Eine Nacht ok, mehr definitiv nicht

Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, Spinnenweben und Spinnen mussten selbst entfernt werden. Viele Haare überall. Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Terrasse schön aber ungepflegt. Frühstück inbegriffen, aber nur eine Schüssel Dahl mit 10 kleinen Roti für drei Personen. Kein Getränk oä. Sehr weit abgelegen, 20min per TukTuk. WiFi funktionierte nur auf Nachfrage.

Very Beautiful Place to stay with fantastic Views

Excellent Place to Stay Relax and calm. Very beautiful place with a stunning river view. Superb clean and large rooms equipped a mini freezer. Comfortable bed. not too far from the main city. Parking is Available and its free of charge. The owner and the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Nice rooms with beautiful view. AC and hot water facilities available in the rooms. You can see the beautiful seen of sunrise, early in the morning from the room balcony. Very Tasty Sri Lankan home made Breakfast served to the room. Great value for money Highly Recommend for travelers to have a great experience at this beautiful place.

Very beautiful host with an amazing view. Super clean, spacious rooms with nice balcony. A/C and Hot water available at the room and working well. The river view from the balcony was so amazing. Also the view from room through the glass wall is excited. Not so far from the kandy town. Owner and the staff is very kind and helpful with their excellent service. Delicious Sri srilankan breakfast served to the room. Over all good experience and highly recommended.

This residence is an amazing place to stay with family with perfect views from balcony. The host is a very nice person ,show great hospitality and serve tasty home-made Sri lankan breakfast .

The view was fantastic, the owners were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious on the balcony 😊 we arrived late, it was not a problem at all. The beds were comfy and we had a warm shower. Thank you 😁

Really great experience. The Host and his family is really nice and do everything to make your stay perfect. You can eat at your own balkony. Diner is also possible. The view is amazing and it's not far from the city. Supermarket is around the corner.

New inn in a beautiful quiet location

Quiet place about 20 min from Kandy city center. excellent spot with river view. Everything is new and clean - showers, floors, tables, beds. Really comfortable mattress and pillows, had a great night sleep. It’s a very small inn (just a few rooms), and the host Suwimal is very helpful. After I injured my knee on a Knuckles hike, Suwimal was very kind to bring medicine from a pharmacy and give me an extra warm blanket on a chilly night.

I hoped breakfasts would be more varied.

Very nice, clean room with wonderful view for the river. Friendly and very helpful owners, fantastic dinners and breakfast. I was taken for the tour to see the most famous objects in Kandy. The place is about 9 km from Kandy, but really worthy to stay. Thanks to all family for the lovely staying in you Bed& Breakfast.

Exceptional stay

This accommodation has a view to die for of the river. The room had everything that we needed so it was perfectly well equipped. The location was out of town which we wanted and there were very regular buses on the main road into town for a very cheap fare. Very quiet location and we had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was provided and very tasty. We would definitely recommend a stay here - the whole family are very humble and very friendly. Great value for money.

Well, this place we can say a real homestay.

Everything was great. great hospitality, breakfast was amazing room was clean and the owner was following the COVID-19 rules and regulations. sanitizer was in the room when we arrived. the view was the best thing on that place Mountain range and the river was gorges. definitely recommend anyone who wanna stay.

The best homestay I've ever stay

from the arrival to departure everything was well organized. Mr Suwimal who is the owner of the property accept us with warm welcome, most importantly he was fallowing the COVID 19 health guidelines to ensure the safety of us and his family. we wanted to go to the local grocery to buy some stuff but he didn't let us to go, instead of he went by himself and did the job for us, which I never experienced until I reach this place. about the room it was clean and well maintained. bathroom was like same as star class hotel. sanitizer products were arranged in the room on arrival and he make sure it is enough for us of our entire stay and when we headed to explore the city he came along with us to make sure we are not getting in to crowded placese and first thing he was asked before we leave the house did we get the hand sanitizer and extra face mask with us. and most important thing was the breakfast which was authentic Sri Lankan Cuisine, MY WORD you can say that was real mama's cooked food. all ingredients were local healthy specially the spices as per MR Suwimal those were homemade not bought from the store. we had no lunch entire stay because of the rich breakfast. and the other thing is breathtaking view of the place whattaaa gorges view hate to leave the place it was a real treat. worth every single penny we spend on the place. and after our stay we headed to Ella and he offered to drop us at the train station with his van and it was cheaper than taxi.i highly recommend to stay here.

zero complaint. must keep the same service quality always. I've shared some of pictures with my friends and they are dying to go there.

Incredible view and super clean rooms with great hospitality

Thank you verymuch for a great stay in your place. The room was amazingly clean, comfortable beds, and incredible breathtaking view from the balcony. We really enjoyed the great breakfast and the delicious dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff ready to help at any time and their hospitality was excellent. Our stay was fantastic at mahaweli view inn. We will come back again in our next visit.

Wonderful place to stay with Great Hospitality

When I saw the photos of the beautiful views from the balcony, I knew we had found the perfect place to stay and experience from Kandy. But when we arrived, We quickly realized we had booked one of the best homestays around the world. The owner and his family looked after all of our needs and so much more. We never forget our stay here and your great hospitality for us. Walking up beautiful sunrise with the most amazing home cooked srilankan breakfast. And the stay was really valuable for money. I am sure next time we come back to srilanka, it will be impossible to get a room here when everyone realises how amazing this place is. The view from the room was spectacular! The breakfasts were lovely too.

No hot water in the shower every day. Was a good way out of kandy but didn’t bother us. A short tuk tuk ride away.

One of the best places we stayed during our 2 weeks family vacations in Sri Lanka. The room was very clean and bright, had a big balcony with amazing view. The owner and his family are very nice people. Best meal, good mood and smile always guaranteed. The location is just few kilometers away from the center - no problem to get wherever you want at any time. Highly recommended!
