DETAILS: Tucked away in quiet and luxurious WaterColor, Sunset Park is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home that comfortably accommodates 12 guests. Take advantage of direct access to the neighborhood greenspace, proximity to the heated WaterColor Lake House pool, and WaterColor’s numerous other amenities. Guests will love relaxing on this 2-story home’s screened-in porch and beach access a short stroll away! High, vaulted ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors lend a warm glow to the home's main living space. A spacious, open floor plan joins the living, dining, and kitchen areas, allowing guests to maximize their time together. In the living space, a comfortable queen sleeper sectional sofa and a 47” TV offer a perfect place to unwind. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make the kitchen a great space for preparing family meals, which can be shared at the nearby dining table that seats 6, with 4 additional spots at the breakfast bar. The spacious screened-in porch offers a wonderful area to sip a morning coffee or evening cocktail. In the beautiful primary bedroom, guests will enjoy the lavish king bed and the private bathroom. There is 1 guest bedroom on this floor with a queen bed.
On the second floor, a natural light-filled guest bedroom features a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a private bathroom. The Carriage House is an excellent spot for Guests seeking more private accommodations. This space is conveniently furnished with a plush queen bed and has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, kitchenette with a dishwasher, mini-refrigerator, microwave, TV, and balcony. Nearby beach access and WaterColor amenities make Sunset Park an ideal location for a Florida vacation. Easily explore the area with parking for 2 vehicles and 4 complimentary adult bikes. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400.
