If they worked on cleanliness our stay would’ve been okay.

The entire parking lot smelled like urine, someone peed on our car. The mattress was dirty and the restroom didn’t look like it was clean.

Thats the hotel tried canceking my reservation 3 times before me showing up to get it. The staff was over all bad. No where on the reservation did it say that you can only bring have 1 parking spot.

If they didn't threaten me with room termination for not picking up the phone confirminf my ressrvation same day. Ive never had a hotel do that with my 3 years of traveling

The shower had a big stain that my first thought was that it look like poop. It looked so gross I didn’t even want to get in the shower. There were also a bunch of cockroaches behind the mini fridge.

Very out dated, the beds felt like springs only.. They requested a $50 cash deposit which was weird but they did return...

Everything was okay.

The location felt safe. I saw other families and made me feel comfortable. The room was spacious.

The bathroom did not want to flush. Feces did not go away even after multiple flushes. It looked like the toilet was going to flood.

Our tenants had to check out early because of safety. They didn't feel comfortable to stay there.

Nothing. The premises was awful. No family with kids should stay here. The place is not for family. It was filthy, smelly, and inappropriate activates were happing at the premises that our tenant didn't feel safe or comfortable to stay there with her kids.

This property should not be listed in Booking.com. As a customer, I booked it with booking.com hoping they would have done the due diligence and making sure this place is family friendly.

Shower rod broken,saw roaches,had to ask for them to get daily cleaning,charged a fifty dollar deposit was not told prior to stay.room not made when returned st 9 pm one evening.

I have stayed at Bella Inn, for work, for the last 4 weeks. I feel safe and comfortable.

The staff is really nice, friendly, and professional. They made checking in and out easy. The place is really clean.

Bad, my chest still hurts from all the black mold I inhailed

The location

The pictures speak for themselves. On arrival I'm told there is an $50 cash deposit required! Nowhere was I told about this in the website nor booking.com. That in itself was a huge red flag. The customer service was bad period. The room was horrible. The door lock was so damaged it literally was coming off and would wiggle 2 inches. It was being held by a piece of small wood. The beds backboard was ripped. The bathroom reeked of black mold. Cigarettes burns on the toilet and tub. The bed was stiff and extremely uncomfortable. Told by the office, that's the best it gets take it or get a refund. I stayed because I was exhausted. I was surprised since it had a high rating thus leaving me to question all the positive reviews.
