You'll feel right at home when you stay at this Island Inn townhouse on Martha's Vineyard. Featuring access to a shared pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and an easy walk to the beach, all you have to do is make the memories!

Island Inn occupies a corner of the Farm Neck Golf Club, a short drive south of Oak Bluffs. An easy walk is all that separates you from the beach while the charming shops and eateries in town can be reach by a two-mile drive.

Feeding the family will be a breeze thanks to the modern kitchenette, which is equipped with all the essentials you need, including silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. You may grill up steaks or veggies in the communal barbecue area outside, as well. A cable TV and WiFi are great for relaxing, and shared washers/dryers are available for doing laundry. A crib for a small child is available upon request in advance.

Gather around the firepit area and watch the stars come out. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace is not operational.
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space; the second-floor bedroom being a lofted space, semi-open to the floor below.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the unit. Perfect location between the pool and the adjacent Nomans restaurant. The only drawback is that there is only one bath/shower, and it is downstairs, although the master bedroom is upstairs.

Clean and functional townhouse that was great for 5 people to share for a wedding weekend on the Vineyard. We appreciated that the Inn set up the sleeper sofa in advance of our stay. I think it would have felt cramped for a group of our size if we'd stayed much longer, but it was perfect for 2 nights. The space is extremely clean but was fairly spare/ plain in terms of decor. We were a 30 min walk from downtown Oak Bluffs - we would have loved it if the Inn had bicycles on hand for us to use.

Our room was wonderful. Slept five people. The king bed was absolutely comfortable nice little kitchenette although we didn’t use it we did go in the pool. That was also very nice in the ground very well-kept.

Ferry was canceled on short notice and we needed place for two nights and Island Inn did great job accommodating us. Our second time using Inn. We had renters coming into our home and our ferry was canceled last minute. It was very clean and staff was great. Would always recommend.

We had such a wonderful week at The Island Inn! Our room was spotless clean, the grounds were beautiful and the location was great! We were close to pretty much everything. We’ll definitely be back! :)

The property itself was great but the management company wasn’t very flexible. We were traveling with an infant and asked for early check-in. We were told they would prioritize our room and call us when it was ready. We never got a call and every time we called to check on the status we’re told they would let us know. For checkout our ferry was canceled so we had to leave later than expected. We asked for a late checkout (since we now know our room is on the late end getting cleaned) and were barely given an extension.

The property is in a great location. Within walking distance of the inkwell. Check-in was simple. Once verified, I received the code for the room. The room was perfect for our needs and very clean. Spiral stairs were a little hard to navigate with luggage but once we were settled it was fine. The TV did not work upstairs and I called the hotline and maintenance came out right away. We also used the grill outside which was great. The grounds are great with a playground, BBQ area, pool, and tennis. We did not use the tennis courts. Areas that can be improved are a shower upstairs for the master bedroom. You also share a balcony with the other guests. Although we did not have any issues with our neighbors, it just seems like a security risk. Also, not a lot of parking. We had a great visit!

The apartment was nice and clean, but bare basic. The bar height peninsula in the kitchen has 3 counter height stools, you can’t sit there to eat the stools are too low!!?!? The table only has 3 chairs, it would be nice if there was one more chair in the apartment so at least 4 could sit at the table. There were not enough place settings of dishes or silver for 6 people. There are not enough hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang up 6 towels and the clothes line in the shower was broken. There is no chair of any kind in the bedroom upstairs, so there is no where to sit up there at all. I know it seems like a lot of little things, but if this unit is for 6 people it needs to accommodate 6 people better. And if you think 2 adults can sleep comfortably on the sleep sofa think again! It’s very uncomfortable! Despite the challenges with this unit, the property is beautiful, very dog friendly, and incredibly convenient to everything by car or bike! We loved our first trip to Martha’s Vineyard!!

Pictures did no justice to this property or the unit itself. Absolutely amazing and cannot wait to book again. Location was super convenient and the unit itself was spotless and had so many extras we had nonidea about. We will def be looking to book a longer stay never time. Easy access for entry, central location, cleanliness on point. Cannot reconvened this location enough. You will not be disappointed.
