From this Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay you have dramatic ocean views & can walk right out your living room sliding doors to the beach, pool & BBQ’s! This villa is in the most desirable location in the complex. It has just 20 yards of lawn before the sandy beach, & the pool and BBQs are just 50 yards to the right! This Villa has spectacular ocean views that you can see from just about everywhere inside the villa! It has two serene lanais where you can see the beach, ocean & tiki torches lighting the grounds!
This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! Photographs are of the actual villa.
- 2507 sq ft of combined living space, including both lanais!
- 2 Large lanais (covered patios) with teak dining tables, chairs and chaise lounges
- 55” Smart TV in living rooms with premium cable
- Complimentary 500mbps Wi-Fi
- Printer/scanner/copier inside each villa
- Washer, dryer, iron & ironing board inside each villa
- High chair and pack-n-play travel crib/playpen for babies up to 36in. in each villa, please bring your own linen for this. Booster seat, and bed rails available upon request.
- King size bed in primary bedroom, queen sized beds in bedrooms 2 and 3, Queen size bed in 102, and a pull-out sofa bed in each living room with gel memory foam sofa mattress.
- Central Air Conditioning with a De-Humidifier
- Gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, a full-size Sub-Zero refrigerator in villa 103, 2 wolf stove cook tops and ovens, microwaves, a dishwasher in villa 103, cookware, coffee machine with permanent coffee filter, blender, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, and spice rack
- We include paper towels, napkins, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and mini hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your linens, towels and bath towels are included as well.
There are 2 beach lockers included with a combined total of:
* 6 Boogie boards,
* 16 Sets of different sized snorkel gear (Including 6 Kid’s Sizes and 10 Adult Sizes),
* Kid’s sand and pool toys,
* 10 Beach chairs,
* 2 Volleyballs,
* 2 Footballs,
* 4 Frisbees,
* 4 Beach umbrellas,
* 2 Wheeled ice chests.
You can use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee:
o Restaurants and Bars,
o Oceanfront pool and jacuzzi at Ocean Villas (Free),
o Day spa in the hotel,
o Tennis courts,
o Pickle ball courts,
o Two PGA/LPGA golf courses,
o Surfing lessons and board rentals,
o Stand up paddle board rentals, lessons and tours,

*(Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you can rent a cabana or daybed to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool, and you can purchase gym access. The Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.)
We manage a 4-bedroom villa, eleven 3-bedroom villas, and six 1-bedroom villas.
