Hi there , I'm Justin ! First of all my home is your home. If I leave anything in the fridge you're welcome to it. Please just respect my home as if it's your own. Much appreciated. Now for the space. This is a split level home with 3 Bedrooms 2 of which are upstairs (Master & guest room upstairs) and 1 bed and 1 bath downstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has a new memory foam King size bed, 50inch Tv that hangs on the wall and is connected to the internet. Netflix account is already added on the tv. There is a comfy lounge/massage/reading chair with heat in the corner of the room. There are 2 closets one is nearly empty of personal belongings and available for use. Master bath has an oversized tub & shower combo with recently replaced rainfall shower head. The guest room upstairs has a Queen size bed with a spring mattress and 3inch thick memory foam matress pad topper that feels like sleeping on a cloud! A unique nightstand and a nearly empty closet available for use. plenty of storage with shelves and drawers in the closet. Downstairs is a 2nd Living area and 1 bedroom and its own detached bathroom. This Bedroom also has a King size bed and empty 6 drawer dresser. mini fridge available for use in the bedroom. (please unplug and empty of any parishable items before check out) Small walk in closet. The downstairs living area has a 4th full size bed memory foam mattress (open area great for the kiddos) a 50 in plasma tv on the wall that is connected to Cox cable tv. I have the all channel package including all the premium channels. There is a leather reclining 3 seat couch in the down stairs living area. The Kitchen you will find to be fully equipped. Everything you need is there. Keurig coffee machine , Coffee grinder & French press if you like the coffee as I personally do myself. All the pots , pans and utensils you will need are there. There is enough seating for 6 in the kitchen with a table and 4 chairs and also a small bar type table and 2 stools. I will provide a few Items for breakfasts , Oatmeal or musli. Maybe a few other things. The upstairs living room has Oversized furniture , a Couch and also Love seat that is super comfy for sitting , Laying and even sleeping if needed. I keep extra sheets in the house you can use for the couches. There are a couple extra blankets as well. There is a 55inch Tv with Cox cable. dvd player and an Xbox 360 with 15-20 games for the kids. In the back yard is a Table with 6 chairs and a lazy susan center to the table. A BBQ pit available to use. (p.s the ignighter is broken must manually light it) A nice patch of real grass for the fur babies to enjoy. (please clean up after your animals poop bags are by the front door 1 small dog no charge , large or multiple dogs may require additional fee) Now that you have a good understanding of the home you will be staying in I just have a few rules and notes to mention. No you cannot throw raging parties here at my place. ( remember when you get drunk that you booked with your credit credit card so don't trash my house. ;) No shoes in the house. But I have extra slippers for you to use. If you're just honest with me about the parties/events and are willing to pay a hefty deposit I may allow it to happen. I would have to warn my neighbors first. Clark county has a noise ordinance that if broken will result in a $250 per guest fine and I could lose the ability to rent to future guests. I also live in a peaceful quiet neighborhood with the neighbors on both sides and directly in front of me all being families with school aged children. Please Please be respectful to my neighbors! They understand you are here for a good time but you need to understand they have a right to live in a peaceful environment. The stay was excellent. Justin was extremely responsive and friendly. There were a couple of issues that he was willing to take care of immediately.
The kitchen was probably the best most well appointed kitchen of the 15 to 20 VRBO proerties we have stayed at and were so appreciative of that. The location and access to the area was superb! The neighborhood was so quiet!
It seems as though Justin has been busy making improvements and we caught him beteen projects that prevent me from giving 5 stars. I am sure these things will get resolved soon, but I want to be fair to Justin and his future guests. Justin has a great vision for the future. New LVP is in the whole house and the fridge is new. Awesome! There was evidence of some construction dust, the downstairs TV was missing, the bed in the master did not have a boxspring and was too low for my 6'2" frame. We also didn’t find the game system listed.
We will definitely look for this property whennwe return to Vegas in a couple of years even with these experiences.

Our host was great with responding quickly and the description of the house was accurate. Great location to stay at if you want to visit Vegas without the hustle and bustle of the strip. This property also has a good sized fenced in backyard that would be perfect for pets and children! Highly recommend

This is a split level home with parking in the garage and driveway and a very secure back yard. Street parking is pretty limited. Entry is up steps to the front door which opens to a landing. Up is kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living area with couch and TV, down is 1 bedroom, laundry room, bathroom and living area with couch, bed and extra fridge. The back yard is cinder block fence with grass and a BBQ, great area if you bring your dog. Gate is metal bars, a very small dog might be able to squeeze through. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. Beds are comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. We were there for 13 days which included 4th of July. We were in town to attend a horse show at South Point. It was super easy to get there and we could stay off busy Silverado Ranch Road by taking Pyle. Will definitely stay again.

Property was large and airy. The host, Justin, responded promptly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We had a couple of small issues but they were either cleared up or explained.
Justin was a life saver as we had so many issues with our original booking that VRBO was slow to address. Justin allowed us to book at the last minute and saved the day.

Great house, newly renovated, with tons of space to spread out. Great location, convenient to everything. Shopping, grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. Had a competition in Henderson and auditions in Vegas. Perfect location!!! Also, a 2 car garage with space for large cirque equipment.

House was perfect base location for celebrating nieces 50th bday. Our original plan was to fly out for celebration- but pet sitter was sick. Justin was able to accommodate us on short notice & even accommodated extra nights when snow storms prevented our planned departure. Very comfortable accommodations would recommend

Perfect home and perfect host.
Our trip to Las Vegas was made more special thanks to Justin and his comfortable home. We needed to guarantee early check-in and Justin accommodated us. Even though the house is spacious it felt cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and we ended up cooking most of our meals at home. We appreciated the suggestions for restaurants in the area and there were all the stores we needed less than a mile away. It's also convenient to the airport. We went to the Strip for only a few hours because we wanted to get back "home". We would definitely stay again. Thanks Justin for your hospitality!

House is in a quiet neighborhood, VERY close to any shopping needs (groceries, restaurants, goods). House is clean. All appliances in good, working condition. Very nice backyard with zero escape routes for pets (very important to us). Owner/host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very satisfied with our rental.

Although this was my first experience with HomeAway, I must say it has been a great experience for me, my family and even for my two little fur babies. Our host, Justin has been so awesome and understanding, very accommodating given our situation during our stay. The first thing I noticed upon entering the home was how clean it was. I also loved the fact that the house is close to everything (grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls). I would definitely recommend this property!

Property was absolutely Perfect.
The property was better than we expected. Justin was absolutely fantastic to work with and made sure everything was perfect. This was my first VRBO stay and it was amazing. The house was very clean and accommodating for our group of people. Felt right at home and had everything that we needed. I would definitely re-book or recommend this property to anyone.

From start to end our stay was a great experience.
We received a welcome message from Justin explaining how to access the home and providing recommendations for local places to eat. He was even kind enough to let us know the home was open if we wanted to arrive early. We tried two of his restaurant recommendations and he did not lead us astray.
The pictures represented the home perfectly. The house was clean, everything worked, and the home had all of the essentials. Our group of six had plenty of room. The location was central to some great food options and shopping options. The drive was short to The Strip.
The only negative - we did not have more vacation time.

It was a beautiful home with great space!
The house is fully stocked which was nice since we flew in and didn’t have to go buy oil, salt and so on. The couches were pillow like and beds are dreamy. The neighborhood area was really peceful and very close to South Point Casino. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby to go to if needed.
The owner was polite and answered all my questions promptly. He even gave reminders at checkout which was so helpful.
You won’t regret staying here. Thanks!!

My family of 4 and I really enjoyed our stay. All the furnishings are nice and modern (also super comfy). There are tons of stores and restaurants nearby in case you need to pick something up, so we loved the location too. Justin responds to any and all inquiries with a super fast response rate. This House is a MUST STAY
My family and I traveled from Miami to Las Vegas for the very first time and from the time we reserved the place Justin has been nothing but pleasant. The house itself is beautiful 3/2 and very spacious. Very close to shopping centers, restaurants and whatever else you may need.
