Irogami Lake is a secret treasure. It is right across from Silver Lake in Wautoma (Silver Lake is VERY busy). Irogami is a very clean lake, that although is shallow (maximum depth is about 8 feet), it is a full recreation lake perfect for skiing, tubing, wake boarding, fishing, etc.
Sorry, we do not allow parties. Minimum booking age is 25 years old.
Dogs possible at owners discretion and $125 fee. No pets other than dogs. Do not Instant Book if you have a dog, as there are additional rules that apply for dogs and you'll want to know if you're going to be agreeable to them before you commit.
Located on a very quiet dead-end road, this home is across from a natural wildlife area. If you're a bird-watcher, you will be in heaven! The easy drive off the highway (about 3 minutes) is the ideal entrance to your vacation. The long quiet road is perfect for walks and bike rides. We accommodate parking for up to 7 vehicles.
The shallow shore line is so great for children, as they can go out more than 50 feet and play without fear! It's perfect for all water sports, including volleyball! We supply all the toys! Canoe, paddle boards/kayaks, tubes, inflatables, row boat, sailboat, etc, all conveniently located in the boat house. Please bring your own life vests, sunscreen, and beach towels.
A wonderful fire pit is perfect for the sunset show and s’mores (*some fire wood & flame included!)
With the West facing exposure, you will have the most incredible sunsets on the lake! Irogami gives spectacular sunsets every night! There are NO STEPS to the water, and a paved walk leads right to the dock, making it especially nice for grandma and grandpa to join in on the vacation!
The home is perfect for your large group, sleeping 19 people in beds. We also have a sleeper sofa for two that equals our 21 person capacity. There’s a queen sized air mattress and two trundle mattresses that children could use to sleep on, if desired. This is a 4 bedroom PLUS loft home. The upstairs bedrooms have balconies, and the master has a walk out deck overlooking the lake for your morning cup of coffee and evening glass of wine. There are three large newly renovated full bathrooms.
Our huge kitchen has two refrigerators for your convenience! There is a new KitchenAid dishwasher, custom built island in the kitchen, and a dining table with 8 chairs. The folding table and folding chairs can be also be used for meals. We also have two picnic tables on the porch just outside of the dining room table.

The great family area in the lower level will be an activity/game hub for your group. We have Foosball, air hockey, Skeeball, darts, Wii video games, and more in this area! Rainy days will not disappoint! For the sunny days, enjoy out door seating with large, ground level decking and a wonderful level yard on the lake side for gathering and lawn games (we provide water volleyball too).

Please wash & dry towels, start dishwasher, and lock all windows and doors before departure.
No-smoking in house and cigarette butts left behind will forfeit deposit.

After our years of renting for our own vacation, we believe we have created the ideal vacation home for you! As we also live on Lake Irogami, we offer service second-to-none. We aim to make your stay a five star experience!
We will typically be there to check you in and will provide the door pass code and WiFi password.
There is a insurance protection plan that will be added once you start your booking process. This will give both parties extra protection, and will cover up to $5,000 of accident coverage.

Had another wonderful time at Dave and Diane's property. House is wonderful for our group of 16, never felt crowd. The lake is perfect for our group. We had younger kids with us, so the depth is wonderful for them and us adults, sandy bottom and clear!

This was our third annual stay at this property and we have already booked for summer 2025. The property is well cared for and fits our family. We have 6 adults and 5 kids (age range 7-12). Kids love the lake for swimming, tubing, and fishing. And of course the kids love the game room. We've rented the smaller pontoon each year which is nice to have readily available at the dock. Dave and Diane are wonderful hosts and easy to reach if necessary.

My extended family and I just completed our sixth stay at this wonderful location. Everything was great. Sandy and shallow entrance into the water. Plenty of items to use in the water (rowboat, canoe, paddleboat, paddleboards, floatees, etc. House was clean and spacious. Dave and Diane are very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions.

My 94 year old mother, watches from an easy chair, her great grandchildren playing in the clear water of Lake Irogami. Such a great tradition, we continue annually at our favorite place.

We were looking for a house on a clean, sandy bottomed lake for our family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had 6 adults and 5 grandkids, ages 3 - 12. This property had all that, plus pleanty of

The home is spacious and easily accommodated our motley crew of 6 adults and 5 kids from 9 months to 4 years old. The living room is lovely and large and open and the kitchen is well equipped and easy to maneuver when feeding kids and adults at different times. Eating outside while watching the sunset was so special. Most important, the easy access to the lake and ability to use all their wonderful boathouse life vests, canoes, paddleboards, kyaks etc made the vacation perfect. Also, the campfire area is one of the nicest we've come across and in addition they supply the wood which was so convenient. We rented the pontoon boat which added to the fun tremendously. The Bonds were very responsive to any questions we had. We're ready and eager to return!

Our group of 15 ranging in age from 6 to 76 had a wonderful time. Dave and Diane are terrific owners, there if we need them. House is perfect for our large group and the clean sandy lake is perfect. Thanks for a great week of family time!
8.0 / 10.0
This house easily accommodated the 6 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby and 2 dogs that were on our trip. We stayed a full week and enjoyed our stay! Diane was easy to get ahold of and attentive to our needs. We had a short-lived issue with the AC one evening and they sent someone over to fix it immediately the next morning. The lake is perfect for small kids, as the depth is quite shallow almost all the way to the end of the pier. The inside of the house has clearly when remodeled recently and the bathrooms have some very nice finishes. The outside of the house and yard could use a little TLC, as the wooden outdoor furniture is weathered and landscaping could use a little sprucing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this house provided a good location for the needs of our group.

Very clean and well stocked. Description of the property is exactly as we found it. Amazing view of the lake allowing us to admire exceptional sunsets! Would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay for all different ages of families. Kids had a blast collecting seashells and fishing off the dock. Great quiet location. Hosts were awesome. Had a couple of rainy days but plenty to do with a great game room!
10.0 / 10.0
Our stay was wonderful! You can see they are in the process of remodeling and what they have done so far is beautiful! The lake was perfect for a family with little kids. It’s shallow and we didn’t have to worry about the kids running into the water. There were a lot of water toys and yard games to keep everyone happy. They provide “limited” amounts of some items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc., but they had plenty for our group of 15 for four days. The owners are quick to respond, and when there was an issue with the kitchen sink, they had someone out to fix it asap. We would stay here again!

There was plenty of space for our family of 13, which included 5 kids age 5 and under. They had baby gates for the stairs which was immensely helpful. The game room in the basement was tons of fun. We would love to stay again and are already talking about a trip back sometime in the summer to hopefully enjoy the lake and outdoor amenities!

One of the most beautiful houses we have stayed at, with gorgeous views of the lake!! There was plenty of room for 18 adults to sleep comfortably and the 3 full bathrooms were a bonus!! The Wautoma area bar and grills were very fun snd welcomed all of us!! Definite 5 star place!! Would love to stay in the summer to enjoy the lake!!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with my parents and my sister’s family. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook meals for all 13 of us. When we didn’t want to cook, we enjoyed dinner at the Silvercryst supper club and the KRB BBQ restaurants just up the road. The younger kids enjoyed playing together in the bunk room and the playroom, and there was plenty of things to do to keep them busy. We also appreciated that there was a larger bedroom and full bathroom on the main level as the stairs going to the second level were a bit steep for my parents to navigate. We loved returning to the town of Wautoma (we used to own a vacation home nearby) and enjoyed the Christmas traditions like the nearby Christmas tree farms, Christmas parade, light display, and cookie walk. We hope to return again soon.

We had a family birthday gathering at the house. Overall we had a great time. The lake and the water toys (kayaks, canoe, etc.) were very nice. Beautiful sunsets.
Kitchen was very nice and we especially appreciated the 2 refrigerators. Game room and lower level bunk room was a hit with the kiddo's.

We were able to get all 21 of us 12 adults 9 kids to stay for a long weekend. They was something for everyone to do! The lake was perfect size for everything! The paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boat, row boats the kids literally kept busy fishing, swimming boating and playing in the sand. The adults were able to relax and supervise the entire time. The one morning it rained and the house was still big enough to keep us all there without being on top of each other. Excellent place and great time was had by all!

This was an almost perfect location for our family holiday.
We were impressed by our host's immediate response to our water question. The house was lovely. The beach was perfect for our littlest one. The water was warm. The boat house toys were great. The paddle boards were used the most. The sunsets were better and better each night. And we had a full super blood moon! The only complaint came from the fishermen in the group. No fish were caught, but we have so many wonderful memories, so many great photos. And we found out that our son and his wife are having a second baby, due in February. Thank you to our hosts. We had a wonderful holiday.

This was our second stay with Bonding Time, and as the first year, this year was great. The remodel done on the property was very nice - great bathrooms and the large windows facing the lake are beautiful. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. Irogami is a wonderful lake for kids. Dave and Diane are easy to work with. I recommend this property. We are booked for next year already!

Had a great time celebrating our 30th year camping and our Dad's Birthday with my Dad, Sisters and Families. We decided to do a house instead of our campers for something different and we were glad we did! Ample room for all 21 of us and the kid cousins enjoyed the bunk room together. Close to the water for the little kids to enjoy and for the older kids and adults to paddleboard and go out onto our boat. Loved having the boat stay in the water all week which made it easy to enjoy tubing and evening rides. Close enough to run to the store if needed and the house had a great stock of the basic supplies if we forgot anything. Appreciated all the amenities like the cornhole/bags game, grill, paddleboards, gameroom etc. Plenty to keep everyone busy and enjoy time together. Thanks for a great get-away!

We just completed our 5th annual stay at BondingTime. The owners have done a major remodeling and it is fantastic! New flooring, windows, bathrooms, etc. I cannot say enough about how nice it is. The location on the lake is perfect. To top it off, Diane and Dave are great to work with.

We loved the property and have rented for the last three years. Unfortunately, we have been ousted for supposedly a VRBO snafu in opening up the date prior to our leaving our current contract.
Quite a disappointment to all, including my 93 year old Mother.

We were looking for a location on a lake with the opportunity to sleep 18 family members for our 50th wedding anniversary. We found a beautiful site, and a beautiful lake with a large number of family toys, kayaks, paddle boards, raft, etc. that occupied everyone for a full week. Great place!

Our group of 15 (ages 6 - 75) enjoyed this lovely lake home. The sandy lake bottom was a real treat. We enjoyed all of the amenities such as the game room, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. The grandkids loved the "cousins" room with enough bunks for all 6 of them. We were glad that we added the pontoon boat again this year. The hosts Dave and Diane are awesome and delightful to work with. We had a great week and will be back next year.

Everything about our trip was perfect. The home was clean and updated and had everything we needed for the weekend. Diane and Dave are the perfect hosts and respond to any and all requests/needs in a very timely manner. The lake was perfect for our needs. My family and I had a great time and we would love to come back and stay again. Thank you Diane and Dave!

Property was amazing. The lake was beautiful and the kids loved it. Will be definitely returning again.
10.0 / 10.0
The lake was perfect for everyone. Very kind neighbors- the kids didn’t follow directions and let a paddle board escape. Someone kindly returned it!!
2 refrigerators is wonderful. Plenty of room for leftovers. Unfortunately that was an issue when we got ready to leave because of the trash amount.
The biggest issue we had were with trash and recycle. The recycle “rules” are different where we live so it was difficult to police that. The amount of trash there was for 22 people for 7 days was more than we were allotted.
The house was very nice. The younger people enjoyed the game room as much as the lake.
The house was well stocked. It was wonderful to have everything there at the start, right down to the fly swatter!
We would love to come back here for another vacation.

We went for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The Bonds meet us apond arrival and gave us a good run threw of everything. Very very friendly people! They are very quick to respond and help out ofnyiu have any questions too! They had just finished the remodel and wow, it looked amazing! The house was perfect for us. The basement gave the kids all sorts of things to do. We really enjoyed the open concept of this house too! We had plenty of room both inside and outside. Kitchen had everything you needed so that was a huge plus. The towels the house had were very nice. Beds were comfortable. The location of the house was nice, on a dead in road so not busy at all but yet close enough to town if you needed anything. The lake eas nive and sandy for swimming. Perfect for younger kids to play in. The raft was anither huge hit with the kids! They also have paddle boats, canoe, kayaks and a paddle boat we used. With a not so busy lake the kids were able to go out in thise and have fun too. We also rented the pontoon they had, and that was very nice too. The sunsets here are so beautiful! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again for allowing us to vacation at your beautiful place!

A trip to remember! We spent a long weekend here with some of our kids and grandkids (12 of us). The property was exactly as described in the listing and it was perfect for a wonderful getaway. The kitchen was as well-equipped as my home and the owner provided everything we could possibly require. The bedrooms were numerous and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were all spacious, newly renovated and stocked with everything! There was so much to do, we were never bored. The kids absolutely loved the beach and the very large, sand-bottom swim area. Perfect for people of all ages and sizes. The “toys” that were available to us in the boathouse were plentiful. We enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking very much and we were treated to breathtaking sunsets every night! The kids also had a ton of fun in the game room. So much to do! The owner was amazing to work with and answered our questions in a timely manner. She met us when we arrived and showed us around. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! There are so many beds! We had an extended family of 15 and there will still empty beds. The kids LOVED the game room and the view of the lake was peaceful and lovely. The kitchen worked well for us to cook for the big family, and there were lots of areas for people to hang out. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

Our crew goes skiing every year at Nordic Mountain & this home was super close, which was are number one need. The house was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Diane and Dave are super transparent and they expect things to done a certain way (as they should, it's their home).
Personally would not be able to rebook as our crew is more mid-20s and overall hard to make sure that every rule they have set be followed.
However, altogether we enjoyed are annual trip!

This was a very cozy place for our family getaway. It was all useful space to us. The kitchen had ample room for serving food and sitting. We liked that it was close to the living room, making our time with family easily flow from one room to the other. We also enjoyed the game room - it gave ample options for activities for us. The hosts were easily accessible through our stay. As with any home you may rent, they expect you to treat the space as if it were your own. We readily did so. But, we were also a tad nervous about making sure we followed all of the rules, for fear of disobeying or perhaps losing security deposit. Most rules are absolute common sense, though, so they weren’t difficult to follow. Oh! One other perk worth mentioning (which you may read about in other reviews) is that there were two refrigerators- so handy when you have a large family! I would recommend this place to others.
