We had a lovely break, our first in Wales as a family, and the property was just what we were looking for.
We had a very friendly welcome and the property had everything we needed.

Excellent - a perfect stay! We will be returning!!!
Wow, where to start! Our stay at this cottage was out of this world. The cottage was absolutely beautiful! The bedrooms to start - the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed on, we slept like a dream. Towels left out for us on the beds, drawers for your clothes and a clothes rail too. Bathroom has under floor heating, which was so nice in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the utensils, pots and pans, lots of cups/mugs/glasses etc. you don’t need to bring anything along. We were left with welcome chocolates, loads of brochures, and a full overview of what was available to us in the area. The conservatory is just stunning, with underfloor heating it is such a wonderful spot to sit in. The garden is amazing, there are sun loungers to use, a picnic bench, and the area is so quiet and peaceful that you can just leave all the doors open. There is enough parking for plenty of cars, we had three with us. The owners kindly provided us with a high chair and cot bed for the baby. All the instructions for items like the heating, tv, cooker etc are all left for you so you can work it all out. Dishwasher is such a good addition! You are staying on a working farm, but there is hardly any noise apart from the odd cow mooing or sheep mooing. The games room is great, there is ping pong, snooker and pool and there is a cupboard full of more games. They left loads of books, suitable for children and adults in the cottage for us as well as a puzzle for us to complete. The views are out of this world. You are very very close to the beach, you can walk it within 10 minutes. There are stunning walks right on your doorstep, short walks and long ones, perfect. The photos on booking.com don’t really give you a true idea of the stunning scenery. You are so close to the mountains, it is breathtaking scenery. Our host was wonderful, we overslept on the morning we were due to check out(we were due to check out at 10am)he told us to take our time and relax!
There is nothing we didn’t like - however some things to consider, remember to take essentials such as toilet roll. The cottage do supply this, but always worth bringing more. We got through a pack of four whilst there. Also worth noting that the garden isn’t secure for dogs. Dogs do need to be kept on lead whilst on the grounds of the farm so that they do not scare the livestock. We managed to block off the entry way, which meant we were able to have our dog run around freely in the garden. It is worth noting this, so that you can have the best of both worlds.

Absolute perfection x
Fresh fruit, milk in the spacious fridge freezer, water biscuits, Welsh cakes and a chocolate Easter Bunny on arrival. Gareth runs the farm but despite his busy schedule, he made us feel totally welcome.

Pretty cottage in a great location
Excellent location, clean, good facilities and information provided
The only criticism was that the sofas could do with replacing and to note this cottage is on a working farm with friendly staff on site
