Super apartament w przystępnej cenie

Przestronny apartament z wygodnym łóżkiem, prywatną łazienką oraz balkonem. Czysto i ładnie. Miłym zaskoczeniem była suszarka w szufladzie od szafy, mimo że nie była zaznaczona w opisie pokoju. Miła Pani właścicielka przywitała nas kieliszkiem domowej Rakiji. Polecamy!

Jedynym minusem był brak zasłony od prysznica.

The only reason I don't rate it a zero is the owner's father. We didn't see the owner himself, only his father showed up and was the one who handled our stay, including check-in and check-out. He's a nice old man, who gives his all

From my point of view it was a horrible experience. I will analyse each facility described as an argument 1. Twin room with pool view: no pool view. We only saw a building under construction. I didn't even notice a pool nearby 2. When we got to the lobby it smelled horrible, I think it smelled like urine. 3. Very soft bed, totally uncomfortable, the mattress arched to the shape of your body, like sleeping in a hammock, which resulted in a restless sleep and a lot of back pain. 4. The room was so small that if you open a suitcase, you no longer have space to open the entrance door. 5. In the room, there were two sockets, and in one of them, there was a "contraption" with a triple adapter where the air conditioner, refrigerator, and possibly the phone charger were plugged in. 6. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak. At best, it had one bar. 7. The bathroom door closes very hard and gets stuck shut. 8. Everything in the room is outdated and has a strange and musty smell. 9. The air conditioner couldn't be used because it was emitting mold and had a terrible smell. 10. Seating area: only available on the terrace, shared with other tenants. There were 2 chairs in the room, but simply nowhere to sit. 11. Heating: I don't know, I haven't tested. 12. Soundproofing: nonexistent. I could hear the neighbors snoring. Moreover, the windows were made of wood and completely unsealed. 13. Hardwood or parquet floor: availabe 14. Wardrobe: exists, but the smell and mustiness made us not use it. 15. Cleaning products: only hand soap. 16. Clothes rack: I don't know. 17. Trash cans: one available in the bathroom, one on the terrace 18. Socket near the bed: not available. 19. Adapter: only the "contraption" with a triple adapter. 20. Feather pillow: there were 2 pillows available. 21. Shower: available 22. Toilet: available 23. Private bathroom: available 24. Bath or shower: shower available 25. Additional toilet: not available 26.

Hosts are really friendly and always happy to help. The room is like in the description, clean and you have all the necessities to cook if you want. 5 minutes from the bus station and all the necessary shops. Very calm with a nice view

The owner and his mom are really nice and helpful people. the apartment was clean and nice, you have everything you may need here. it’s very well located, only 20 minutes walk to all attractions in the city like a beach or an old town. Also there are shops and bus station very near by. I fully recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place 😊

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The bed was in decent condition. The location is a little far from the city center, but Budva is a small city and we could walk to the center from there. there are a few eateries nearby, so it's not too far of a walk from there to get a quick bite or drink.

The apartment location is a bit hard to find as well, due to it being behind 2 other buildings from the street, and the host did not give us any details before our arrival on how to find it; we had to ask around and get information from the neighbors on where to find it. We didn't have private parking, which was a bit inconvenient to have to look for a spot in a public parking lot or on the street hoping there'd be one available. There was also a persistent smell coming from the drain in the bathroom; we flushed it with water, but the smell did not go away.

It might be worth based on price to value ratio or if you don't have much money

PRO - Cheap: one of the cheapest accommodation (the two of us paid €28/night, all fees and taxes included) - Spacious balcony - Good location: The beach is max 15 mins by walk, the street is quiet, no traffic - Staff is kind

We expected more based on the ratings and tags. We really don't understand how it is possible to have such high ratings from the visitors (9+) CONTRA: - Everything is super old or the cheapest or just not working/broken! - Terrible soundproofing: this is a separated flat so it consists of 3 apartments per floor. The entrance door was an old interior door with no insulation. The wind could move all the doors/windows in a closed position. - Air condition is working but smells and you can see the mold with your eyes. - The couch and the TV was broken. - Uncomfortable mattress, instead of bars, there was a sheet of weak pozdorja in the bed frame, and not all the way through... - Kitchen is very basic: no microwave, no hot water!, no coffee machine, ect. 3 sets of cutlery and plates, 2 pan, a couple of mug/glass. Only 2 out of 4 hotplates work. - Bathroom is uncomfortable: the shower hose falls out of the shower head several times a day. Inability to shower without getting everything wet (including the toilet). How much would it cost to replace it, $15?... There is no mop (or broom). - We were told there would be a hair dryer in the apartment. There wasn't one. Upon special request, we got one that only blew lukewarm air and was smelly.

Comfortable Place

It was clean, sheets smelled so beautiful. Owners were so nice, treated us like their own guests. When we get back to budva, we will definitely prefer here again. Thanks a lot.

Sunny room, calm neighbourhood

Nice sunny room with a balcony and just two blocks from the main bus station and surrounded by little grocery stores. Very welcoming hosts who offered me coffee and honey on arrival. The wifi was good for work calls and videos. The AC worked great. The room was very spacious with two twin beds and a large bathroom. If you ask they can provide a beach towel and extra cooking supplies. Other guest were quiet and I never heard any noise.

The hotplate was well worn so you didn't know from the knobs if was on high or low when turned on so making coffee could take 30min or 5. Just takes some trial and error. The twin beds and sheets were not the most comfortable but functioned fine.

Exceptional hospitality and atmosphere, A/C for hot evenings, good location, balcony was a huge plus,

The value for money was very much appreciated. I had a TV, private bathroom, kitchenette and private balcony for little more than it would cost to stay at a hostel. It was very quiet at the property and I was able to sleep very well. I loved the mountain view. One of the things I liked best about the property was that the family lived onsite which guaranteed issues would be dealt with quickly. During my stay, the person in the room next door insisted on smoking inside even though the weather was warm and he had a personal balcony. Milos dealt with the issue as soon as I contacted him which I was very grateful for. His mom was a very sweet woman.

The furniture could be more logically arranged in the room and the kitchen table is too low for the chairs. These are minor details.

Excellent!! Recommended 100%! Super clean and beautiful apartment. Would definetely comeback. Plus: the owner was super nice, he was very helpful, warm and attentive. Perfect english. Huge thank you!!! :)

The kitchen of the studio was a bit basic, as it was a bit short of pans, pots and cutlery (only 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 spoons, etc), and only 1 of 2 stoves was working (that made cooking a bit slower). Besides, the bathroom doors doesn't close as it should (you've to hold it with something, as the trash bin for instance). Nevertheless, in the balance, it's and excellent deal for the price, and would definitely recommend and come back.

Very nice host, Milosz, who offered us grapes. Accommodation was perfect. Clean room with a balcony and a beautiful view. We are delighted to stay in Budva. The owner, Milosz, kept our luggage after check-out, we are very grateful for that. We recommend. 10/10.

Advisable!

5 Minute walking distance to central bus station and 10 minute to local bus station. Milos and his family were so kind, helpful and hospitable. The place is clean and comfortable. And also have a huge balcony! Wi-Fi is good enough. High quality with a fair price. If I come to Budva again, i will definitely stay here.

The apart is behind of another building and that's why it may be hard to find. It's a bit far from old city and mogren Beach. And it became tiring to walk in summer heat.
