About this house rental

BED AND BATH ONLY. ROOM with private bathroom. House shared with the host. Living room use to get in and out of the house.

Very quiet. The black out curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep.

Backyard is also available for dining during summer. You can also enjoy the sun. Backyard shower ok. Cold water only.

Two miles Burbank Airport, 7 miles Universal, Warner Bros., W Disney Studios, NBC, North Hollywood & Burbank Area. A bus ride to N. Hollywood Terminal.

If you have a rating of less than 4 star, please inquire first before booking.

You are free to get in and out of the house anytime. You have your own key. The room has ample windows you can open if you like fresh air. Split A/C & Heater.

Max 2 Adults. A twin roll away bed can be added for guest of more than 2 guest for free. Please inquire first for reservation more than 7 days. Let me know the purpose of your trip.

We stayed for a week and the hostess was very nice and helpful. We were very easily located to the Universal Studios, Warner Bros Studio and Hollywood attractions were all just a 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed our time there she offers snacks and drinks for very cheap right there in the house. Tons of great restaurants nearby to try. Would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Everything was super comfortable and clean. My kids and I felt safe and secure. Everything was private and we didn’t see anyone else in the home except when we were greeted and welcomed. I would definitely stay again. Bathroom was super clean and good size. Bedroom was like a hotel and we were offered convenience items as well. The home and neighborhood are beautiful.

This is exactly as described in the listing. It is a cozy, clean room, and unlike so many rooms on VRBO, it has a private bathroom and a TV in the bedroom. This is a great plus. The location is central to everything. Edith was very kind, gave us our privacy but was very responsive when needed. The only caution is if you need street parking it is difficult to find. We were able to park in the driveway but just be aware. Overall a very nice stay.

The room and bathroom were clean, and everything was as listed. My daughter and I needed an inexpensive room near universal studios and it was perfect. Edith was very accommodating and easy to work with during the stay. Highly recommend-

Edith's place was comfortable and just right for my 2-day stay in Los Angeles. She was very communicative and open to any questions I had, which was very appreciated. Edith gives you complete privacy during your stay, and is available anytime through a text. The place was clean, the AC was extremely nice during the heat, and the amenities were very nice as well. I had a wonderful stay, I would visit Edith's place again, no question.

Perfect location and easy access for my visit needs. Editha made check-in/out a breeze, and had all amenities I needed readily available - thank you! Coming and going was easy and I felt very safe at this location. Will be highly likely I will stay there again for future visits to the area.

It wasn't close to what I needed, but it's very convenient for those flying into Burbank airport. And, although it's only blocks from the airport, there is hardly any plane noise in the room. The restroom has a shower only, but everything was clean, neat, fresh, and private.

I really can’t review this place, as we stayed less than an hour. Arrived early September during a heat wave, and room was 85 degrees. Tried turning air on, but never came on. Sign next to thermostat said California Law does not require her to provide A/C, so we left.

Edith’s room was exactly as advertised, if not better. Cleanliness throughout her home. Very secure and central location; even let me park in the driveway. Her hospitality was spot on and felt like a mom to me. I will definitely be back next time I come to LA! Thank you Edith

My daughter and I were looking for a place to stay for the night but didn't want to spend a fortune. This was a great option! Just used the bedroom and bathroom, but everything was clean and well kept, and we were greeted personally by the host. Thanks!

Me and my best friend stayed here for Labor Day weekend to see a show and visit friends. She gave us glasses of fresh squeezed orange juice from her garden and it was so good. Her garden was beautiful. The house was great as well. She also texted us to make sure we were safe when we didn’t come home one night because we ended staying over at a friends which I appreciated very much.

Location was clean and a good place to stay for the night. When arrived did not feel welcomed and there was judgment about plans to go out for a show in the evening. Was required to show vaccination card, which violates HIPPA, and was not informed if host was vaccinated. If arrival went differently that would have changed the experience and the location served the purpose of a place to sleep.

Edith runs a very good and tight ship. She will check you your temperature at the door and request a Covid card. I had a lot of respect for that. House is immaculate, the room was exactly as pictured. the location was great because it was only a 15 minute drive to my job.

Great place to stay. Very close to Universal Studios. Edith was nice, welcoming and accommodating. Edith was very prompt with communication and check in process. Clean room and bathroom, with fridge and microwave access. Wouldn’t mind staying again.
