20% discount for 7 night and longer stays and 50% discount for 30 night and longer stays.
Our home is located in the prestigious and serene Pacific Heights neighborhood with a short walk to 4 great neighborhood streets: Fillmore, Union, Chestnut and Polk. Walk just a little farther and you are in the Marina enjoying the beach, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the action of the Bay. The house has a Walking Score of 95 as well as an abundance of public transportation options.
Our home was renovated in 2018. It is a 1800 sqft full floor flat located in a 2-unit condo building, owned by the same family. The flat is very well-appointed and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, formal dining room, and a gourmet kitchen.
All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and bedding. Master bedroom has queen size bed with en-suite bathroom, bedroom #2 also has a queen size bed, and bedroom #3 has two twin beds that can be combined into a king size bed upon request. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a hallway bathroom. There is a large balcony outside the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom #2. A portable BBQ grill is included on the balcony.
On top of the building there is a roof deck with generous seating area, large dining table that accommodate eight people, over sized build-in BBQ grill and a large sink, everything you would need for a family gathering with a spectacular of the city and the bay.

The Neighborhood
Pacific Heights is a historic neighborhood in San Francisco. Home to many of San Francisco's Victorian and Edwardians, you'll get stunning views of Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge, and the San Francisco Bay as you travel up and down the hills that make my neighborhood famous. Centrally located, Polk Street is 2 blocks away, Fillmore, Union and Chestnut Streets are all within walking distance. All are filled with countless restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutiques. Downtown SF is a 15-minute drive, Fisherman's Wharf is 10-minutes away, and the Bay is mere minutes away.
Getting Around
There are plenty of public transit options nearby for that authentic San Francisco experience. Upon request, I will have 1 garage parking space for you if you're driving in or renting a car. Driving around San Francisco is the fastest way to get across town but parking can be scarce and difficult with all the parking restrictions. Parking garages aren't economical and charge up to $15 an hour. Uber/Lyft are economical and fast. For parties for less than four people, they're my recommended mode of transportation.
It’s an easy drive over the golden gate bridge to Muir Woods, Pt. Reyes and Golden Gate National Recreation Area and the Sonoma and Napa wine country.
Guest access
Guests will be given the location and code to the lockbox three days before they are due to arrive.
Guest interaction
I am available for any questions but I intend to give my guest's their space.

This was a perfect location, and an excellent condo. Totally spotless. Communication with the owner was easy, as were check in and out. There’s one indoor parking spot and lots of easy to find street parking. The mattresses were soft, but everything else was completely perfect. I would 100% stay here again.
Only 2 things I would point out:
- it’s up a few flights of stairs, and no elevator (something to consider if you have lots of heavy bags - but also totally safe to leave your bags in your can in the garage)
- the laundry is shared - so you can throw your stuff in the dryer and leave and visit for the day - so we didn’t find we were able to do wash

Great location, immaculate property, nice roof deck.

The location of the property is ideal. Clean neighborhood and the home update and very comfortable.
Short drive to golden gate park to the west and a short drive to the downtown district to the west.
Perfect location and a great vacation home.

The home is located in a prime spot, with easy access to all local attractions. We had a conference downtown and this place was a short ride. Very clean and updated. Serena did a great job with any questions we had.

Great stay, great house.

We enjoyed this PAC Hts townhouse so much! The residential location is ideal for walking with a nice market and CVS within two blocks. Thanks to Serena for her flexibility and speedy responses!

Beautiful property in a great location. Friendly and helpful host. We were a family of 7. One had to sleep on a cot (very comfortable) in the living room. The living area was fairly small (seating for 6), but did not affect us at all. As a VRBO owner and manager of several properties and having stayed in VRBO properties across the country, this property, for the cost, missed on small details. No coffee provided. No one wants to buy a pound of coffee for a 3 day stay. No paper towels. No plastic or travel cups. Beautiful deck outside the BR, but no chairs provided to sit on. When traveling with a family, it is nice to have the small things that make traveling comfortable without having to pack them on a plane.
For the SF traveler: if you have more than one car be prepared for some hassle. I found no properties that could park 2 cars. One car has to be parked on the street. 2 hour parking during the day. I was unable to get into the local parking garage, it was always full. I found a place a mile or so away and paid $50 for 24 hours. This situation appears to exist in most of SF. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I had a $75 parking ticket for not having wheels turned the right way on a grade.

Spent a great long weekend in San Francisco. 4 adults and 2 older children. Apartment was bright and airy with excellent kitchen and dining room. Large enough to accommodate a party of 6 with a full size sitting room to accommodate 10 people.
Location is perfect with access to multiple restaurants and sores all within walking distance.
Happy to rebook for my next stay in San Francisco.

This vacation rental was PERFECT for our needs. We took a business trip and shared the home amongst three colleagues. Everyone had their privacy and the location couldn’t be beat. Check-in details were very clear and communication with the owner was great. We couldn’t be happier with this experience!

My colleagues and I were in the City for a week long conference and we were all overly impressed and wowed by this amazing home. The pictures do it no justice! The attention to detail in the decor and overall comfort was an amazing way to end our days of non-stop conferences and workshops. Also, this home is right in the heart of the City, making it very convenient to get around and explore all the City has to offer. Lastly, our host Serea was the best! She was very attentive and always responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely be booking this listing again the next time we are in the City.
