The main area is an open space that includes a living room a dining room, as well as a contemporary gourmet kitchen. The state-of-the-art kitchen has been fitted with professional grade stainless steel appliances and a giant water fall breakfast bar island.

This is a great place to stay for anyone wanting to visit Vancouver. A very nice house in a beautiful and safe residential neighborhood that's still close to lots of Vancouver attractions. We would stay here again!

Everything was perfect and accurate in description. It was a great location to everything we did. Walking to the beach was wonderful in the evening time. Beds were great and super comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The location is amazing. A quick walk down to Kits beach or up to 4th street. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was extremely well finished and had everything needed for a great stay. The location is ideal - close to shopping/eating options on West 4th and West Broadway and just a 10min walk to beach front and parks. Would highly recommend staying here 👌.

Staying at this property was a lovely experience for our family of 4. Sam was an amazing host. He replied promptly to our queries, with additional information he thought might be helpful. For example, when I asked about a barbecue, he assured us there was one on the front deck, and then recommended the excellent butcher just a short walk away. The check in process was very easy. The host manual contained Sam's recommendations for restaurants nearby which were always spot on. Lots of extra's in the suite, including games, spices and condiments. The two bathrooms had luxurious rainfall showers. We walked everywhere, and when we needed to go downtown, took the bus from stops that were conveniently located. We also biked to Granville island. The property was in the lower level of the house and so might be a wee bit dark in the winter months, but during the heat wave this summer we were very comfortable, especially with the skookum fans provided for every room. The ceilings are very high, and Sam has done a great job maximizing light in the suite with lighting and lots of windows so you don't feel cramped at all. High end finishings and immaculately clean. Comfy beds. Highly recommended.

Great family stay in heart of Kits
We had an excellent stay with our family. The apartment was exactly as advertised, the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to enjoy a homy dinner after a full day in the outdoors. The parking space is very convenient and suitable for a full size SUV.
Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. He made himself readily available when needed. The
Location is perfect to enjoy the beaches and the commercial strip on 4th Avenue. Highly recommended!

This apartment fit our family of 4 perfectly. In a great location, SUPER clean and had all of the amenities of a 5-star hotel. My one little nit-picky suggestion would be to get the master bedroom tv to work better- the signal kept cutting out so it was pretty unwatchable. Perfect Host, Perfect Vacation
Sam was accommodating from start to finish. He answered questions we had about Vancouver and his property before we even booked it. The entire process was extremely smooth, and every time we had a question it was answered quickly and accurately. The property was perfect, it's a great location, insanely clean, and every room in the house is luxury. Thank you for making this such an unbelievable, stress free vacation!!

Everything I expected and more!
I feel like I have pretty high standards in all aspects of my life, so when my expectations are met and or exceeded - it is simply delightful. I don't typically write reviews, but felt compelled to let others know - you can't go wrong here. This home is exquisite, high end, clean and in the perfect location. Sam was attentive and responsive, but not intrusive. There was a small issue with the fire alarm which he took care of immediately - and even left a gift for the slight inconvenience. We had children join us from all ends of the earth - on our last day the departure times were throughout the day. Sam was gracious and allowed one of our sons and his girlfriend to stay beyond the normal checkout time - so much appreciated, thank you, Sam. Book this and you will not be sorry - but hurry, my guess is this one goes fast.

Perfect place to stay!
We spent three restful and restorative nights at Sam's wonderful property. Everything was exactly as described in the VRBO listing. It was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was situated in a great location (a couple minute walk to two excellent coffee shops and five minutes to beach!). The area felt very safe and was it was quiet. We didn't use any of the top notch kitchen appliances or washer/dryer, but it was nice to have them available if we needed them. Sam was very responsive, courteous and the perfect host. I am so glad we chose to stay here. It was a perfect rental and we loved everything about it. Thank you Sam!

Luxury villa with great host
This villa has all the luxury of a high end house— rain showerhead, gas range, high speed internet, big flat screen TVs, drawers full of board games, and your own putting green! We enjoyed our time in Vancouver coming home to this villa. In addition Sam is an excellent host! He has a whole website with recommendations in the area. He was even flexible enough to let us extend our stay an extra day when our flight was cancelled. Highly recommend this villa if you are staying in Vancouver!

Terrific place to stay - highly recommend.
Thank you Sam for being a wonderful host. This was perfect for my family of 6. The place was beautifully decorated, practically brand new like a model house, with pride of ownership apparent throughout the house. Sam provided basically everything we needed - even better than a 5 star hotel. We were debating between The Fairmount, Pac Rim but wanted a more private setting and we’re so glad we chose this. Location was great, the private parking space made it so easy, and his videos and recommendations were so helpful. And Sam was always accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay with Family
Our family of 5 - two boys (11 and 16), grandpa, and us parents found this a very comfortable, spacious and centrally located property to stay. Sam was very responsive, and was good with suggestions on what to do / where to eat around the neighborhood. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood, we also made a couple of light meals / breakfast right at home. The kids also took the time to soak in the Kitsilano beach pool, take in some fireworks and walked around the neighborhood a couple of evenings. Overall, very satisfied with the place.

Home Away from Home
Our family stayed in this property after my husband had surgery. The fenced yard, fully stocked kitchen tools, beach towels, well supplied bathrooms, board games and quiet neighbourhood were perfect for housing 3 kids and a recovering husband. Basement had plenty of light, windows and fans for a fresh, airy experience. Would definitely come again!

Wonderful home, great host
Sam was easy to communicate with and responsive during our stay. The home was exceptionally clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We walked daily to great local restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend.

Great place, great location
I highly recommend Sam (the owner) and this property. Sam made our stay extra pleasant by providing a nice, modern 3 bedroom place and very helpful information before our trip & while we were there. Vancouver is VERY drivable. That said you're a half block from a street with nice stores and restaurants. Nothing with a Vancouver address is more than 15 minutes away. We're from a suburb of Chicago and we stayed one week and barely scratched the surface of fun things to do.

Sams property was amazing! The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The location is close to everything you could need from relaxing at the beach to groceries and shopping! The check in/out process was seamless and the information that was provided on the property and area was so helpful! Sam was also great to deal with from booking all the way to checking out, Can’t wait to stay here again!

So amazing!
The villa was clean, beautiful, well equipped, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. It had everything you would need including bath products like soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q-tips, cotton balls, and lots of wash cloths. Big umbrellas too. Some rentals do not include those extras. Bed was really comfy and the fan was incredible (I am a fan snob and would have sacrificed the security deposit if I could have gotten it home). 😁 We walked to coffee shops, restaurants, Safeway, and Whole Foods. Felt safe at all times. The dedicated parking spot was much appreciated. We had a Toyota Pathfinder SUV rental. It was a tight fit, but it fit with both doors and the back being able to open. My only regret was that I did not get to cook on the fabulous gas range. The restaurants were so plentiful and the food so good we did not cook in. Maybe next time. Sam was a wonderful host. I had a special request due to a detergent allergy that he nicely accommodated and my husband left a camera charger that Sam returned to us by mail. Very available and responsive. My only suggestion is a lighted magnifying mirror for us still vain middle aged chicks who wear makeup and contact lenses. We travel quite a bit. This villa is tied for my top spot with a penthouse in Paris with an Eiffel Tower view. Both were equally fabulous! Thanks Sam!

Great Location and Wonderful Accommodations
I stayed here for several days while visiting my daughter who attends UBC. The location is perfect and is close to several restaurants and coffee shops. The location is also much closer to UBC than most any hotel in Vancouver. The accommodations were first class and getting in and out was simple. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting a great location and experience.
