Apartamenty duże, obsługa miła ale warunki średnie

Blisko do rynku i duże apartamenty. Obsługa dyskretna i nie narzucała się, za to była pomocna i odpowiadała na wszelkie pytania czy wątpliwości

Zdecydowanym minusem był brak miejsca aby wypakować swoje rzeczy. Po wjechaniu na podworko, którym mielismy wnosić bagaże, naszła nas mieszkanka tamtejszego mieszkania, że jeśli nie odjedziemy to nas lawetą zabiorą a hotel nie ma tu prawa pozwalać parkować bo parking jest tylko dla mieszkańców. Poza tym nie bylo miejsc wiec aby przeniesc rzeczy biegalismy do pokoju z samochodu, ktory blokowal przejazd. Hotel posiada miejsca parkingowe (płatne dodatkowo) ale 400m od hotelu 2 ulice dalej. Drugim minusem był kurz i brud w pokoju. Dzieci po pobycie 3 godziny w pokoju przez dzień miały całe czarne skarpety, żelazko spalone (posiadało strzępy materialu) a kanapa wraz z poduszkami miała plamy. Dodatkowo klimatyzacja w pokojach jest, ale nie działała.

Wir kommen nie wieder!

Bitte buchen Sie dort niemals ein Appartement zur Straße raus!.Man hat das Gefühl, als stünde das Bett mitten auf der Kreuzung.Straßenbahnen, die um Kurven rattern,direkt vor dem Fenster eine Ampel ,von der mit Kavaliersstart und extra knatterndem Auspuff losgefahren wird - und das die ganze Nacht durch! Desweiteren ließ die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig: Es gab z.B.nur eine King-Size Bettdecke.Da wir als Freundinnen, also kein Paar - gerne jeder eine einzelne Bettdecke gehabt hätten, baten wir freundlich darum.Leider war im gesamten Haus keine weitere Decke verfügbar, eine von uns schlief dann unter dem Bettbezug. Die Leselampe auf der einen Seite des Bettes konnte nicht eingeschaltet werden, da es in der Nähe des Bettes keine Steckdose gab. Für jeden nur ein Handtuch, Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang-oder Wand d.h. man müsste sich zu Duschen setzen, um das Bad nicht unter Wasser zu stellen. Kein Duschvorleger. Der WLAN Zugang funktionierte erst einen Tag später und das erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung sich darum zu kümmern. Das Personal war größtenteils nicht besonders entgegenkommend.

Pokój w porządku, ale hałasują tramwaje

Jest recepcja, winda, czysto, świeżo po remoncie, łóżko ok, b. blisko do rynku, bardzo dobre śniadanie (300 m od noclegu).

Miałem pokój od ulicy, bardzo duży hałas przez tramwaje uniemożliwiająy otwarcie okna.

Good location, good value for money. Rooms noisy from entrance side and one could not blind windows.

the room was from the tram side, quite noisy and the curtains did not cover the window. We had to ask for additional curtains to be able to sleep. Changing room was not possible.

Хорошее место, чтоб насладиться достопримечательностями Вроцлава и отдохнуть

Расположение непосредственно в центре Вроцлава возле основных достопримечательностей. Есть возможность завтракать в соседнем отеле за доп.плату. очень приветливый персонал на ресепшен

Нет собственной парковки. Если есть место во дворе, то можно оставлять машину там, но мест очень мало

Great place to stay, recommend and would stay more

Apartments situated very comfortable, few minutes by walks and you are in center, very delicious kitchen in the first floor and mostly cheaper and more tasty than in other restaurants, girls on reception is very friendly and help with my situation that I feel like I stay with some friends. Bed is so cozy and great for resting. In apartments was all necessary for trip

There were no disposable slippers. this is the only thing i missed. The system has a different address. upon arrival, you had to go to another building.

The location was great

I didn’t like the fact that on booking they show the price without VAT and then they withdraw the money with VAT. If I had known the price did not include VAT, I wouldn’t have booked the apartment.

Very nice place, but parking the car may be a problem!

Everything was nice and clean, there was a well equipped kitchen.

In the bathroom, we couldn't get the plug of the sink up, so the water didn't go down. Parking place was full, and it was very difficult to find a place for the car, it took almost an hour to find a place for the car.

If it wasn’t about car park or better info on their site- Great.

Property is located in great spot, close to rynek.

Car park, I choose hotel with car park - there wasn’t any car park( at least didn’t find any). When I called hotel about car park - they said - is 400m away but no more space available… I’m not gonna comment more on that. Otherwise Great.

The flat which is comfortable and safe in the city center.

The bed was comfortable.

In the bathroom there was no hampoo and shower gel. The bathtub was small and the flat was noisy because of city location.

The hotel is situated at perfect place of the city - you have 5 minutes everywhere. Big comfortable rooms where you can find everything for your good rest. Thank you for well organized appartment.

Nice location

Lack of noise isolation. It gets very loud at night if a noisy group of people is staying. That was our case. No one makes sure the rules are followed in the residence. As a result, we could not sleep well.

Exceptional

Great value for money, as it is the low season I believe, but still, it exceeded my expectations. Very clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment - just in the heart of Wroclaw, 5 mins from the Rynek.

Noise coming out of the ventilation pipe in the kitchen, but it didn't bother me too much.

The location is very good The furniture looks new The room was clean, the kitchen area had everything you need to cool a simple meal The bed was comfortable You have a nice view towards the water There was a bathtub

There is no salt and pepper, we had sugar, a bit of coffee and tea bags There is no shampoo nor shower gel The doors are very thin or badly isolated so you can hear in the room everting from the bathroom or from the main hallway The view from the window also includes a quite big street (noisy during the day, but we didn’t hear anything during the night) and a factory chimney
