Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enjoy downtime, meals, and together time in this large gathering space, which combines family room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax as you watch the 65-inch, Smart TV and visit with those working nearby in the lovely kitchen. It features stainless appliances, a five-burner gas cooktop with double ovens, and microwave, in addition to the large pantry. A utility room with additional full-size refrigerator adds convenience. The nine-foot kitchen island seats 12, while the large, dining table seats 12. The space also has an adjacent wet bar with beverage refrigerator and a powder room. Suits us is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Suits Us the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

This property was amazing! The organization (labels on all drawers and cabinets) was so helpful. There were many "extras" (lots of Tupperware, extra kitchen and bathroom provisions) not expected. This unit is wonderful for families with young children We had 4 under 10. Each had their own bunk with own light and TV, locker storage with a drawer for all clothes and shoes just inside the back door. The garage had numerous hooks and designated areas for a large family's wet towels and suits. By far the best equipped and family friendly property we have ever stayed at.

The house was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. Impeccably clean and well stocked kitchen. Loved that there was a carport instead of garage and we were able to park there. TVs in all bedrooms and communal areas. Great location, could walk to all pools and get to beach in no time! Close to great lawn and all activities. Will definitely be renting this house again! Only problem we had was having to wait nearly hour and half past check in time to get in due to waiting on inspection. Seems they might need more “inspectors” since we observed other families in the same boat. Pretty tough when it’s so hot with kids and nowhere to hang out waiting.

We had the most wonderful time at Suits Us with our friends. The house has the perfect layout for families with kids. And the fact that everything is labeled makes it so user-friendly! The owners thought of every little detail. Everything about the house was so comfortable, and the proximity to the beach was so nice. We cooked most of our meals in the beautiful kitchen with new appliances; what a pleasure. We will always stay in Suits Us when we visit Cinnamon Shore!

8th Summer Beach Vacation at Cinnamon Shore

The most well stocked property in a great location. We were a 2 minute walk to the two most popular pools, one which included a little pirate playground area, and even closer to the great lawn where they had s’mores and where we liked to run around in the evenings. The lawn where you can get ice cream and watch movies or listen to bands is only a minute or two further away. We had two 3 year olds and two 1 year olds and they all easily walked to these locations. The grandparents stayed in the master upstairs for a quieter escape at night and the first floor was perfect for our whole family with us in the king bedroom, our boys in the other, and our girls in the bunk bed room. There was a very small but cute living area on the first floor, too, where we could hangout and keep most of the kid stuff. We rented a golf cart which was ideal to get around and lug all of us & our things to the beach. And we rented chairs with an umbrella to make it easy. A perfect house for us. We wish there was maybe one additional restaurant and some stores in the neighborhood, but with the area still building up and CS South under construction, it’ll hopefully just get more & more fun to come visit each year. Thank you to the hosts for the clean house and for keeping it so well stocked. We had a wonderful week!

Great property, nice to have 3 king rooms with bathrooms. 2 fridges and 2 bar fridges was really nice. The bunk room had cabinets that had matching colors to bead spreads and hangers. So kids knew exactly where their stuff was. Kitchen had labeled drawers and cabinets, very organized!

We were amazed at the quality of construction, the amenities, the central location to the parks, lakes, pools, and beach. Spacious home right very close to the beach and community pool. The subdivision had live music at night, a cafe, and food access to the beach. A couple minor things: they keys we got did not work in the doors, there was no soap or shampoo provided as described in the listing and travel info provided (which actually caused an issue with our group). I emailed Cinnamon Shores to let them know about the issue and received no response. There was no broom or dust pan available. Other than these minor things - the place was fantastic and we are planning to go back next year.

We took our kids & grandkids & my sister & a nanny (14 total) to Port A for spring break! We had such a great relaxing time - perfect quality family time! The house accommodated us with room to spare! The house is just down the alley from the park where there is volleyball, s’mores and room for football or frisbee! Everyone was extofriendly! Close to the beach and Cinnamon Shore will set you a place there with chairs & umbrellas! Delightful!!! My oldest granddaughter said it was her “best vacation ever”! ��

The homeowners thought of everything! The beds were all extremely comfortable; coffee makers on every floor; nice laundry facilities; well-equipped kitchen; lots of space; and plenty of restrooms. It was a super short walk to both pools as well as a quick walk over the boardwalk to the beach. We love everything about Cinnamon Shores, and we typically like to rent a different home each year; however, this home was so perfect for us, it might be difficult to find one that lives up to this one! :) The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful!

This was our 5th time to cinnamon shores and first time to stay in Suites Us. This by far was the best house. It is centrally located to both pools, beach and playing field. We took 2 other families with us that have never been and they were blown away. The house is extremely well appointed and labeled :)! There was a total of 8 kids under the age of 6. They loved the bunk room with tvs and then they had there own living room and drink station. All the parents had king bedrooms with room for a pack n play on each. There was plenty of room for all of us. We will be renting this home again! I can not stress enough how great the home was and how much love and thought went into it. Thank you for providing a great beach retreat!
