Maravilhoso hotel

TUDO ! Desde o hotel desde a piscina da simpatia do pessoal , do pequeno almoço e da variedade que todos os dias houve 5 estrelas a tudo . Sossego tranquilidade muito muito bom muito acessível a pé da zona mais movimentada com vários restaurantes á volta .

Buen sitio con cosas a mejorar. Poca intimidad.

Estaba nuevo, habitación amplia, piscina, aparcamiento y buen desayuno. Cerca de la playa.

Los propietarios y sus niños incluidos, hacen uso de las instalaciones (piscina incluida) y están por la instalación permanente, restando intimidad a los viajeros. Nosotros reservamos habitación para 4 personas y no hay aire acondicionado en segunda habitación.

Ksamilde kalınacak güzel bir otel.

Kahvaltıda domates, salatalık, kruvasan, kek karpuz, kavun, peynir, 2 çeşit reçel, bazı günler pişi, bazı günler krep, göz yumurta vardı. Oldukça yeterli ve güzel kahvaltısı var. Kahve istediğinizde hazırlayıp getiriyorlar.

Biz ailece oteli çok sevdik. Tertemiz, pırıl pırıl bir işletme. Çalışanları çok ilgililer.

Ci siamo comunque trovati benissimo, soggiornato per 3 giorni. Consigliata come struttura per la posizione , prezzo e ac

Ottima posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e anche dal centro paese. Piscina bellissima, camere pulite , con terrazzo spazioso. Parcheggio in loco, colazione normale, personale molto accogliente, gentili e disponibili.

Non c’è il bidet, terzo posto con la poltrona/ letto un po’ piccola e scomoda anche per il condizionatore sopra la testa. Non c’è l’ ascensore e nel bagno la doccia essendo aperta si allaga un po’ tutto.

Lovely getaway in Ksmail

The view from the rooftop was great, the family who run the hotel seemed lovely. And it's in a walkable location to bars, restaurants and the beach.

Slightly off the main strip but not too far at all and was kind of what we were looking for anyway.

Big comfy room and terrace. Good free breakfast. Supermarket next door. Big parking. 10 min walk to center area

Difficult to find some employees to talk to and ask for room cleaning. 3 floors, no elevator.

Superb

Family-run hotel with very friendly staff, nice breakfast on the terrace though the view from the terrace is not breath-taking because of the hotels having being built around (not the fault of Summer Point of course!). Location is pretty ok as well, I was afraid that the route to the beaches and town center will be worse and distant but it was just right to have a nice walk in the summer night :) Good WiFi connection.

The only thing that is worth to mention was that twice out of four days we stayed the water was cold when we were having a shower at around 8/9pm. It wasn't freezing or anything that would make us complaining a lot as the nights were warm, though this is something that the owners can think of improving. I assume if there are more people in the hotel the warm water may be running out unless it was a general water emergency which I don't know about.

Value for money stay

Brand new property with all facilities. Breakfast was great with all varieties and view from restaurant was amazing. Lady receptionist was very helpful and always available to support.

The best place to stay in Ksamil!

We recently had the pleasure of spending a few amazing days at a this beautiful place that truly exceeded our expectations. The stay was an absolute success, and we are completely delighted with the experience. We even extended the stay with two more nights. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the warm welcome we received from the receptionist Monica. She were friendly, accommodating, and truly dedicated to ensuring that we had an unforgettable stay. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and it was evident that the she genuinely cared about the guests' comfort and satisfaction. Also the owners parents, who lives in one of the apartments, and help with maintaining and breakfast were so kindful! They took care the guests as their own family. The location was also ideal, with stunning views of nature and convenient proximity to local attractions. I took the opportunity to explore the area and was not disappointed by the beautiful landscapes and exciting activities available nearby. Such as good restaurants, cafes and beaches! All in all, our stay was an absolute dream. From the hospitable atmosphere and comfortable accommodation to the great homemade breakfast with love, we had an experience that we will remember for a long time. we are so so satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience. Probably the best place to stay in Ksamil, close to everything and but still hidden and not noisy.

Great place to stay for a relaxing break in Ksamil

We loved staying at this hotel. It is extremely well run by great staff who are friendly, welcoming and efficient. The hotel is super clean and modern, and in a quiet location , just a 10min walk to beach and many good restaurants. We were offered delicious breakfasts every day served on rooftop dining area with view across the town towards seaside. Special thanks to Nikolai and all the staff at Summer Point for looking after us so well. We would love to return in future. Pat and Al

Ksamil

The entire hotel is new, well equipped and even with a small "kitchen" inside of tbe room (we didn't use it, but can be useful for other people). The breakfast is at the terrace and its a quite nice buffet, specially for a not so big hotel. Inside and outside of the room, very well decorated.

An amazing experience and as described

Everything was amazing and as described, the rooms were very spacious and were cleaned very well every 2 days. We had booked two rooms and the twin room had a very nice balcony so did the other room but a smaller one. Breakfast was served every morning with a variety of things to select from and it was in the roof of the hotel so it had an amazing view of the ocean and the mountains! The people there from the cleaners till the owner was very polite and helpful in every way, they made our trip 10x better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Ksamil. Everything was in the price range we paid for.

Everything was amazing with the property, the only thing is that we had to walk 5 minutes for the nearest beach and it end it up being very cramped so we went to another beach which was nicer but we had to walk 10 minutes for that one.

Nice hotel with some room for improvement

Nice new hotel with a lovely rooftop terrace and a lot of potential. Clean rooms, parking possibility and close to the beaches. Good value for price.

Staff spoke 0 English so they couldn't help with anything. Rooms didn't get cleaned during the stay and for breakfast they didn't have coffee.

Quiet and modern hotel which is close to the hotspots of KSAMIL

Very modern hotel. In a quiet area but still close to the beautiful beaches, the city center, restaurants and supermarkets. All in a distance of 5-10 minutes of walk. Very good breakfast and friendly / helpful hosts. The helped us every time if something was missing in the room. Perfect internet!

A lot of mosquitoes. Every window has mosquito nets but the rooms were still full of them. English knowledge could be better. It would be helpful if you can recommend your renters some secret places / informations about restaurants, beaches etc. International TV would be nice. The window in the bathroom is to small - it is not possible to get fresh air into the bathroom.

Cheaters: they cheated me and Booking 3 times. Booking returned me €500 for them!

I was “excited” of lightness and ease with which the hotel owner deceived guests. The hotel corrected the description of the room and changed 60 meters to 50 meters in the advertisement settings. But it forgot to make a correction in the text description of the room. You could say that it left evidence of its fraud. But, of course, there are no even 50 meters in the room. Please see attached images!

We had ordered a family room of 60m2 for 6 days. It costed €500. We arrived on the day of check-in. Boy at reception asked to pay immediately by credit card, and we did. After that we were taken to the room. When we entered the room, we realized that the room we saw was not the room of 60m2 for €500, but another room of 35m2 worth €240 from another advertisement (September price)! We called the owner asking for a refund. The owner began to assure that the room had 60m2 and that the photographs were real ones of that room. We asked him not to cheat and return money. The owner said that he could not return money immediately, because if he cancelled himself, he would go to the Booking commission and got a fine. Therefore, I needed to cancel the booking, Booking would confirm the cancellation, and he would make a refund within 48 hours. OK. We packed our belonging, in a hurry found another hotel and went there (even before the our official check-in). The next day, we wrote to Booking to find out whether the refund was in progress. Booking said that, for its part, it confirmed the cancellation of the reservation and now the hotel must make the refund. Booking made a phone call to the hotel and the owner assured that he was confirming the cancellation and that money would be returned within 2 hours. No money was paid back! I began to write to Booking with a proposal to go to the room and measure the area of the room with a tape measure. If there was a significant difference (I'm sure there was difference of 40-50%), then I could ask Booking to impose penalties on the hotel. Booking asked me only to provide a video of the room. Booking called the hotel. That one already insolently began to refuse to return money. The support operators asked to wait 24 hours for the manager to make a decision for our situation. A day later, we were told that Booking confirms the fact of fraud and will refund money from its pocket.
