The place was quiet, and peaceful. Everything were well organized, and easy to access.

Nelson is a wonderful community, and this property is ideally located -- close to downtown, grocery stores, and nearby hiking. Shared bike/ped paths were also nearby for quick access. The unit has a couple of bicycles, and we used these as our primary in-town transportation.
The kitchen is well equipped with a good complement of appliances. The garden is a quiet haven with lots of flowers, herbs, and fruit trees. This place is a great find!

We've just returned from a 3 night stay at Nile Court. We booked as the information stated it was pet friendly and it didn't disappoint.
The accommodation was perfect, with several enclosed small courtyard areas meaning it was safe for the dogs to run round freely. There were all the kitchen utensils you need if you plan on cooking your own food (as opposed using cafes/restaurants). The Cathedral and City Centre is a 10 minute walk, meaning we didn't have to use the car often. We really enjoyed out time here and wouldn't hesitate to book next time we're planning on staying in Nelson.

This has been our go-to stay in Nelson for a number of years now because we are able to bring our two miniature dachshunds. As usual, the place was well appointed, clean and tidy with modern appliances and a glorious shower. Central to amenities and handy nearby places to walk the dogs. We’ll be back.

This house was ideal for us in a great location. It was easy to find and the lockbox worked as described.
I appreciated the use of the washing machine/dryer and I used one of the bikes to get coffee from an excellent spot up the road.
I would book this property again.

Excellent accommodation, with everything you'd ask for in a kitchen & home away from home. But, importantly, the Queen bed mattress is lumpy and each side depressed in hollows & I couldn't sleep there. So I moved to the 2nd bedroom, single bed, also an old mattress but more comfortable.
A couple of the dining chairs were unsafe had been glued together, but that repair had separated. Should be discarded before someone is hurt!!
The washing machine was in dire need of a thorough clean out. The centre 'stalk' caked with deposits & soap dispenser full of black mouldy soap powder. Yuk!
Otherwise, this spacious town house is immaculate and we appreciated that the absentee owner's generosity in leaving so many provisions and good china, glassware etc., for guests' use.

Comfortable house in convenient location
Pleasant and well-equipped house. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the barbecue and all the outside areas because of dreadful weather!

Good location
Good location, lovely home and outdoor area with bbq. Has every thing you need. I agree with others about the double bed needs a better mattress, and found the place needed a good dusting especially the bedrooms under the beds, louvre doors and skirtings

Great accomodation for a small family
Awesome location for activities up into the hills and valley, and convenient to be able to walk into town for dinner. Handy having a garage to store our bikes. We appreciated the bach being dog-friendly. Enjoyed our stay and have rebooked for the following year. Thank you.

We were so happy here and will come again.
Lovely home, very clean and everything you could want or need. The garden is so lovely and the outside table and chairs are very good quality. The garden is totally fenced and secure and we could bring our two Border Terriors, Archie and Ruby. Lovely big comfortable bed too!

Long Weekend Away!
I arrived with no real expectations, for a long weekend of catching up with family and friends. I was very pleasantly surprised, not only with the ease of the process, but unlike normal motels, was happy to spend time at the unit. Reading a book out in tha garden in the sunshine was just as much a feature of the weekend as everything else was. Highly recomended

Fantastic in Every Way
Beautiful wee home although older is bigger than it looks and has a lovely enclosed and secluded back yard. So many extras supposed and was so so clean, spotless. Brilliant location for walks up and down the river and various gardens. I cannot say enough about this home it’s ideal. Oodles of hot water, great shower. Warm and cosy. Plenty of fire wood and a heat pump and night store heater, King bed was so comfortable. Great communication. Will definitely stay again.

Great Place
This is the third time we have stayed at this property with our family and dogs. I thoroughly recommend it. It has a fenced yard for the dogs and a fire and heat pump to keep the house warm (so comfortable in the winter and when it rains). It has a well equipped kitchen and is in walking distance to town

Great break
A compact tastefully furnished holiday home we’ll located for easy access to Nelson eateries, the Maitai River and bush walks. Recommend the mattresses be replaced otherwise faultless.

Home away from home
I had a lovely stay at this premise. It was a home away from home whilst on a work trip. The extra attention to detail including local shops, takeaways, arts and heritage and tourist destination information was a real treat. Located within walking distance to the main shopping centre it was a real treat to enjoy the beautiful weather. Private location, with wonderful gardens.

Perfectly Positioned Property
What a fantastic holiday home. A minute from the river, just a short 10 minute walk into the Centre of town. The house is equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The wrap around garden providing a dog safe space, privacy and produce. We had a fantastic time with our teenage daughters and small dog Jessie. We would love to come back another time.
