Superb stay in a lovely villa

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. Very spacious and plenty of outdoor seating areas. The pool was lovely and the location was very good. The hosts was very accomodating and communication fantastic. Overall we had an amazing holiday and would definitely return thank you.

Wonderful stay at beautiful villa

A beautiful villa in a fantastic location, which has everything you could possibly need for your holiday and more. I particularly liked the little touches for our daughter, such as toys for the villa and for the private pool. Our hosts were wonderful and could not have been more helpful.

Beautiful house with great facilities as described and matches the pictures and the hosts were very friendly and hospita

The private pool was the highlight and was a big hit with the group! Plenty of outdoor seating aswell!

We loved the Villa. Needs a car to visit the best beaches and facilities around.

spacious with character, amazing outdoor space with a lovely pool and plenty of outdoor seating & pool toys! lots of lovely beaches within a 15-20 min drive.

the bedrooms got very hot at night (but fans were provided!)

Villa Sol y Sal stay May 2022

Lovely, well kept house with amazing pool. Nice garden area also. Plenty outside space. Owners met us and showed us round which was nice. Located well local shops..10 minute walk. For Torrevieja front its only 10 mins in car. House in a lovely quiet area.

The only downside for us was that as house is close to salt lake and the time we visited the mosquitoes were numerous in evenings leading to lots of bites. We would definately book again but just a different time when less mosquitos

If it is free, book this one!

The terras / outside place / garden! Wow what an amazing place to be! We used the outside BBQ, that was fun. We sat outside till later at night.There is light spots around the house. There is also a beautiful pool, one of us jumped in (February), that was cold, haha but fun. And if anything happens, the home owners are just 10 min. away, and there when you need them.

Our man in the family are Dutch, so long (almost 2 meters). That is with the Spanish beds most of the times an issue. There were some longer beds than normal, and no outside boarders, that also helps.

Enjoyable short break in the sun

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Everything within walking distance (restaurants, supermarket, beach) if you're reasonably fit. Just remember the mosquito repellent if walking back from town on an evening (there is some provided at the Villa).

Exceptional

Everything about this property was perfect, from the initial booking process and the communication with the owners, to the amazingly clean and spacious villa, this is a true rare find. We stayed 4 nights in December with our three young children and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The villa with everything a family needs for any time of year was comfortable for a winter visit and had so much outside usable space - it will be phenomenal in the summer and the pool is gated making it perfect for those with young children. The property is in a very quiet residential area which is a short drive from everything Torrevieja has to offer. There’s a commercial area with bars, restaurants and a big supermarket within 15 minutes walk. The property has aircon in the main room, which due to the layout of the house will easily control the temperature for the whole property. Central heating in every room, as well as a wood burner in the lounge means that it was very comfortable during the colder winter evenings. The WiFi was great which meant that the kids could be watching Netflix while we also did a bit of catching up online and the kitchen had all the mod-cons you would expect. There’s also an outside Kitchenet, which coupled with the fantastic outside space will definitely make for great evenings during the warm summer nights. It’s fair to say that we were very impressed and will definitely be booking Sal y Sol for our next visit to the Costa Blanca.

There wasn’t a toaster - but we toasted with the grill instead. There isn’t a bath, which although wasn’t a major problem, if we had been there for longer a small plastic portable bath would have made it easier to bath our baby.

The house is perfect, lovely and clean. 5 of us stayed here. Lots of seating areas outside & a bbq which is handy. The pool is a good size and always clean. The shower area is quite big which is a bonus. Having a fan in each room is ideal as there’s only air con in the main living room, which we didn’t mind at all. Only a few minutes walk to the local shop and there are pubs and restaurants around that area too. Not too far a walk from Habaneras either.

The WiFi signal can sometimes drop in some areas of the house, but this is not a major thing though. When it’s working it works perfectly well.
