Spectacular views

The apartment was spacious and had amazing sea views. Everything was clean and in good condition.

The geyser did not cater for 7 people even though it was an 8 sleeper apartment. The water was not warm enough for all of us to shower. The bunk beds were difficult for adults to sleep in.

Location, pool, accommodation, and the environment.

Too many restrictions, especially noise, as a group of friends will obviously make noise. It is best not to accept a large group if the place does not like noise. We felt like we were in prison, We hardly had fun indoors.

Perfect place for a vcation with friends, neat and tidy. I will be going back there again soon

I liked that we were allowed to chill with our friends who had booked in other hotels, we wud spend the day together and they left at night. I love how the guards were so polite and respectful. Even the other guest as well, it felt like home

Not much really. One if the bunk beds was wobbly my friend had to sleep on the couch. It took more than 3weeks for me to get my refund for broken items insurance. Other wise, we will be back. I loved balooga

Nothing. Poor service and lack of interest to stuff. The only thing they wanted was money.

Lack of service when I complained about facility. My deposit did not come back. Shower fell and broke on me while I was taking a bath.

The house was infested with cockroaches and the roof was leaking the one night it rained.

Our stay was excellent and we loved it. Will definitely use Balooga again in the future.

All the facilities where there. The unit was spacious, neat and clean. The views were spectacular.

The shower head has to be changed in the second bathroom. The fridge wasn't working properly or the setting was out because 3 x litres of milk went bad at the same time. The toaster wasn't working.

Need a braai area, Durbanites love to braai ,bigger smart Led tv 50 inch ,so all friends can watch better on bigger screen.....

Neat Unit in excellent location

It was a neat unit with just a few improvements required. Location was perfect Tidy garden and pool area

I carried my DSTV decoder and it still never worked Gas Braai doesn't work No Blankets or extra bedding Outside light does not work Radio does not work Pots are in bad condition
