In a quiet, sunny location the house is located on a small hill, 1200 meters from the sea in a dead end.

The terraced house is ideal for children, and was renovated in 2011. The house with its five rooms was elegant and comfortable. The living and dining room you will find a cozy sitting an open fireplace, satellite-TV and radio. A bedroom with a bunk bed is also available on the ground floor. In the 27m ² kitchen includes inter alia Four-burner stove, dishwasher, stove, microwave and all necessary items prior to cooking and eating. A full bath is also located here. Upstairs are three bedrooms each with a double bed and one bedroom has an additional single bed. Another bathroom with toilet and bidet is also available upstairs. The house also has electric heating, a washing machine and WIFI.

A natural garden and a swimming pool (8 x 4 m) are available for single occupancy available. A shower is also available in the pool area. A terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue invite you to linger. Parking is located on site.

The villa is characterized by an excellent location. From Faro you only drive 40 minutes. It is located in the heart of the Algarve, close to the center of Carvoeiro. It is especially suitable for families and leisure travelers who seek tranquility by the sea. A Shop is 700 m, another grocery store and a supermarket are within a 2.5km distance. A commercial center is located in one and a half kilometers away. In about 500m distance you will find restaurants, bus stop 500 m, and a golf course (18 holes). You can play tennis at 100m and riding stables are located just two kilometers. The sandy beach and the sea can be reached in approximately 1200m.


Casa da Oliveira is situated 900m from Carvoeiro and from Atlantic ocean, about 58 kilometres away from Faro Airport, comfortabily to be reached within 40 minutes as 90% is double lane. Starting at the villa you can make long walks on the cliffs and enjoy the most spectacular views. Carvoeiro is a traditional fishermen´s village, fortunately having kept an authentic atmosphere over the years, making it to one of the most popular villa holiday destinations in the Algarve The centre looks down onto a small beach bay enclosed by rock formations, Praia do Carvoeiro, surrounded by slopes with original building style. Carvoeiro has a name for quality tourism, golf courses Pinta and Gramacho and Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis invite, another 10 golf courses within 40 car minutes reach. Ferragudo has also kept its traditional flair, especially at and around the square. The most beautiful bay beaches are only minutes away, parents can also choose (Arade) river side beaches(no waves!!).
The villa is an ideal base for a family holiday, with its own pool, and BBQ leavng the villa can be an effort. However, there are 2 waterparks and the famous Zoomarine within 20 minutes of the villa.

Within a 10 minute drive there are numerous fantastic beaches, with stunning views.

Numerous golf courses, including Pennina, are within a 15 minutes drive, the nearest being Pinta and Gramacho, being only 5 minutes away. For those who prefer retail therapy, the Algarve shopping centre is only another 10 minute drive away, with the exclusive resort of Vilamoura and designer shops a 30 minute drive, an excuse to lunch whist deciding which yacht to purchase!

How to get there

Most budget airlines now fly to Faro airport which allows you to book cheap flights early in the season. Car hire can be arranged for you with pick-ups and drop-offs from Faro airport, at what we feel is the best price in the Algarve.

Taxi transfers can be arranged. One way: up to 4 people, 55 Euros. up to 8 people, 70 Euros.

Distances

The main supermarket is Inter Mache, it is a 2-3 minute drive from the villa. You will pass it on the right when entering Carvoeiro, there are also several mini markets spread about the village and a market.

It is only a few minutes walk into the town centre, beach, shops, grocers and restaurants.

There are many banks and cashpoints situated in Carvoeiro which are for your use and there is a post office with internet access.

There is a tennis club 5 minutes drive from the villa.
