Really Clean and Beautiful Condo. Location is also super nice and strategic with all the basic necessities (Iron, Hairdryer etc) Recommend to come again.

All rooms and living room very clean and tidy.. all rooms provide AC and kitchen stuffs fridge washing machine but no microwave for heater food. The toilet very clean and spacious. Easy for exist to down just by scan lift card .. many shop and restaurants around.

The pillow made our neck stiff too hard and height not comfortable. We need used our own neck pillow travel.. little bit hard to find the parking lot you just need follow the arrow to find the number parking car. And the view from the aprtmnt just side building and you need to keept close the curtain from avoid other prople see you from next building aprtment.

It was enjoyable stay & my family are happy with the facilities.

the unit is up to my expectations & the location is easy to access. There's 2 convenient stores located at ground floor, make it easier to buy your groceries. I would definitely book again in the future.

Lovely unit, worth the value of money.

1) Clean and well equipped for short stay 2) Host responds quickly, and very friendly. Host is just so wonderful - I left behind some dry clothes and host has kindly arranged for housekeeper to keep them nicely until my next visit to KK to collect them back.

1) Parking lot is a distance away from the lift, so it might be inconvenient for elderly people who have difficulty to walk although not too far distance.

Worth money, good for big group, easy going

The host contact me without I reaching out. Fast response. Worth money, easy checkin instruction. The location nearby shopping centre, G floor got a lot of cafe shop, restaurant

A bit hustle to find the mailbox room as it's the road side of the lobby. Group traveler need to manage the access card as only 1 access card provided.

Ужасно, не свежо, не удобно, шумно! Убитые кровати с постельными клопами!

Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют, старое постельное белье, постельные клопы в матрасах, нам пришлось ночевать у бассейна так как клопов было много и спать в кровати было не возможно! Обшарпанные грязные стены, грязные окна, уборка только по требованию - платно., очень шумно, на компанию из 4-х человек один ключ, было личное парковочное место. Это единственный +

Ok for short layover

Location is great, walking distance to Imago shopping mall and there are a few good restaurants in this building too. Apart of that, washing machine is provided too.

Unit looked a bit old and partially not very well maintained (not really like those in the photos, sorry).

Strategic location, many choices for food lovers, safe car park & swimming pool suitable for children. Walking distance to Imago shopping mall.

Except no clear instruction from car park to the lift. I was accidentally entered a lift that brought me to a floor under construction

Good location but dirty apartment

Location was good - near airport, jetty’s and anything else you need to see in Kota Kinabalu. Check in was easy too.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 3 day stay. Shower gel ran out after 2 showers also. Not enough towels especially when no daily cleaning service provided. No extra bin bags provided. Lots of “ants” in the apartment made it feel very dirty.

Less TV Channel to choose on. Why need seventh days to refund the deposit? Do they need seventh days to check on the room then only can do refund.

Nice & Cozy

Nice and clean apartments! Airconds work perfectly, tv has a lot of channels & loveeee how we could do our laundry throughout our stay ☺️ Location is strategic and justr in front of the Imago Shopping Malls!

we could't use the swimming pool as it was closed during our time due to the rain but all is good!! 😄

Didnt get my deposit, already passed 7 days working days. I donno why need to give deposit in 7 days. It doesnt make sense. Once you checked you, customer should get it. There is no damage occured.
