Good host and comfortable experience

The owner was very helpful and the dogs were very friendly and sweet. They let us use the kitchen area and it was very well equipped and clean. The room was also very comfortable, there was only a slight smell of dampness, but I think this is normal. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center, there are many markets nearby. If I come to Batumi again, I will definitely stay again. Love from Turkey :)

First time last year we stayed in a room inside the first floor of the main building, behind the solid black door. This

Good kitchen and yard, friendly owners

It was very damp (water was condensing on the tiles of the floor overnight). Lower half of the walls are covered in a sharp building material - caution required, it might scratch the skin. Our walls were also freshly renovated with the paint for outdoor use (I guess), the smell did not go away the day we left. Also we had to go several meters through the yard after a toilet or shower to get to our room

The owners are very kind people. It was like a small piece of heaven for me because I like village vibes deeply. All the conveniences are provided, nice location (not far from the center).

When I said that it seems cold in my room, the owner increased the temperature of carma and it became very comfortable for living. So I don’t have any negative feedback.

The dogs and the children

A lot of Russian deserters where staying at the guesthouse. Noisy and loud. Bed was terrible so was the garden. No door closed normaal en the plumber work was awful. The owner does not take care of the guesthouse!! Don't belief the pictures on their site.

Peaceful guest house in a busy town

Peaceful retreat in a busy town. In a fairly quiet residential street, not in the smart central area but that doesn't matter unless you are looking for that. Excellent kitchen with everything you could need, lovely, leafy patio area.

Mosquitoes, windows have screens but enough get through. Internet not working but I think that was a temporary technical problem.

The hosts are really nice people. The property is clean. There is no problem with hot water for having a shower and locking the door. They provide tea, coffee, sugar. They have 2 cute dogs.

I don't know why inside the room I was feeling a bit of humidity, but not so much. The distance between the main sightseeing places and the hotel was a bit far for us but if you take a bus no issue. For me price was normal but we asked some other people as per them we could find a place with better price.

Authentically Georgian hospitality

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Batumi and particularly the time spent in this abode. The host was charming and her pets were adorable. Batumi is a very authentic place and this guest house is a great place from which to explore it

This is an excellent place to stay. The host is kind and everything is tastefully furnished and neatly arranged

There are a few neighbourhood dogs which can be heard but in terms of what the host can control - no complaints

Great place, a little difficult to find

Good facilities, comfortable, clean. The host was very nice and gave us the tastiest Churchkela we had during all of Georgia!

This is a family run guesthouse.Relaxed and chill host who is ready to help out and make your stay comfortable. I staid one week in this guesthouse and felt comfortable and safe. *Clean room,bed linens and bathroom *Coffee&Tea,Towels and laundery washing freely provided *Wifi signal is strong *Fully equipped kitchen for your use *Hot water presure is good *There is a terrace you can set in *There is a bus passes by the house can take you to the centre but it is a bit far to walk from there.However,for me was okey because i didn't want to stay in the very centre.
