Awful night stay

Location was good and clean room.

We couldn't sleep due to extremely loud music till 3/4am coming from the hotel bar downstairs. Consistent shouting and screaming from guests and staff till the early hours, fire alarm set off, and banging of doors. At one point the police even arrived due to all the noise and fighting. Didn't sleep a wink, it was an extremely uncomfortable stay.

Lovely place, check in was great! Staff so friendly and helpful. Room clean and modern. Short walk to town.

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Price was excellent Staff were great

Room was above a lively bar that was open until midnight. Although the music couldn't be heard in the room, the bass could. There seemed to be lots of talking and door slamming that could be heard. Car park was a public car park, very close to venue but out of sight. On very hot days, the room could get warm.

great location near the city centre. perfect for the Boston marathon. 4 min walk from the start. the room was small but well equipped and comfortable. perfectly fine for 1 night stay. I stayed in room number 5 and it was very quiet. staff was very friendly and very accommodating.

a bit confusing to get in first as two different entry keypads.

we booked this property as it was a half hour walk to the Pilgrim hospital, I would not recommend it as a leisurely stay

easy reach of town centre although I would not want to shop or visit the centre again , and walking distance from hospital

low ceiling in room , shower was dirty , back entrance through dark ally when pub closed , could hear people fighting in street on Saturday night

Pathetic cheap bed, springs stick in your back. Was awake all night. Light shining through door had to block door with pillows. Bed couldnt fit 2 people was small.Shower head wouldnt stay in place. Felt intimidated by immagrants loitering outside. Room very dull,needs more lighting. Door slamming all through night.. wouldnt go again very dissapointed..

The room required all necessary things ie kettle , hangers, TV, etc The bed was comfortable. Spacious shower cubicle

The room was dusty in the air. making the room smell stagnant. The surfaces was wiped but the room had dust because I could see it under the lamp in the air. The dust in room also made linen smell undress. Unaware it was communal bathroom, resulting in using toilet with previous users urine on the floor. Dirty bathroom on inside door and walls. Noisy, thin walls and could hear everything from 3 other rooms all night long. Being woken up by floorboards above me at 5:40 am with other occupants leaving early. Could also hear people using the toilet from my room.

the place was clean very nice shower with a bath we couldn’t find the place but the number we have called was answered and she was helpful and we finally got at the property.

it was good, but i wouldve liked to have had a breakfast

We are not offered breakfast so I cant comment. the room was clean, and had everything we needed

upon booking it as clear that no parties our loud noises would be accepted, however we seemed to have a room right above the bar which was extremely noisy, people shouting, and this went on until about midnight

Perfect 👌

Location was in the centre, friendly staff. Room was a double with shower and for the price was spot on. Would stay here again if we decide to visit the town in the future.
