bad address description. I was at correct listed intersection, no houses within 2 blocks matched ph

The photo of the building didn't match any home a block in 4 directions from intersection listed as address. I never slept there Because I couldn't find it at the address listed, no house number in description, I want a full refund

this place is not safe, not worth the money. it was very cramed and nasty

I hated it, i felt so unsafe. looks nothing like cture. the room was very small with 3 bunk beds and one full bed. the room was in a garage. there was no space, very dirty and poor lighting

it was located in a very unsafe neighborhood, i had to run to my car

Superb

The host was great to talk too. A quiet place to sleep for a night or so, the price is right for that one. Easy to find with the instruction givin.

I didnt think that the sleeping area was outside of the house so you need to go through the courtyard if you want to go to the bathroom.

I did not stay but I lost money due to prepaid. I asked the booking return it to me asap.

I tell the true. I did not stay in the property more than 3 minutes. I request to return my booking paid in advance. The reason is when I walked in the room which created by a mobile home. 60X12'. There are 8 beds in the room including the double bunker bed types. Room is so tight. There was no lower-level bunker bed available at the time. I could not clime on the upper bunker bed because I might slip and fall since I am a 63 year-old person. The room is so stink due to too much odors from the room itself and from the guys stayed in the room. The bathroom is horrible. It is unsanitary because too many shared only 1 bathroom and 1 shower located in the bathroom. I don't understand how many people to come and stay in a place that is even worse than doghouse. There is no power outlet in the bathroom so people can use. Well !!! after looked at the room and the bathroom I couldn't stand it. I informed the booking instantly I requested to cancel and return money to me but the booking denied or refused my request. I planned I will post in the review asap but I am so busy with life.

Bedroom is too small for 8 people to stay in. Bedroom is so stink due to bad air and no exshaut air supply and air return. Bathroom is for homeless people, not for travlers, bad, dirty, and unhealthy environment

was good price but not well cared for.

the location was good that’s why I chose this place.

it was dirty the sheets had stains on them the mattress didn’t have a protector on the bed and the floors are master needs replacing. the refrigerator was dirty with old food in it as well as the microwave. over all not clean and taken car of.

Not Booking.com standard for sure

The room was as expected.

None of the facilities worked, the sauna or the bbq. The whole patio needed TLC and a good clean. The room was not clean or service even though it specified a 9 dollar cleaning fee.

Pleasant

The price and location. Derek was a wonderful host. Getting up glue traps for the mice. The outside patio was the best part along with other guests.

The fact that we had to kill 12 mice which I took pictures of each time. You are provided with one towel and a set of linens that I had to take myself to the laundromat. The door to the bedroom was on hinges with gap at the top and bottom. The toilet paper always ran out. I can only speak of my room #1. I was not in the rooms located in the trailer in the rear of the property. A hot tub was advertised but unusable. I will not post photos out of respect for the minor child that lives at main part of the home with her father.

Derrick the co-host is always available and accommodating.

The only downside was having to take my provided bedding and linens to the laundromat to wash.

Hoenstly wasnt that satisfed with the room

There was no ac it was so hot downstairs ... and the jacuzzi didnt work it woudl of been nice to know that before i probably wouldnt of gotten that room

It’s cheap for a reason save a little more money and pay for a better place.

I liked nothing about this place.

It was one of the smallest and worst rooms I have ever stayed in. It was so hot and muggy it smelled like mold, urine and poop. There were no windows in this basement room so the hotter it got outside the hotter it got in the box room which felt suffocating. When I took a shower the ceiling almost touched my head. I left earlier because I was so uncomfortable. It was just a disgusting and small place to stay; the only good part of my stay was when I left. And I wanted to stay longer but because the room was so small, hot and it smelled so bad I left I couldn’t endure that place any longer.
