Best place to stay with a child!

Everything was just perfect! We've spent 1 night here with our 2 years old son and loved the place. This place is just made for a comfortable stay with a kid - design is just amazing, the view overlooking the lake is just amazing, staff is crying, they provide a baby crib and baby bath upon request, there is a kids room on the 1st floor with lots of toys an a lovely garden with a playground surrounded by dinosaurs where we loved to chill. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and included in the rate, as well as unlimited access to the zoo and free parking. One more thing to add - the hotel has it's own access to the zoo, no need to spend time in the line, you just use your own key to enter the zoo, it was really handy since we arrived on Sunday and there were plenty of people.

Thanks for everything!It was our best stay in Hungary and we will definitely come back.

the location was brilliant the design of the hotel and rooms was really nice

-allmost no healthy food. -no boiled water for tea or oat flakes - only from one very slow and allways occupied coffee machine

If you find a good deal definitely worth the price as direct access to the Zoo is unbeatable.

It is a very nice and stylish hotel with amazing location. The rooms and all facilities were exceptionally clean and the staff was super friendly.

Surprisingly the quality of the food is very very low, something you would expect at a work self-serve canteen but not at a hotel like this.

Superb in all aspects! Food was very good. The unlimited access to the zoo is priceless.

Everything, it was SUPERB în all aspects. I will come here all over again. The fact that you can go at the zoo and get back to the hotel and back to the zoo... I think this is priceless. The food was very very good, at breakfast and also at dinner! We found surprises in our room (like the fact that you can make popcorn). The entire hotel is spectacular in how it is designed. All rooms are different and themed by an animal you can see at the zoo. Very good lighting in the new company room; they wanted to see how good they cleaned everything! 😂 Very nice. The stuff was customer centric and helped us immediately.

We found out, months after our visit, that there was an indoor playground for small children... 😔. I bet our child would have enjoyed it, but we were not informed about such a place.

if you are looking for nature luxury! this is it in Hungary.

The food was amaaaaazing. and the staff were so friendly. and the zoo entrance was a great plus! i love also that during checkout they still give you a zoo pass for that day.

The WiFi sometimes was slow.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained! The food was great and various. The stuff is friendly and helpful, we could see that they really care of this place. The hotel have also a good garden, where you can rest well. The zoo was right after the garden. We could even see some animals from the room window)

A perfect hotel for family. Special decoration, a nice playground in the yard with dinosaurs. The food was excellent. I only have words of praise for this location. And the best thing is that from behind the hotel you enter directly into the zoo, so you avoid the queues at the entrance.

Love this hotel

Excellent location and excellent food. The hotel is in neighborhood of the Zoo, it has a private door into the zoo and you can enter and exit any time. very friendly stuff, private parking.

Excellent property neighboring the zoo, friendly staff, tasty food

Front desk ladies were very helpful, smiling all the time, gave us good information. Food was excellent, the staff very helpful, the relaxation area very welcoming.

We didn’t like that our stay was short. We definitely would stay longer that we did.

We had a great familytime.

The easy access to the zoo is a real plus, you do not feel the rush to run to the zoo. Thematic approach in hotel is very nice. The playcourt with trampoline is an extra benefit for the kids. The relaxedness on the terrace is a great extra for parents.

good stay but not vegetarian friendly

the rooms, the surroundings, the garden, the Zoo

the menu, although it was supposed to be halfboard there were no drinks included in the evening (not even a glass of water, everything is extra) and it just wasn’t vegetarian friendly. Way too much meat and very little to choose from if vegetarian.
