Beach Access, Laundry Capabilities and Easy Check In.
Top Bunk was a little close to the ceiling.

Perfect for a small family, literally 3 minute walk to the beach! Very clean! We had a great time and appreciated the early check in as we had a 9 hour drive to get here ! Clean towels were provided as well as plenty of cooking utensils even though we didn't cook lol .
Would have been nice if there was wood for the firepit, was 1 log in it so we didn't even bother building a fire . Grill looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in sometime so we didnt use it . Tv in bedroom kept freezing but no biggie. Couch wasn't as pictured as others have mentioned and was really uncomfortable to sit on .

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive to our messages. The home itself was so cute and very inviting. There was plenty of room for five of us and a dog. Very close to beach! We will definitely be coming back to stay at this property!! ❤️❤️

Not much.
It wasn’t a 3 minute walk to the beach like they said. The floor was filthy. The day of check out the girl came at 9:30 and we felt we had to get out then instead of check out time at 10:00.

Everything was provided for us pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, shampoo/ conditioner/ body soap even towels and things for the beach. The home itself is cozy and I love that the home owner took care of our problem right away. Although the home is small the rooms are spacious. I would come back and stay here on my next vacation.
The water in the bathroom didn't have enough pressure to shower comfortably. However, we got that fixed the day after we told the owner [less then 24hrs]. The blocks to play Jenga had termites on them too but, we forgot to tell them about it.

I loved the location and it was very clean
Not a big enough mirror and not enough dressers to put clothes in

The fenced area and the laundry facility that was available to us. The price for the stay.
There was supposed to be a pull out couch in the living room. Turns out it was a small, very uncomfortable futon. I couldn’t even sit on it to watch TV. The bunk bed was a different bed than was originally pictured. It’s a cute place but I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 people staying here at a time.

Very clean.. location was great for the beach access but nothing else was close enough to walk to. The beach chairs and floats were nice to use since we forgot to bring some.
The dang sand spurs!!! Ouch 🤕 and the other family’s snoring!! Holy cow! Could hear through the walls!!! Also could use little upgrades.. big gap in the door frame which made flys come in. Needed extra trash bags and TP, even hotel rooms provide extra. Need to update the pillows for the beds and provide ways to hang your towels up in the bathroom. Would like to have been able to check in early since it was mentioned and then was told no.

I liked everything about it mostly because we had the common area to ourself but I loved it my family loved it it was beautiful and high quality
A little bit high on the price for check in time to be at 4 I understand a whole hotel but you waste half the day on your first day also would be better if we had newer bed sheets

We loved the house. It was just what we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Loved that we could walk to the beach and that we didnt have to worry about parking.
The tv in the master room didnt work and there was no TV in the other bedroom for the kids. There also was no extra trash bags.
The neighbor kept letting her dog poo in the driveway and she didnt clean up after it.
