This 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo is an amazing location in the Snowbrook condominium complex. The condo is located off the Snubber Chairlift giving you the ability to ski in or out. The shuttle (during ski season) stops regularly on the corner with direct routes to the base lodge/Village, The Rack restaurant, and the Anti-Gravity Center.
The condo's 2 floor layout gives you the ability to sleep and hang out comfortably. Plenty of room for you and your family/friends to relax and have fun. There is a full kitchen and gas fireplace. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
Don't be mistaken - This condo is not only a winter spot, but also a summer attraction. Spend time golfing, mountain biking, hiking, zip lining, pontoon boat tours, moose tours and taking a scenic chairlift ride. Please see the Sugarloaf summer website for additional information on these outings.

We have friends who live in the same condo community, so it was a very easy decision to make to rent this spot. This space was big enough for a group with multiple couples and one solo wheel, no issues at all. Very easy to get to the chairlift, just a short walk across the parking lot. The pool/sauna area was a bit confusing to utilize, but the host got back to me very quickly and we were able to enjoy a nice soak after our day skiing. A very successful reggaefest despite the rain, can't wait til next year!

Our group chose Lauren's condo for our annual Sugarloaf trip. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was great and the check-in / out process was easy

We really enjoyed a repeat stay at this condo. Sugarloaf team had us skiing on some of our favorite trails despite the challenges from Mother Nature. We love cooking in the well appointed kitchen and the ski in/ ski out location.

This condo couldn't be any better! It is very roomy, super cozy, well appointed, it's in a great location and I'd love to rent it again. There is plenty of room for everyone, the beds were amazing and the big couch and fireplace were wonderful after full days of skiing. The location is a short walk to the lift and a fun ski back at the end of the day. The only negative was the fact that we couldn't stay for longer! I'd love to go back for another stay. Lauren was super responsive which made the visit even better. This condo is a two-thumbs-up!

This is a wonderful condo! Very easily accessible and comfortable, this condo made a ski trip with a school easy. It has access to a pool, which was great for kids. It’s ski-in/ski-out, which makes coming home from a day of skiing easy. Lastly, Lauren is very knowledgeable about the area and communicative.

This is a fantastic property right off of Snubber chairlift that comfortably fit our two families of four during a ski weekend. The condo was very clean and Lauren was very prompt and responsive. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Friends Ski Weekend
Sugarloaf is a magical place. Depending on where you stay, you park your car when you get here and then you don’t touch it until you leave. This condo is one of those places, ski-on/ski-off with a 2 minutes walk to the lift/from the trail. 4 bedrooms were perfect and would 100% stay here again if/when we go back to Sugarloaf.

Sugarloaf Condo
We loved our time at Sugarloaf and our Condo. It was our first ski in ski out rental and it was wonderful. We loved the Snubber lift experience and the condo offered all the comforts necessary after a day on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Ski Condo
This property is in a fabulous location, just a short walk to a lift for the best ski in/ski out experience. There was plenty of space for our 2 families of 4. The condo had what we needed and was clean and had a decent layout. The only issue is that there isn’t a dedicated dining area. More an island half in the kitchen, half in the family room that had plenty of stools. For us it was totally fine, though. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The property was clean and fully stocked with all the cookware one would need. Lauren was responsive and easy to work with. Location is easy for ski in and out. The living space and eating area is somewhat small for a group of 8, but fine for a weekend.

Great Weekend at the Loaf
This is a very comfortable condo. Clean and spacious for 2-3 families. Having access tot he pools and hot tubs at Snowbrook is a huge plus for me and my family. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. We had a fantastic weekend. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped!
We stayed for a long weekend ski trip. We consisted of 4 couples and the bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated us perfectly. Living room was an ideal area for us all to unwind and convene after our outdoor activities. Tons of quality cookware for all the meals we made at the house! There was also a Sonos speaker for us to listen to music. Lauren was extremely responsive leading up to, during and after our stay. Our only regret is that we never had time to check out the pool... guess we have to go back!!

Fantastic location
We stayed at this condo during Feb vacation week. The condo is clean with plenty of room for 2 families. Having 3 bathrooms a full kitchen and a washer and dryer made it easy to feel right at home with 4 adults and 2 teens. The location allows you to easily pop home for lunch as well as get fresh tracks early and easy with a short walk to the lift. The skiing was fantastic as well. This was our second trip to Sugarloaf and we look forward to another visit. Thank you !

Perfect place for the annual boys trip!
Nicely appointed 4 bedroom unit. Plenty of plates, silver & knives, plus a nice array of condiments - use some, leave some - and plenty of towels! Great for annual father son ski weekend. The kitchen “table” doubles as a gathering spot for a few beers and appetizers, and the stackable stools were a good use of space. Great view of the mountain and convenient to the lift. A good value proposition.

Wonderful property for skiers with kids, for those who love to cook their own meals, and those who appreciate a great rental. Owner Lauren was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Can’t wait to rent from her again.

Good location
As advertised it is very close to Sugarloaf. It is a nice condo complex. It is well furnished. My only issue is the cleaning fee which I think is very high.

Beautiful condo
Beautiful condo! It had everything we needed (kitchen well stocked). The king size bed was even more comfortable than my own at home! Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Lauren was easy to communicate with by email.
We knew before going that the hot tubs wouldn't be working but it was still sad to see three empty hot tubs (my fav) but we did play in the pool. The games room looked like lots of fun but it was too hot while we were there.
