Located directly on the beach on prestigious Isle of Palms, South Carolina, this expansive beach front home is the largest beach front home at Isle of Palms and represents luxury living at it's finest!

If you are planning a large company meeting, a retreat, or family reunion, you will have plenty of room because this home sleeps up to twenty-nine people. (Children under the age of two are not included in the count)

The interior of this 7500 square foot home contains 12 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There are also 1500 additional square feet of outdoor decks which display spectacular ocean views.

Missing hot tub and daybed off of 1st floor bedroom ( they need to update description on house) Furnishings in downstairs living a little worn. Location great, well supplied kitchen, plenty of room. Had a wonderful time!! Have stayed there before and love the location.

Fantastic spot. House is clean and well maintained. Property manager was prompt and responsive. The location can not be beat. Pool clean and comfortable. A clear 10/10 if not for the construction next door. The construction would not be nearly enough to prevent me from booking again. We loved our stay.

As former IOP beachfront property owners and renters as well, we were just amazed with the cleanliness, amenities, totally stocked kitchen (coffee makers, utensils, pots/pans, icemakers, towels, etc.), quality of linens and so much more. Our adult children were so impressed as well. We never felt the need to leave the house for dinner, even with 6 little ones. Wonderful home for large families! The beach proximity is a huge plus.

22 people...19 to 88 years old! More than enough space for everyone without feeling like we were on top of one another. Plus...bathrooms in every bedroom...awesome!! No complaints! Even though the weather wasn't great, everyone loved the house, location and had a wonderful time.

The house was beautiful, equipped with everything needed. We had plenty of room for all our guests with no crowding. It was wonderful to sit out on the porch in the evenings with everyone. This was the best property we have ever rented! Thank you!

The property and its location is great! We had 12 adults and 14 kids which was no problem for the size of the house. There was plenty of space to get away if you needed some quiet time. Unfortunately the pool heater went out early in our trip, but the property manager stayed in constant communication and did his very best to get it replaced as soon as possible. If we every travel with a group of this size again, we would not hesitate to stay at The Mansion.

We absolutely enjoyed our weeks vacation stay at 622 Ocean Blvd Isle Of Palms, SC The house was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed! I loved that it was in walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery!! The beds were very comfortable! Only issue was the pool was very cloudy and we didn’t want to use it for the first few days! After it was finally cleaned and treated on Weds Morning, it was good! So we missed three days of using the pool!!! We did LOVE OUR VACATION and the house was perfect!! I did call Jerry, the Property Mgr, and he was super nice!!! Thank you so much for such a great house for our vacation!!! Patti Stephenson

The Mansion is huge and offers an incredible amount of space. The location is perfect because it is far enough away from the pier that the beach crowds are sparse even on Labor Day weekend, yet it is within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is well stocked with beach furniture, boards, chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen has everything you need and most items like coffee makers and blenders have multiple units. Biggest complaint was the mattresses in a lot of the rooms are far too soft to be comfortable. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Amazing space, and plenty of room for our family gathering. Individual bathrooms and beachfront views from almost every bedroom was awesome. A couple things not working (Ie pool lights), but the property manager was super responsive. Would stay here again anytime!

This house has everything to make your vacation a dream. 26 of us could spread out and have space when we needed it. The view from most rooms is spectacular. The pool and hot tub are a bonus and the covered porch with beautiful furniture will provide many hours of relaxation. We loved our stay there.

My two sisters and I try to gather for family reunions every few years. We each have our own families including children in their 20s, And 30s and 3 grandchildren. It is not easy to find the perfect space for this group - we all agree that 622 IOP was the best we have found. We plan to make this an annual gathering given the success of this trip. The home is well designed allowing individual space for those needing a break. The bedrooms are lovely, private, each with en-suite bath. 3 washer dryer- appliances in excellent condition. Efficient air conditioning. Luxury sheets and towels - and plenty of outdoor games, chairs. Beautifully appointed home. We brought with us two sun tents for the beach and that was necessary for our group. We used Babys away for additional crib rentals, umbrellas etc they were great. Also, The crib in the house was too small to accommodate a toddler - can really only be used for an infant.

The house was well equipped (although we did have to buy a blender when the two supplied there were broken). Everything was clean and orderly. The pool was wonderful and the access to the beach was so great. We did see a few swamp rats on the deck (!!!) which the manager said is common this time of year, but other than that everything was really fantastic!

We stayed at The Mansion in late March 2021, with 11 adults and 6 kids including 2 under 2. In total we had 6 different families. The property was beautiful and amenities plentiful. The kitchen included multiple fridges, sinks, microwaves, and all of the appliances and tools you could need. We cooked there for nearly all of our meals. There was plenty of room to spread out and find privacy. Rented bikes nearby, and enjoyed running and biking on the beach and road side. The only issue throughout the week is that the heater on the pool stopped working halfway through. While the property manager was prompt in coming over to check it, he concluded that it was working when it was not, and we lost 2 days of pool time as the weather was too chilly for an unheated pool. The hot tub is also quite old and didn’t appear to be one that will last very long. Other than the pool issues, everything about our stay was EXCELLENT!

We had a total of 16 people and four different families, and it was perfect! The house was well equipped and the location couldn’t be beat! We arranged for the cleaning service to come through mid week, which was great! We had a private chef two nights for dinner and she was extremely impressed with the kitchen. Note that there is a regular coffee maker and a keurig. Publix will deliver via Instacart, so we had everything we needed! Great trip!
