Location and restaurant
House keeping is very bad including the house keeping staff.
There was no smile or greeting from staff. It seemed most of them were doing their duty under compulsion

It’s clean and cleaners (Salim) and the bell boy were nice.
The reception ladies could’ve been better (not great customer service skills plus no English)
Also the single beds were too small. Probably the smallest bed I have stayed in.

Clean , super value for price .
Language has always been an issue in Saudi which is changing now … bus service from hotel to haram is not frequent and because of language explaining them is another challenge but not much to complain as the price is too good to offer

Receptionists are GREAT!
The beds are comfy.
Very quiet place.
Easy accissble hotel.
Paid parking is good. 50 SAR per day
The GYM is okay, not as much as the pictures, but it does the job.
The prayer area is great.
Sufficient elevators.
Enough towels and toiletries.
Clean: NOT-Clean,
Room: I found dirt on the floor upon check-in, requested housekeeping immediately and they cleaned it the next day!
Bathroom: Once after a shower, the dirt in the corner all came out. It was obvious that it wasn't properly cleaned.
The toilet lid was broken.
Breakfast is 65 SAR per person, too expensive for the quality.
Housekeeping takes forever to come.
The Quads room is so small that you can't place a prayer mat inside the room.
The in-room lighting is not good. too dull.

Hotel was further away from Al-Haram and nearer to Mina. Hotel was very comfortable with plenty of lifts, the rooms were large and comfortable. Considering we had gone during Ramadhan time , there was plenty of choice for suhoor breakfast.
I had read some of the reviews before booking and had asked questions in regards to shuttlebus to and to from Al Haram. We were reassured that there was sufficient shuttlebus and reception staff confirmed that we would be dropped off at Al-Haram but didn’t and only to find out that we get dropped off at Jamarat bus station. To get on the bus there is a charge of 4 riyals each way. There was always long queues and taxi’s don’t like to go come and go into this area and basically charge you what they like. Uber taxi was too slow to arrive. This delayed getting on time for salah.
Housekeeping was non existing even though there was staff around and family member rang for laundry but never answered the calls. We had to get laundry done outside the hotel.
Bin Dawood supermarket is nearby with cash machine. Unfortunately, there are not many eating places and you would have to travel further away.
If anyone is deciding to go during Ramadhan then please go with caution if you are taking elderly and children. We saw a lot of them suffer and really difficult especially when there is no access to Zamzam water. You only get access to this after Asr and even then people are filling up bottles and gallons to the point there is no more water left in the water container. Several times we struggled to even get some water for opening our fast.
Non availability of shuttlebus to go to and from Al Haram.

The bed was comfy, the location is not too far from masjidil haraam.
I thought they weren't very organised, or they didn't really care about customer inquiries or complaints. And they couldn't speak English well.
The toilet was not clean properly, and the shower area was moulded, and no daily clean was performed in our room.
I stayed for 11 days, and they never asked how was it, or what we needed,
On 1st day, I found the shower area was not cleaned properly, I thought they probably would clean it the next day.
I went out the next day, back in the afternoon, and no daily cleaning was done.
On the second day, the toilet was blocked. I reported it to the reception before going out and asked them to fix it and also asked them to clean the room. I returned in the afternoon and found that nothing had been done.
But then they sent a handyman to fix it after I complained. The handyman said the toilet was blocked because I chucked the toilet paper into it. He said I was supposed to put the toilet paper in the bin after it was used. WHAT???
On the fifth day, I asked them to make sure to clean the room and the toilet, and I wanted it done when I returned in the afternoon. They did it, but the mould still there, the bin wasn't emptied, they made up the bed but didn't change the bed sheets, And seemed they wiped down the tap and the surfaces with dirty cloth, so gross.
I met a man who was trying to talk with the receptionist on that day, but it seemed the receptionist didn't understand English. I asked the man what was happening, he said he left his luggage in the taxi and asked the staff to check the CCTV to find out the taxi plat number because he got off in front of the hotel. But the staff insisted he couldn't do that but asked the man to report directly to the police. Would it be much easier for the police to find the taxi if you knew which taxi it was?
They don't really can speak English, which is very compulsory in the hospitality industry.
