Location is in Princeville. This is not a Vacation rental by owner-VRBO. It’s a timeshare. It is a 3rd party rental so when I checked in, they couldn’t even find my reservation. Prior to my arrival, I had called the number on one of 3 different emails and the line was disconnected. Vrbo doesn’t handle this reservation. They simply charge you the $79.00 to use VRBO to book. It is great they don’t charge for all the other service fees but they aren’t doing anything for you. I’m not even sure if I was protected by using VRBO which is why I used them to begin with. Btw, I own 2 permitted vacation rentals on the north shore. I always have my cleaners do a wipe down if my houses have been unoccupied. While it looked clean, when I ran my finger on top of bureau, there was a visible dust.
I got what I paid for, I guess. Oh, make sure you aren’t put into a unit closest to the main road , although you don’t have a really have a choice. It was constant traffic into the evening past 9pm. Once the new 1 Hotel is in full operation, it will only be much worse.
Again, you get what you pay for.

Very nice condo! So spacious and comfortable. Location was not great.
The property was lovely, the actual condo we had was so big and roomy. We could hear the people that were above us, that was not great. We had a huge cockroach in our bed one night, that was awful. We had a hard time enjoying the hot tub as it only could hold 6 people comfortably and that was disappointing. The front desk people were very knowledgeable and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the property was beautiful. The location was so far away from our activities that I feel like we were in the car too much.

Maggots in condo
We had maggots in our room during our stay, I reached out to the receptionist to please send someone to clean them, they said they were, waited an hour and no one came. Had to sleep through the night with animals in my condo. The next day I had to personally go to the front desk and ask for someone to come clean. Unfortunately ruined my stay.

Shabby not chic
Really good pillows were the highlight. The Wyndham staff who oversee this property were great and helpful. But the property itself is a bit shabby. Think rotting porches and outdated furnishings. We were also surprised that the sleeper sofa was in the main room, not a bedroom. Make sure all food is in truly airtight containers or invest in ant traps.
