This room ad the lodge were great. But with it being summer there really needed to be an ac window unit or more fans. The room was hot.
The lodge was amazing and we used the pool and hot tubs. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.
I'd go back if it was not summer time.

Brian Head Condo
The room was pretty small. The TV and cable was really bad - but who comes to the mountains to watch TV? The "hot plate" was not working and there was no place to prep for any food....so plan on eating out

Fire need of updates.
Very economical property. The location is great. Walls are paper thin. Sofa was in poor condition. Bed was comfortable

It was a great location.
It was very easy and everyone was very kind. The toilet had issues and the lack of a closet made keeping things organized and tidy very difficult.

Place to sleep with incredible views and hotel-equivalent kitchenette
This place was similar to an aged hotel with a small kitchenette. In my college days I would've happily crammed 4 people in here and used the sink and microwave while we stashed approximately 9 beers in the fridge (maybe 12 would fit- didn't try). My overall point here is that is you need a place to stay that is clean and quiet with your basic needs met (note I stayed in off-season, so it was very quiet) then this is your place. If you're looking for a "high end experience", this is not the unit for you. But for me, the view and the quiet were exactly what I can for.
A couple items to be addressed: electrical outlets are worn out and need to be replaced, couldn't use tv due to no buttons on it and lack of remote (although there were two batteries laying on the shelf seeming to be expecting their electronic friend to join them any minute). Property Management did not respond to message left regarding remote. Front desk was unable to help either.

Good for price
We enjoyed the stay and it was decent for the price. There are some issues that should be addressed. There was no remote so we couldn’t watch TV and no DVD player. The fireplace doesn’t work. Some of the outlets have issues with power, mostly because they won’t keep the plug in them and should be replaced. Otherwise we had a great time and like I said decent for the cheapest one in Brian Head.

Clean and cozy.
This little room had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Need better housekeeping and maintenance
Unit had everything I needed. Access to pool and fitness center is a big plus without having to pay daily resort fee. However, dishes had old food stuck on the side and toilet ran every 15 mins. Due to Covid, did not want to have maintenance person come in the room to fix.

basic condo with great price and views
Condo was exactly as expected. I wasn't looking for a high-end unit so it worked great for my business stay.

Terrible condo with poor communication
This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed! The room was dirty with coffee still in the coffee pot. TV did not work and the blinds did not cover the windows so it was nearly 85 degrees with no AC. When I reached out to the manager they basically ignored me all weekend.

Misleading. There's a reason the property owner does not display a picture of inside property.
1.)Was not cleaned before I went inside, out of compliance(COVID). Filthy coffee maker with old coffee grounds stuck to the pot. Cleaning lady came that evening and spent 2 hours cleaning. 2.)Moldy shower curtain liner. 3.)Broken toilet seat. 4.) Television NEVER worked as property owner refuses to install appropriate installation and/or cable. 5.) Saliva and/or fluid stains on bed pillows. 6.) Glass covering on gas fire-place has rust splatter/stain, unable to utilize fire-place. I was in constant contact with management (Theresa Lopez.) She made contact with property owner, he assured her he would make contact with me. As of this email he has not! I am requesting half my money back as I spent as little time as possible in this private unit. In addition, I made several phone calls and emails to Escape Properties. Like Cedar Creek Lodge, they will do nothing about this property since it is privately owned. Disappointing, misleading, and out of COVID COMPLIANCE from all parties involved. Furniture is old, worn out; carpet is worn and smells. mini-fridge is old, toaster oven is so stained with rust its a health hazard. Floor boarding has fallen off and not repaired nor replaced. I do have pictures and submit to Theresa Lopez.

Great place...convenient
Great studio rental, easy access to lofts. Highlights were the fireplace and jetted bath. Would definitely stay again!
