The object is a semi-detached house. Our terrace extends wind and sheltered behind the house, the neighbor's side. Therefore, direct contact is impossible, you can enjoy your privacy!
To all allergy sufferers: Kamminke is located at the Szczecin Lagoon, hence it is subject to weather conditions especially in the early summer to increased mosquito emergence. All windows and doors in the house are protected by insect screens!
