The quietness & location

We had a great stay and would stay again. But, there is no hot tub connected to the cabin, hopefully the pictures that make it look like there is have been removed. And the shared hot tub is quite a walk from the cabin we stayed in so we didn't use it but once. The location is great for skiing at Wolf Creek.

We had 2 adults and 4 kids in our group and the cabin was great for our 2 night stay. The location is very convenient. We stayed warm the whole time we were in the cabin. We would’ve loved to check in earlier as we were on Texas time and got to South Fork earlier but we had trouble connecting to anyone to ask about early checkin. Otherwise, this was an ideal place to say with great service and amenities.

Clean and comfortable! My 5yo, 2 dogs and I loved our stay. Even when I had a blonde moment at midnight trying to unlock the door, the support team was so lovely and helpful!

Overall I would say it was a nice place. However, there are some thing that need to be fixed. For example, the window screens in the kitchen and living room. Both screens are busted. The window screen in the living room has an approximate three inch gap on the bottom. The screen for the kitchen window also has the same gap, and two holes in it. Therefore, opening the kitchen window to let cool air in was out of the question. Also, as stated above, my wife and I brought our two little ones. There is a broken latch on the door. If my two year old was a little taller, he could have easily unlocked the deadbolt and walked out the front door. If there was a spot to add pictures I would.
With all of that being said, these were the only hiccups of the place. The beds were nice, bathroom was clean, and the kitchen suited our needs. If you’re looking for a quick get-a-way, this place will suit anyone’s needs.

Great location for skiing on Wolf Creek area. We drove about 20-25 minutes to the resort to ski. Easy drive up and down. Cabin was great place for our family of 4!

It was perfect for our needs, although we did wish the kitchen had a few more essentials. It’s a cute, cozy and quiet cabin. And the hot tub was a bonus.

Nice location right in town and super clean, definitely recommend!

Excellent location for access to fishing, atv adventuring, and the Creede summer theatre. Rustic cabin with most amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Some initial difficulty with communicating housekeeping needs during visit, but Michelle came to our rescue by mid week and we had outstanding support from her,

Have stayed here several time and property has changed property management over the years. Not a pet person and cabin is clean, no smell of animal's. It usually a last minute snowboard trip to Wolf Creek forca few days. Its easy drive up to Wolf 15-30 minutes depending on weather.
Cabin is nothing fancy, has the basic essentials with lots of towels and beds are ok. Desciption is accurate. Will stay again next year if avalible.
Let it snow.

Family of 6 on a ski trip to Wolf Creek. Have stayed in South Fork and Pagosa several times but first at Foothills. Stayed in Bear cabin and let’s be clear, it is probably a 40 plus year old cabin originally geared toward hunters/fisherman. However was perfect for our skiing family at a great price. Dated but very clean and functional, well stocked, comfy beds, newer TVs. Kids loved the infinity pool/hot tub that apparently isn’t normally operated during the winter but the other hot tub was down so they ran the bigger one. All and all would definitely stay again and hopefully with some other families as well.
