About this house rental

Welcome to Heron's Watch, a West Bradenton community, only 3 miles away from the warm white sand of Anna Maria Island! Florida Breeze has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private heated pool, which is enclosed by premium screen, which even keeps the small no-see-ums out! (Please note that the spa is disconnected, therefore same temperature as pool and no bubbles).

Everything in this home has been recently updated! Everything from the large, overstuffed sofa and love seat, to the soft linens, perfect for wrapping up in after a long day at the beach, or soaking up some rays in the pool.

The kitchen has everything you need to make healthy snacks, family dinners, and hearty breakfasts to get your day started strong! Pots, pans, dishes and utensils, this unit has it all -- and then some!

Both are full bathrooms with a glorious soaking tub & standup shower in the master bedroom, as well as a tub / shower combination in the guest bathroom.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, television, and private entrance and exit to the pool area! The second guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and television as well. Plenty of giggles and story time will happen in the third bedroom with two twin beds, the perfect place for the little ones to rest their head.

Enjoy a garage for all of your beach storage and other Florida finds. Not to worry though, this house has plenty of room for everyone and everything!

A quick ride to the beach and equally as close to shopping, IMG Academy, downtown Riverwalk, entertainment, and the overall beauty and hometown pride of Bradenton, FL. You can't beat the location of Florida Breeze!

This house had everything we needed or could imagine needing. The owners set you up with cleaning supplies, clear instructions for everything house related, all your cooking utensils and cookware. We did not have to buy anything accept more laundry detergent, but we wash alot. I will 100% stay here our next trip to Anna Maria Island

House was exactly as advertised, or possibly even better. Pool was awesome. House was clean and well decorated and stocked, even with a nice welcone basket with some supplies to get the vacation started. The kids loved it. It truley felt like home with tons of space. Neighborhood is very nice. Took walks around the block most evenings. Close to the anna maria beaches and tons of stores/restaurants. Loved everything about it.

The property was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our couples, + toddlet getaway. The pool and lounge area was very enjoyable. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and coolers were available so no need to bring or rent any of those. Owners were responsive to any questions we had.

I like this house, but we have some issues with bugs in the back yard and in the house. When I was looking for properties the big thing for us to have screening pool area, because my daughter and me have a very bad allergy from mosquito . We found a lot of damage on screens. Property was clean ok , but not the best, furniture is very cheap. But location is perfect. Thanks

I love staying at this house. The pool area is amazing. It’s so nice to be so close to Bradienton Beach which is beautiful and so much fun. The only thing is the location of the house. The house itself is on a beautiful street. But the street adjacent to the house is kind of shady and I didn’t feel comfortable to go on my daily jog.

This place was nice but needed a better job on cleanliness. When we arrived it had t looked like had been cleaned well at all. Sand all over the floor dust and cobwebs in places that had it been properly cleaned shouldn’t have been there. Also there was a lot of things broken that shouldn’t really matter except I would have appreciated getting to utilize everything that came along with renting this property, Especially the amount of money we had to pay. If property owners put a little more money into upgrading some things around the house and found a better cleaning crew this rental would be pretty nice. Unfortunately this will not be a property that we will be revisiting.

From Virginia, we flew down and stayed a week in FL at this great property. The accommodations were comfortable and exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was sufficient for eating at home, the pool was the prime attraction for the kiddos and they only left it for the beach and bed. The location was convenient to the many attractions in the area as we were in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Anna Maria Island for a number of things. Great attractions like the Big Cat Habitat, riding horses in the bay, the Donut Experience!!!, and the amazing sunsets of AMI are not too far away, as well as close enough to the airport. this was one of the best vacations we’ve had in years and we would highly recommend this as a great house for a family or couples to get away and enjoy the offerings of Sarasota/Bradenton/AMI!!

My friend and I absolutley LOVED this property and had an amazing time with our kids. There were 2 adults and 4 kids that stayed in the house and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was impeccably clean, location was perfect and communication with the property manager was awesome! I could not have asked for a better location for a rental property. The house was also close to the beach!

Home was beautiful and clean! Just wish the spa was heated and don't leave the door open long at night! Or you will get palmetto bugs flying in! I addressed of few issues with property manager Alex and he said they would take care of them! And No Seeums are brutal! But you can't cry over spilled milk!

We loved this place! The house was super clean and ready for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and we found everything needed in the house. Grocery store within a mile away and the beach less than 10min, perfect, specially during this pandemic, where we needed to be conscious about social distancing. We have no complains and will definitely be going back. The only thing I would consider changing would be the mattresses and pillows. we were there for 7 nights and felt some disconfort on our backs.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals on the nights we stayed in. The pool was great and good for days when the beaches were too crowded. There is a Walmart and other grocery stores within 10 minutes of the house which made getting supplies convenient. Even though the house is near a busy area, it was very quiet at night. One day we had an issue with the air conditioning and someone was there to fix it within 15 minutes. The house looks beautiful inside and out and the rooms were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family of 6 ..we enjoyed our stay so much .it was close to everything !! Many great beaches ! Also drove about 30 minutes to premium outlet malls and souvenir shopping in siesta key ..the house is bigger than pictures make it seem ..everything was perfect ..beds were comfortable too !! The pool enclosure was perfect too.ty for allowing us to stay in ur perfect paradise ! We will return !!

We had a wonderful week at Florida Breeze. My husband can be kinda picky about vacation houses and we’ve stayed at a few places that were disappointing upon arrival. Not so with this house. My husband mentioned multiple times how much he liked the house and how it was perfect for our vacation week. Very clean, had everything we needed and we absolutely loved the pool area. Many fun family memories made. We will definitely be back!

We loved this home: the location (just Don’t get discouraged for the small neighborhood you will pass before you get in the subdivision), the cleanliness and the amenities. There could be couple of things that could be improved: more bowls for salads and the mattresses are really firm and we found them not very comfortable. But other than that we really loved our stay at this home. Best, Adina PS: we really recommend everyone to go and see a show at the Manatee Arts Performance Center. Really talented people. We went to see the musical Barnum and we loved it. Made us feel a bit on Broadway!

The location was wonderful and the home was immaculate. Our home was well-equipped with everything we needed. Alex and Morgan were extremely attentive and provided quick service based on any request we might have. We were within driving distance of various beaches and multiple resources related to entertainment and shopping. The eagles roosting across the street we’re a bonus! Everything surpassed our expectations and we will be back again next year!

We loved this house! It is 5 minutes from the beach yet in a quite, lovely neighborhood. It is also close anything you may need. The house has a nice open living area and the kitchen is big enough for more than 2 people to be doing something in it. We spent the afternoons by the pool. The jets in the spa and the pool were fantastic. The only drawback, totally my fault, is that from the pictures it looks like there is yard space around the pool. We brought our dogs and thought there was a yard. We did a lot of walks around the neighborhoods and went to the dog beach in Venice and it turned out fine! We would rent this home again.

Wir verbrachten insgesamt knapp 7 Wochen im Florida Breeze und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es fehlt kaum etwas an Ausstattung, das Haus ist wunderschön mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein Traum. Das Rental Managment ist sehr bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit. Herr Klotz war immer sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für alles.
