Reservations staff and Dine in staff were unprofessional. Line manager didn’t even respond upon complaint. Shortened my

Location! My wife likes NoVotel properties which made us book at vijayawada! But the experience at Vijayawada Novotel was a nightmare! Except for office staff Prasad, who was welcoming and has hospitality manners… rest are very reckless. Line manager didn’t bother to respond to the concerns! Strongly recommend to avoid Novotel Vijayawada!

Slightly disappointing

Staff is very courteous. Hotel is clean.

Mini bar was not set-up. Tea sachets were not adequately replenished. Hotel has trust issues with (?booking.com) customers and front desk insisted on paying the entire amount at checkin and even more as a cover charge for future F& B consumption.

Good Experience.

I liked the view, the buffet, the bed and the swimming pool. The staff was very obedient, responsive, and kind. The buffet was tasty and had various dishes and desserts. The swimming pool was very big and my son loved swimming in it. The lobby also had a cool digital table that you can play games in it, it's basically just a big phone that only has games.

The view from our room looked just little bit okay. And the room was looking very dim, the rooms should have more lights.

The hotel staff are good

The floor carpets on the upper floors are dirty, we have a broken dust bin in the room. Room service is a bit too slow. We were given a room in one corner without much view upon request they were denied. I feel they need to put more effort into replacing carpets specially since we gone through COVID

Best place to stay in Vijayawada

Quintessential Novotel experience. - Situated just on the National Highway, so perfect for folks driving through Vijayawada. It takes 5 minutes to just hit the Highway. - Check-in was fast. - Room was spacious. - Bed & pillows were super comfy. - We ordered dinner which was absolutely fabulous. - Though it was not in our package originally, we had breakfast next day. All in all, it cost around INR 9K for room + dinner + 2 pax breakfast for 1 night stay.

Nice place to stay

The food quality is on high level eight. I never saw earlier I my journey experience around the globe, number of dishes presented represent regional , other Indian food and intercontinental served in BF or Lunch or Dinner. In each time you find lot more verity , new test , and way of presentation. Open cooking ( live stall ) is giving a different visual impression . The upmost beautiful part is service in food area ,the food service staff are so trend , having nice different regional dress each time , very polite and very fast to fulfill your desire . In signal word : Out Standing

i still love this place and hope my next visit will be nice

when i visited in 2021 it was really clean and nice, this time bathroom is not that clean.i see fungus in the corners. i was stuck in bathroom bcos bathroom lock has to be repaired , ended breaking it and came out and changed the room.

We didn't have breakfast. The toiletries provided are not up to the standard of 5star hotel. No tooth brush set or shaving set. or comb which are very basic for this standard hotel

Not worth the money.

Very clean hotel. Bathroom is elegant. The view from glass lift is good. The coffee shop in lobby is good.

The staff does not know Telugu. Cannot speak good English. The pool is open to the general public on Sundays. It was very crowded with unruly people. I did not get a good feeling. The food is overpriced and not good.The food in the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is very bad. Chicken is smelling bad.

ok to stay but no where near the standards of Novotel in European countries.

clean room, excellent breakfast

a) staff attitude. Expected receptionist to have a pleasant tone b). despite paying for the breakfast, they insisted that we should pay and this argument was happening while having breakfast. if there was a concern, then they should have sorted this before we sat for breakfast. Not while having breakfast. it’s resolved in the end once they knew that we paid in advance. c). Iron board over torn and very dirty

Very good

we stayed in a 2bhk. we were completely contended with the rooms, and how they were maintained. Fabulous breakfast. value for money.

staff - very bad service from check-in to check-out. we had to go to the reception thrice in 20 mins to get our card activated. staff behaviour defines the hospitality of the place and we were really disappointed in this front.
