e forse non l'ideale per bambini

We enjoyed our stay, but the steep roads meant we drove rather than walked

Although we did not meet Nunzio, his brother-in-law (Alberto) and his wife were very helpful on arrival in directing us to the apartment (down a steep rough road) and explaining the facilities. Beautiful sea view from terrace, apartment very well furnished, tables and chairs both inside and out, comfortable bed. Kitchen very amply equipped with full-size hob, oven, microwave, and plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. English guests might appreciate a kettle for making tea - we used a saucepan. We did trip the 3kW power limit once which took 10 minutes to sort out. Direct access to the beach is via steep paths and over 40 steps (and getting back needs good legs). Walking into Scopello (for its restaurants) is possible, but back up the steep road. Unfortunately the Tonnara was temporarily closed during our stay. But one delightful serendipity was a pair of swallows courting, mating, and sitting on their nest next door - in full view of our outdoor table.

Très bon séjour dans la location de Nunzio, accès direct en 5min à pied à une très belle plage près de la réserve naturelle. Location avec toutes les commodités dans résidence sécurisée , joli jardin avec bbq et balancelle. Wifi marche très bien. Merci à Nunzio pour ses pâtisseries typiques à la ricotta offertes à notre départ le dernier jour ! Marylene et Axel

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Vermieter

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Ferienhaus-Areal, welches aber sehr hübsch gestaltet ist. So hat jeder ein eigenes Grundstück und die nötige Privatsphäre. Wir haben dort einige Tage mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern verbracht, was sehr gut geklappt hat. Die Wohnung hat für 4 Personen eine gute Größe. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum (Stein)Strand kann man in wenigen Minuten laufen.
