Superb beachfront location.
An older style, spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment (8th floor) on Burleigh beachfront.
Boasting beach and ocean views, this location is unbeatable with Burleigh beach flagged area, surf club and the new Burleigh Pavilion right out front. The building is the closest accommodation to the flagged swimming area.
Rated by Experienceoz in the top 3 beaches in Australia, Burleigh has something for everyone.
On arrival, park your car and experience everything Burleigh has to offer on foot with shops, first class restaurants, cafes and bars a 2 minute walk away in the James Street precinct.
In the morning watch the sunrise and check out the waves from your balcony. Grab your coffee fix from "Nook" next door in the Old Burleigh Arcade. As the sun sets in the afternoon, sit up on the headland (2 min walk) under the pandanus trees eating your fish and chips while watching the surfers enjoying their last waves of the day.
Relax on the beach, take a dip in the ocean or lie by the heated pool. Other complex facilities include a sauna, large heated spa and tennis court with basketball hoop. There is also a BBQ located in the pool area.
Leisure options abound with walking trails through the national park or along the esplanade which also offers running/cycling paths and exercise equipment with a view.

Please note - we do not accept 1 night bookings. 2 night bookings will be considered during low season only.
The unit accommodates a maximum of 7 guests in a King, Queen and 3 single bed configuration. The maximum number of guests must be strictly adhered to. The onsite managers reserve the right to terminate a booking (without refund) if guests do not comply.
No pets allowed. Apartment and complex are non-smoking and have a strict "no party" policy.
A security deposit of $300 is required with the balance to be refunded after departure, provided there is no damage to the apartment or contents.
Check in time- 2.00pm. Check out- 9.30am.
Rates include linen, bath towels and cleaning.
Beach towels are available for hire from reception for $5 per person.

Don't forget the newly upgraded and renovated Burleigh Surfclub (also across the road) for a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The Markets at Burleigh State School are on every Saturday morning from 7am. They offer a large variety of fresh produce.
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a 10 minute drive away and Movie World, Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and Wet'n'Wild theme parks are a 30 min drive away. Tickets and tours can be arranged through reception.
Gold Coast Airport is a 15 minute drive away.

This is a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with spectacular views north along the beach and located right next to the shopping area. Easy walking everywhere you need to go, as well as local walks around the headland and along the beach. Detailed communications with the owners, very happy with our stay.

We had two couples in the apartment and it was great. Good bedrooms and bathrooms and a roomy entertaining area. It was great to have Foxtel provided on a large TV. Location was A+. So close to everything. Owners communicated with us and we can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Would definitely book again. Thanks!

Great location opposite the beach, easy walk everywhere. Air-con in the bedrooms was a saviour.

We had such an awesome stay in Burleigh Heads. The location was perfect, especially as we were sharing our apartment with 4 generations of our family.
Jill and Brett couldn’t do enough to help us, no request was too much trouble. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we visit the Gold Coast!

This apartment has clearly recently had a renovation. The unit is spacious and is very well equipped. 3 aged couples for a get away/ catch up and this apartment catered for 6 of us with ease. The hosts and the building managers were all very communicative and friendly. We all loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at this property. It is in a fantastic location, across the road from the beach and within walking distance to great places to eat and local shops.
The beds are very comfy and everything is provided in the kitchen to make cooking nice and easy!
We stayed here with three generations, including a 3 year old and we were all very comfy. The heated pool was a bonus as well! Would recommend!

The location was close to everything. Short walk across the road to beach, shops, restaurants and a beautiful park.
Our unit was spacious and extremely well equipped so self catering was a breeze. Couldn’t fault anything.

I booked for my family. The apartment is well located to cafes, restaurants, surf club and great shopping in James street. The beach is across the road and Tallebudgera is only a 15-20 min easy walk on the lower path around the headland. It is equipped with everything you need including full size washing detergent, dishwashing tablets etc. there is more than enough cutlery, plates and glassware for a family of 8+. you only need to buy food. The only down side was the bedrooms face the mountains and not the beach but the Lounge and family rooms are well appointed to view the ocean and balcony has a lovely couch to enjoy a morning coffee or a wine. Tennis and basketball court equipped with racquets and basketballs. Would recommend and stay again.

Grandparents, parents and 14 month old enjoyed a short break. The property was in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants beach and pool. The spa/sauna was a good extra though unfortunately closed for repair for half our stay.

What a wonderful place to stay! 3 full sized bedrooms, full working kitchen and laundry, 2 bathrooms, multiple balconies and all located across the road - litteraly 1 road to the Pavilion and Burleigh Beach! 2min walk to restaurants, supermarkets ect and awesome coffee just downstairs with a pool and spa for the kids as well!! I highly recommend this, its just the ultimate beach holiday apartment except its better and in the perfect location! highly recommend and i look forward to staying again soon before making Burleigh my permanent home!! xx

The most outstanding feature of this spacious apartment other than the sensational ocean views and walking distance to beach restaurants is the kitchen is by far the best equipped kitchen than any apartment I have ever been to and fortunately I have been to many. The thought and consideration in the fact that you are using a dishwasher with abundant plates, glasses for every drink you desire whether it be water, red or white wine or a spirit + the selection of abundant knives, crockery, cooking Pyrex, trays + serving dishes etc if you are a foodie and love to cook and dine with loved ones and a magnificent view this apartment is definitely for you!

We rented this well equipped property for our three adult kids, 2 spouses and 2 grandkids who came from Canada for Christmas with our Aussie/Canadian daughter who lives in Gold Coast (she was one of the adult kids staying here). We all enjoyed the beach being across the street, the pool and spa, the nearby walks on the headlands and shopping/restaurants on James Street. My husband and I rented another unit close by. The hosts are wonderful and we were lucky to actually meet them by accident as we were checking in.

This unit is absolutely stunning. It has all you could need to feel at home. The unit is clean, modern and well maintained. The location is incredible being across the road from the beach and mere minutes from buses, shopping, restaurants and cafes. We had a fantastic stay at Jane’s property, the location was amazing with a beautiful view of the beach and walkable to everything to could possibly need.
