About this house rental

Two luxury suites are available in this turn of the century Victorian Home located just two blocks south of Main Street, and overlooks Barons Creek. Shopping, restaurants and churches are within easy walking distance. As you can tell by the name of the home, your host is a cycling enthusiasts and even offer bike storage to his guests. The suites are decorated elegantly and with a modern flair. Your host has collected much of the art work and decorator items through the years of travel.

Downstairs (Suite 3)
A comfortable living room offers comfy leather loveseat placed to enjoy the flat screen television. A table for two with a marble top is also found in this room that doubles as a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is furnished for cooking with range/oven , large refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker.

Premium luxury linens are found under the elegant comforter topping the queen bed in the bedroom. Your host has provided a quality pillow top mattress for your sleeping comfort. Also in the bedroom is a small dressing table and mirror and plenty of places to store your clothes. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Just outside the bedroom is a private deck, which overlooks Barons Creek and the beautiful gardens which are your host's passion.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

The unit was very well appointed, comfortable, and cozily furnished. The bathroom even had a heater and there was a vast variety of snacks. We enjoyed the local flora and fauna from the back porch, which was so relaxing. The host was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend visiting Cyclismo 3!

This was my wife and I's first time in Fredricksburg. We came for my niece's weddinig. The location is absolutely fantastic. Main street is a couple blocks away with all the shopping and restaurants. Just down the street is a wonderful antique store. Frank is awesome too, by the way.

This place had everything we needed and more!! The owner literally had anything a person would need if they were away from home- from hair pins in the bathroom cabinet to coffee filters in the kitchen. This is the most efficiently equipped and “homey” feel we’ve ever experienced!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a great weekend. Very relaxing on the back deck to drink coffee and watch the deer. Within walking distance to main street. Frank the owner was there to meet us and check on our needs. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Will definitely be back.

Easy walking distance to the Wine Festival and the downtown area. There is a very nice breakfast place about 5 minutes away. The property was well appointed and equipped. Great backyard area which was very relaxing.

This is a beautiful home with a lovely view of the creek. It is well equipped and maintained and Frank is an awesome host! The location is only 2 blocks from Main Street and an easy walk. We look forward to our next stay there!

We had a wonderful time! The owner thought of everything and was so nice. The house is a perfect location, so close to Main Street. The back porch is great. We watched the hummingbirds at the feeder and the deer at the creek. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay again at this cozy and comfortable home. Smartly decorated with interesting items from around the world. Fabulous shady patio looking over a creek with birds and deer. Great for morning coffee or evenings winding down. Close to Main Street shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed and cozy places to sit. Highly recommend this space for quiet weekend with access to shops and restaurants when you want a little outing.

Frank the owner resides on the property and his attention to detail shows. The apartment was extremely clean and stocked with an array of toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee, reading materials, etc. Overall an excellent stay which is two blocks off main street

Outstanding, Unit was exceptionally clean exceeded all expectations. Fran was great. Location is outstanding. My wife and I have found our permanent place to stay when we visit Fredericksburg. A 2 block walk to the center of town. 2 blocks to HEB for grocery shopping. Also 1 block behind the Unit is the Stable Inn. A great little bar with outstanding atmosphere. Across the street from HEB.

What a GREAT location the stay in Fredericksburg!! Our apartment was well equipped and just the right size for two. The check in was a breeze even though it was late when we got there!! We got our key and got in without a hitch!! Don’t miss the Hill and Vine restaurant just on the corner!! We will return!!

Frank was a wonderful host. He pays so much attention to detail. He had lots of candies and cookies for us to munch on too. The added bonus was the back patio. We watched deer, possums and fireflys each evening. Close to downtown too.

The owner lives in the house and has taken great interest in making this apartment perfect! Walking distance to Main Street. Comfortable bed. Private deck overlooking a creek. Watch deer meander to the creek. Frank is available for anything you might need, but he has already covered all the bases.

Cyclismo 3 was an amazing little place for our girls weekend trip! We were within walking distance of Main Street and the accommodations were fabulous. Amazing spa linens, I could have slept all weekend and the patio was one of our favorite spots to sit outside and enjoy the view with a glass of wine or cup of coffee! Frank was also very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Literally my only complaint was that there was no ceiling fan in the bedroom. It got hot when the AC turned off. Other than that it was a very nice place!

LOVED the place and met Frank, very nice man. Our only complaint was that the bed was NOT a queen. My daughter and I stayed together and the website said it was a queen bed but it was definitely a full/double size which was a bit tight for us. Very comfortable bed but the website should be changed so that people know. The porch outside was beautiful.
