About this apartment rental

This beautiful four-bedroom home is in a great location!! It is located on the second row beachfront at a public beach access and a public sound access. It is two blocks from the town center. You can enjoy an easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops.

The condo was fully renovated in 2014-2015. Our family lived in the condo from 2018-2020, and did further updates.

The first floor has a family room and kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 decks with ocean views. There is parking for 4 cars in the carport.

Please come and enjoy South Lumina Escape. We take reservations all year, but during the summer months we have a seven night minimum. You can rent from a Friday to Friday during the summer months. During the off season, reservations are very flexible, but require a 3 night minimum.

Location, location, location! This place checked alot of boxes as it is within steps to the beach access. Also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the market. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck off of the living room equipped with privacy landscaping. Overall a great stay:)

Property had MOLD issues. There is black mold in laudry room on ceiling, hvac system is moldy up stairs. Owners say to wipe it off!! Would like a refund

We rented this condo for a weekend tennis tournament in Wilmington, and it worked out great! Great location close to the beach and very good restaurants (Tower 7, South Beach Grill, Poe’s). Would definitely stay again!

7 of us stayed at this location for three nights at the beginning of November. You really can’t beat this location. It was a stones throw away from the beach, and you can walk to lots of places on the Main Street in about 60 seconds. Everything appears to be newly renovated and in great condition. Would highly suggest!

Had a group stay here for the race. Easy walk to practice swim and race start. Made for easy drop offs. Great space. Comfortable. Steps from ocean and river and South Beach Grill. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re in town for Ironman. Had all we needed!

We were so surprised at how nice and easy this place was!! So close to the beach, town and we were there for the triathlon so it was super close to the Y. Highly highly recommend. Our youngest 2 boys loved the bonus room upstairs!! Just an ideal location for this area!!

Enjoyed this property and it’s proximity to the beach and places of interest. Great location ! The kitchen was furnished with all we needed to prepare our favorite dishes and the bedrooms and baths were convenient and nice. The owners were very easy to communicate with when needed.

The home was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for a week at the beach for us and our adult children. The kitchen was great to cook in. Large bedrooms made everyone comfortable. Evenings on the porch make for fun gatherings after the best. We highly recommend this rental!

I gave this a 4-star only because the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows provided were quite old and gave us all back and neck aches. The Primary BR has 2 twin-sized beds pushed together, so we had a huge gap between us. The pillows were extremely old and need replacing. Other than that, it was a wonderful space and location. If the owners replaced the primary bed and all pillows, I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s well stocked with all you could need for the beach. Beach Towels, chairs, beach toys, household items, etc. It’s within one block to all the restaurants, coffee shops (The Workshop Cafe is awesome!) and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed walking up and running the loop each morning and grabbing a coffee. Again, please don’t let this review stop you from booking, I would just ask the owners to update the pillows and especially the primary BR bed with a Queen or King. My entire family loved the space and location.

Great location for walking to beach and dining. This condo has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beach and all Wrightsville has to offer. Beach chairs and towels that were included were a plus but make to allow time to wash them before leaving. Twin beds are best for kids rather than adults but all the other beds were comfortable. We had an issue doing our stay but the host was responsive and everything was taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a lovely place to stay. There were 7 of us in Wrightsville Beach for my granddaughter's wedding. We loved the deck and spent most of our spare time there. We also had time for the beach which was wonderful, not crowded and nearby. Would definitely stay there again if the occasion arises. Homeowners responded immediately to my questions!

We had a wonderful experience with this rental all around. The owners are quite sweet, accommodating and responsive. The property is beautiful and well stocked. And the location is great. We will rent again!!! Thank you! My only complaint...is that the owners didn't guarantee perfect sunny weather! 😁

We stayed here recently for my sons wedding weekend. Great location and alot of indoor and outdoor seating. We had an informal brunch on Sunday after the wedding and there was plenty of counter space to set it up and plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. Plus it’s right across from a beach access. Would stay here again !

Great location in WB. We loved being so close to the beach and the icw. During low tide, this was a nice spot for the kids- my 2 year old loved playing in the sand over there and it was not as windy, very relaxing for us. House was as advertised. A lot of stairs but we knew that. Essentially 4 floors to all the way up the bunks up top. This room does not have a door so you can hear everything from the living room all the way up. Owners were responsive and helpful. A nice long weekend with family

Overall a very nice condo. Great location, lots of bedrooms, clean and updated. As noted in other reviews, no kitchen table and not a lot of room to hang out in the living room. But, you are there for the beach!

This house was great! The only way to be closer to the beach would to be oceanfront. The house was renovated and decorated well with updated kitchen, baths, and floors. This is not a shabby beach house. :) Biggest pros: The house is basically at beach access 31. Walkable to restaurants and bars - Tower 7 is delish! Great porch. Good sized bedrooms with room to spread out. A few things to be aware of: Lots of stairs - typical of beach houses. The top floor is technically the 4th floor. The only actual dining table is downstairs right next to the carport. There is some noise from folks walking back from bars late at night. Typical of being in a walkable area.

It had been over a year since we had our last vacation and this was easily one of the best. This place was great and exceeded our expectations. It is literally steps from the beach which our youngest loved since he could go back and forth as he pleased. You won't have to worry about hauling your beach chairs and tent a mile down the road. Accommodations were great. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us which allowed for everyone to separate and have their own space if they chose. The kitchen and living area was great for cooking and hanging out. Not only was the location close to the beach but within walking distance to some of the stores/coffeeshops. The house was very clean and had just about everything you would need for a beach stay. I have no problem recommending this place for a great beach vacation and definitely will want to come back in the future!
