Hi! Welcome to Coyote Ridge! Your group gets the whole 4 acres, the whole house and alllll the amenities! Everything is private, well stocked, and ready for some fun! Our base price includes up to 10 guests and we have a full time local property manager to assist with any needs :) Pool, Hot Tub, Game room, fire pits, large covered pavilion, pond, games… we can go on. Numerous repeat renters make this their second home each year :) 5 minutes from the lake! Come and try us out! Only 45 minutes from Dallas!

House sleeps 20 in beds with use of 3 pullout sofas but there is room for more if needed. If you have more than 20 guests send us an inquiry and we can discuss.

Please do not include the first 5 children age 5 and under in your number of guests- we do not charge for them. If you will have guests arriving only for use of the facility during the day please note that we do charge a small fee for them as well. This is because with large groups it costs us a lot more in electricity, septic space, wear and tear, supplies, cleaning, and amount of trash. We had family reunion here for the labor day holiday weekend. We had 20+ herr at the house on any given day and there was plenty of room and stuff to do. We had an infant and few others kids between ages 4 and 13 that really enjoyed all the amenities. The adults enjoyed the breezeway. There was so much room our group had plenty of space to stretch out. We will be back!!

Excellent vacation stay. Property was exactly as described. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Very comfortable and the property was well supplied. Host was extremely accommodating and was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home.

Loved the property. Will stay again.
Unfortunatly, during our stay we had no internet due to a broken delivery line. It was not the fault of the property, but it would have been nice to have a backup service.
Also, would have someone adjust the ac venting balance. Two of the bedrooms did not receive enough cooling to be comfortable.

What an amazing place to have a large group stay. There is plenty of room for lots of people and you don’t ever feel like you are on top of each other. We enjoyed our stay, the pool was a relief for the hot weather, games entertained the younger adults and the older adults were able to relax.

Amazing place to stay! We had our wedding over the weekend stay. Sadly it stormed pretty bad the day of and blew everything. But we were able to move it inside, and it turned out beautifully. Plus there is so much entertainment inside that everyone had fun. The rest of the weekend was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was still chilly. We enjoyed watching the birds while in the hot tub. We have already talked about renting it out again in the future. Could not of asked for anything more.

8 adults/2kids under 6 (+ 3 dogs)The place is great for a large group. Plenty of room, several tvs, big kitchen, 2 refrigerators, fireplace, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, darts, nice sit down bar area. Located away from town/neighbors- which is really great as our group can get loud. Its well stocked with towels and paper goods , the kitchens big and stocked as well. We have stayed here before and will be back

This property is perfectly setup for our group of 14 men. Lots to do and several new features this year. We met the caretaker upon arrival and he was very helpful.

I shared these concerns with the owner so hopefully they are addressed but I still want to share our experience as renters. The property was very dirty when we arrived, filthy to the point that we had the pleasure of disposing of two dead mice within 24 hours of arriving. The bathrooms were mildewy, grimy, and one of the toilets was not adhered to the floor. Bugs were a constant issue, hornets and wasps were rampant at the pool/patio area, the sitting area for the hot tub, and the outdoor covered areas. Safety issues include exposed electrical inside the house, hazardous chemicals, and no deadbolt on the primary door. We had small children in our group so we were constantly worried they would get in to something harmful or wonder outside on their own since we couldn’t lock the door from inside. All in all, if we had not been a party of 4 different families that had each traveled several hours to be together, we would not have stayed, we would have left. Unfortunately we did not feel our large group had an alternative in the area.

Enjoyed spacious living space, played pool, ping pong, darts and fished. Caught & released 3 bass from the pond. Indoor AC made it comfortable to enjoy preseason football. Will return again.

We rented this property specifically for the pool experience and sadly disappointed due to the above ground pool being replaced and not ready to be enjoyed the first day of our stay. We live two hours from this property and was contacted by the property manager two hours before we departed our home to travel to the property and was informed that the pool had been replaced due to damage by a contractor that had beefed doing work at the property but was told that there was a temporary pool setup to use. When we got there we noticed that the temporary pool was green and not usable. Our second day of our stay we were able to use the replaced above ground pool after sweeping and cleaning it twice ourselves. Probably won’t stay at this home again.

Our group consisted of grandparents, parents, adult kids and a 5yr old grandson. Everyone had a great time playing pool, ping pong and air hockey! We were in town for a wedding so didn’t have much time for hot tub and fire pit but both looked very inviting! Plenty of tables/seating for large group dining and enough room to spread out and relax!

Warm fires, a mantle with our stocking hung, a perfectly placed bar, a kitchen big enough for 5 people to cook together comfortably, and a great outdoor space for corn hole tournaments and an epic gel blaster war. We held our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at this location. It was a great space for that! It was cold outside and so most of the folks decided to stay inside. There was plenty of space and the pool table, ping pong table and air hockey meant that everyone was having fun! It was a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in front of the fire place or the fire pit outside.

This property was awesome, I hosted the groomsmen and their plus ones for my wedding wedding weekend. We had an incredible time, property was clean and rooms were cold. It was awesome, will be back and would rate my stay 5 stars!

The house and property was beautiful and plenty big enough for our group of 13 for our 1st time to Texas. The property manager was great and was there to answer any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again.

The house is very spacious and it property is private as described but that’s all that it really offers.
We weren’t able to use the pool or the hot tub and from the looks of the property it hasn’t been used in a while.
The fridge on the patio was dirty and most of the living spaces in the house was dusty as well.
The kitchen had ants all over the counter tops all weekend long even with constantly spraying bug spray. I reached out to the owner and after my back and forth conversations Friday night I never heard from them again.
The main reason we booked this property was because of the pool and hot tubs neither of witch we were able to use. The hot tub was bone dry and dirty/dusty as well as the-area around it.
We had folks come from as far as California so it’s wasn’t like we could leave.
I think what got us the most was the no call back from the property owners. You would think they would have at least made sure we were ok or give an apple explanation of the issues with the house.
The pictures they show on the site has tobe at lease 4-5 years old.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as a stay.

Coyote Ridge in Mabank Texas.
We stayed here in 2019 and enjoyed the property so much we came back. One of the many things we like is being out in the country with no nearby neighbors. The kids can yell, scream, and have fun, and we will never bother the neighbors, because they do not exist.
A huge space, with an extra-large deck, and above ground pool. We bring three tent canopies to provide shade on the deck (highly suggest). We like the large kitchen and the dining table. For activities the pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and card table are a great bonus.
Suggest the owners update all of the images on vrbo. They have made a bunch of interior improvements and many of the images are pre-2019. The manager is very quick to respond and assist. That is a plus.
For large families, this place has it all. I'm just guessing, but we will come back soon. Thanks Coyote Ridge.

Wonderful Getaway!!
Coyote Ridge was the perfect getaway for our large size family! Made some beautiful memories. Secluded area with lots to do, keeping everyone occupied. Pictures don’t give house justice. Kiddos LOVED the pool, adults the pond for fishing, teenagers the many tv’s available to catch a quick show. Game room was amazing. All around a home run!! Thank you for letting us use your home to spend some quality time together & make great memories!

House was great, owners were easy to contact and very helpful. The hot tub and some led lights were out but owners were going to fix asap. Great for a multi family stay. Pool and pool table were a hit for our family. Fire pit was nice to make some s’mores!

Perfect wedding
This property is perfect for a weekend stay with family and also a wedding!! We had the best little backyard party reception with a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony. Our experience was great. The pictures do not do this property justice. The layout of the house is cool. All amenities and little details were thoughtfully provided. The host was informative and communicative. Beds are comfortable. I had the best birthday party.
