About this house rental
Stunning location on Moonstone Beach! Opportunity for sunset walks on the beach boardwalk and world class restaurants within walking distance to this great 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! This home offers a gas fireplace to cozy up to on a cold night while listening to the waves crash on the nearby beach. This home is single level with all bedrooms located at the back of the home. The home has a spacious front deck and charcoal BBQ available for cooking in and soaking up the sun. Open living room layout to visit all together while on vacation. Work from the house with 300Mbps cable internet and WIFI. This home is not pet friendly. Come and enjoy all that Cambria has to offer! ***THIS HOME REQUIRES A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY****

The property met every expectation (one exception - only one hair dryer). The property itself was just close enough to perfect and the location was spectacular. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

We felt really blessed to stay in this BEAUTIFUL house! It was special not only because of location. We couldn't rent the original beach house we spent our honeymoon in 20 years ago May 1st. We celebrated our 20th anniversary at Chatham Beach House. The best place we have ever stayed in Cambria. Neighbors are great too! Beyond what we expected includes beautiful sunsets on Moonstone

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house and we really love it. The kitchen was recently upgraded and besides looking very sharp, it had the nicest knives and pans of any rental house we’ve ever stayed in! We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The house was spotless. You can’t beat the location, just steps to fabulous Moonstone Beach. We hope to stay here again next year!

We spent a fabulous Christmas in this home. Three houses to the boardwalk on Moonstone Beach. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Easy to cook Christmas turkey dinner. Went to the Cambria Christmas Market and Hearst Twilight Holiday Tour. Comfy beds, fireplace and nice bathrooms. We will do this again!

What a great place for a family vacation! Only a few houses away from the beach and the wooden walking path. My 80 year old mom could even get down the stairs to the beach without too much hassle. Nice layout of kitchen and living room for being social. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all in nice shape.

This has been our second stay at the Chatham Beach House. We love it. It’s clean, walking distance to the beach and wonderful beach views. Jackie & Hailey at the office were very helpful and accommodating with our needs. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely be back.

The house was in beautiful shape. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, a wonderful front porch and walkable to the ocean. A bit of a walk to downtown, but still doable, partially along a boardwalk. Four minute car ride to a state park just south of where we were that had beautiful trails along the bluff overlooking the ocean with its crashing waves.
I hope we can come back and stay again soon!

Our stay at Chatham house with our son and 3 granddaughters was wonderful. A perfect location a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. My only negative comment would be the master bedroom mattress. It could really use an upgrade, but the rest of the house was so nice and we had such a pleasant stay that I feel bad mentioning it, but felt it should be pointed out. Dont let my comment keep you from staying here, it is such a pleasant place to stay! Staff at Breen were very pleasant too.

From start to finish we had an exceptional time at this property. Breen Vacation Station made it so easy to access our keys for the house even after their office was closed upon our arrival. When we arrived at the house, the house was immaculate and full of all the great amenities that we needed for for our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, had comfortable furniture, had plenty of space for our family, and had all the things that we needed. The location was perfect on Moonstone Beach. It was great to be able to wake up each morning and be a few steps away from the beach. Would highly recommend this location. Our family had an amazing experience.

We loved staying in this vacation home. The house is big and bright with a lot of natural light. The furniture was very comfortable and definitely seemed like a step up from most rental houses. The kitchen was well-stocked (prepared several meals there) and there's a wonderful deep front porch with views of the ocean. We have older teenagers, but one of the rooms is set up nicely for younger kids with bunk beds and stuffed animals, and my oldest teen was not too cool to snuggle with them! The house was so comfortable and even the neighbors that we saw were friendly. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Nice amenities (blankets, towels etc) Only one thing, the blender was inadequate. Maybe too old? Enough kitchen equipment for us. Loved that there was a kitchen table, and a dining table.
We can't wait to come back...
Also loved the village. Had two great meals there and did some interesting shopping.

This is a comfortable, clean, well maintained and well equipped house in a great location with ocean views. We enjoyed all the amenities including the smart TVs, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed and gas fireplace with an easy to use timer.We've always had great service from Breen Vacation Station and their rentals are always the best.

Very clean with three comfortable bedrooms. There were four of us (older women) and we were very happy with this rental. Two clean bathrooms and very comfortable seating in the living room. Easy walk to the beach! We would stay here again.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Two adults enjoyed the well equipped house. Great location with easy access to the beach. The house was spotless. We had a misunderstanding regarding the length of our stay. With the help of the property manager and the property owner, we were very happy with the outcome. Thank you to both. Short walk to the beach and partial ocean view from the porch. Quiet neighborhood with lovely landscape, lots of hummingbirds and even a deer walking through. Close to several dining choices. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely ocean view home
The house was clean, well decorated, well stocked with all that was needed, and comfortable. We loved the ocean view from the porch and living room! It was so convenient and fun to have a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We liked the home and setting so much that we plan to rent it again.
