Stay in one of Cinnamon Shore’s exquisite first-tier, beachfront homes. Located amid the beautiful dunes of Mustang Island, it rises just across from Kiera's Pool and directly overlooks the Gulf. This amazing, three-story home features five bedrooms for couples, an unbelievable bunkroom for kids that sleeps 10, and four and a half baths! Soft, sea-inspired colors flow throughout, and whitewashed shiplap lends a coastal feel.

Barefoot Beach is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Barefoot Beach the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Lovely home and perfectly described in listing. The house was perfect for our family dynamics. Well laid out and everything we needed. We only had one issue, the master shower. They tried to fix it, but after several attempts we asked them to wait til we departed.

Cinnamon Shore is a great place for families! The houses are beautiful, 3 nice pools and beach access is great.Sea La Vie is a great home and well appointed. There were a couple of major issues that did not get resolved when we were there. The elevator was broken and had my husband and i not been able to climb three flights of stairs every time we needed to get to our room, this would have been a MAJOR problem.Also, the doors to the balcony of the bunk room would not lock and would open randomly. We had 8 young kids staying in there and i felt very uncomfortable with that. I reported the issue and maintenance came the evening BEFORE we left to fix it. HUGE liability in my opinion.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea la Vie at Cinnamon Shores.
Pros- plenty of room, great view from upper floor and good view from middle level kitchen and deck, very convenient to the boardwalk and pool, outdoor shower, the bunk room is wonderful for children and has so many nice details, the air conditioning works great on every level of the home, two laundry rooms, two dishwashers, and the Cinnamon Shore staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons-the shower heads in bottom floor bathrooms are very high and difficult to reach, the elevator was not working and the hose for the central vac was pulled out and on the floor when we arrived, Cinnamon Shore sent workers out to attempt to fix these things, but they were not able to while we were there

Beautiful home, excellent location! Our home for the weekend was spacious, clean and well equipped. We had some issues with the water supply (water alarm kept going off, and the hot/cold faucets were switched, and no water for a few hours), but owners were quick to respond

Outstanding, spacious home that is perfect for families to share. One of the best locations in Cinnamon Shores (across the street from the community pool). One suggestion...the large living room has a tiny TV. For this size living room, a larger TV is a must.

We arrived knowing lots of rain was in the forecast. Fortunately there were some nice breaks and we went to both the beach and the pool. 15 of us! 8 adults, 2 teens, 5 children, 2-9 years old. We played games, sang songs with our banjo player, watched football games and a movie, and thoroughly enjoyed being together. Sea La Vie was the perfect size for our family.

Cinnamon Shores is our favorite spot for our yearly family vacation. We stayed at Sea la Vie this year. We have a large family and always need the extra room and space. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the 3rd floor. You can see the water from the second floor. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. However, the house does need a few things such as dressers in the bedrooms and beach towels would be great, or at least say “bring your own.” Also, the refrigerator is broken and another refrigerator was brought in and places in the kitchen which took up extra room. The house needs a little attention and updating. We had to call Cinnamon Shores several times for maintenance and pest control for ants. They always responded promptly and tries to fix the problems. It’s hard to fix the needs issues while renting it week to week. Maybe a little time between rentals will allow all the issues to be resolved. We loved our trip and time together and have already booked another house for next year!!!

Was fabulous.. That is the 3rd time we have rente that house.. I love it. It is gorgeous, well planned and the kitchen is better stocked than my kitchen at home... Cinnamon Shores itself seems like it is much better run these days. Don't know if they got new management but the process of check in and out, golf carts and beach rentals was much easier to navigate... We will be back!!

Great vacation! We've already booked for next summer. It's difficult to find a satisfactory house for our large family (we are grandparents with 4 married children and 6 grandkids), but this house was perfect. The grandkids loved their large bunkbed room...thought it was the best bedroom ever. We all enjoyed the beach, pools, and various community activities. Book your shrimp boil on the beach early as that's a popular event. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they were fixed immediately. We highly recommend Cinnamon Shores to families of all ages!

This house was great for housing our large family (11 adults + 8 children). The location just off the beach and directly across the street from the Keira's pool could not have made it easier when herding our large crowd. The house was clean, the kitchen VERY well stocked (we like cooking in) and the bunk room was great for the kiddos. This was our first trip to Cinnamon Shore and are stay at Sea La Vie convinced to come back next year!

It was turnkey, and very clean and organized. Beautiful view of ocean!! Directly across the street from the pool which made it very easy to go back and forth. . Restaurants were wonderful, and loved the golf cart rental! Very easy to get around the property with golf carts. Movie night was fun! Laundry machine off master did not work. My son in law woke during the night to have a roach on his arm and they found another in the downstairs laundry room. Dont ask Four Seasons prices if you dont deliver Four Seasons property.

We took our family to Cinnamon Shores. The property has swimming pools, yards with games, concerts at night, and an accommodating staff. The gentlemen who sit out the beach chairs and umbrellas are on hand to move the umbrellas as the sun moves in the sky and the golf cart concessionaire is on site to deliver your cart.

Our family met here for Thanksgiving. The location was great, the house was decorated beautifully, and the kitchen was well appointed. Our children and grandchildren all said it was their favorite house we have ever rented. The only thing we would change would be a way to turn off the front porch lights at night as with so many windows it made it hard to get little ones to go to sleep. We were told these are on a timer set by the owners.

Great trip with three families and lots of kids. Overall, it was great. However, renters should know that the owner keeps the garage locked and there isn't a hose to wash your golf carts or beach items. So we always had sandy stuff and tents on the driveway or by the front door. There is a small shower to rinse feet. Also, there is only a tiny closet and small dresser in the Master bedroom. This was kinda a pain for a week long stay. If we come back, we plan to rent a different house.

Every year our fanily gets together for Memorial Weekend. We have been traveling to Port A for the past 6 years. This was the best by far. The community is wonderful. There was so much going on, we didnt have time to do it all. In fact, we have already put down our deposit for next year.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful! The location was fantastic! There were a few minor problems with the house - the doorknobs were loose/coming off; and the stove was a nightmare - it beeped off and on. And the trash compactor was broken so we just put a sign on it that said "Do Not Use". But other than that - the accomodations were delightful! Loved the Sonos system, the bedrooms, and the management staff. We enjoyed the smores on Saturday! Thank you!
