Excellent and comfortable stay

The place is beautiful. The amenities are all working and up-to-date. The service is excellent. Will definitely recommend and visit again

Excellent for a weekend stay

The ambience . Very tastefully decorated cottages. The behaviour of the staffs were polite. They tried their best to customise our food(non spicy) USP of the resort is its proximity to kolkata which makes it a quick weekend gateway.

The service were extremely slow. Manpower is less. swimming pool was pretty small.

The rooms were quite specious and bery tastefully furnished. The staff were very pleasent and very attentive. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC in all tge meal periods. Probably a great USP for the resort. M

Some unwanted residents in the night at adjoining villas for "special" parties. Not a very family atmosphere when you are visiting with small children to come across. A

great and peaceful staycation

Peaceful, lush greenery and enough activities to keep one busy, like boating, kayaking, zip lining. the food is good too. but the best part was the staff. everyone from the severs to the bellboys and chef. friendly lot.

Beautiful place. Ots hard to say anything less about any corner of the place. Beautifully planned and decorated. Staffs are very good and helpful

A beautiful place maintained by Beautiful People

The ambiance. The Food. Staffs are excellent, very cordial and caring.

Garden and open field are are not clean. Found cigarette waste and gutkha packet. There should be a caution board for not smoking. At the time of booking that should be mentioned.

A really nice place to have your stay for a day or two to refresh your mind.

The overall ambience, and specially the food. It was awesome

What I felt is the water supply. Some pipeline work was happening hence the water force was too bad though it was kind of manageable.

Shooting activity for the entire day and evening was very disturbing.

Unable to spent much time in the pool and lawn because of the shooting party.

Overall a nice stay, but with scope of major improvement in many chores

The staff was very courteous and well behaved.. The room was very nice and spacious..... The ambience of the property was good..The food was also good...Though the electric supply was poor, but they were quite quick to turn on the generator everytime...

The thing that was not upto the mark was cleanliness...The water supply was horrible...There was literally no water coming to the tap, needed 25 to 30 mins to fill a small bucket...Needs improvement on these chores and definitely the property needs an overall renovation...Rooms and bathrooms should be way more clean...
