Location, interior design
Bed on the second floor, it was a little bit uncomfortable.

The stay is in an exceptional location, in the old town right in the middle of events and venues. Lovely and relaxed, a little peaceful escape from enjoying activities in Tallinn.

Location- in the center of the center. It is 2 minutes walking from the main city square. Very safe - the entrance to the yard is locked. Quiet. Warm - what is important in winter. And amazing price. Great thing they have washing machine. It is great for young solo travellers with healthy legs
Yet, it would be great from the start to understand the full picture. The apartment is really in a medieval home. I saw main stairs on the photo - and it was ok. But I couldn't believe, that the room of mine was higher, and the stairs are very very narrow and steep. Actually, it was always th thig which naturally spoiled my mood, when I was thinking about ascendance or descendance. Also - I didn't understand, that main bed was up - in order to fall asleep you have to use stairs. for my level of health and tiredness it was killing. Luckily, sofa below was foldable, so I slept there.

This accommodation is exceptional for solo or couple travelers. I wouldn't recommend it for kids just because of the medieval staircase (which was fabulous for myself, as an adult and a historian). The accommodation has all the necessary facilities: great WiFi, washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer. And it is located in the heart of the Old City! I also recommend the restaurant next door, Dominic, I ate the best duck dish in my entire life there. The communication with the host was perfect. Strongly recommend this accommodation and I hope to come back there!

In the city center but still quiet.
Poor sound isolation through the door. Could hear neighbors coming in and out.

The location is great on a beautiful hidden courtyard right in the middle of old town. We didn’t meet the staff, but they were very helpful and friendly through messaging. The room (5) was very small but we liked it.
The stairs to the upper floor are extremely steep and narrow. If you have mobility issues/disabilties or very large suitcases, getting upstairs might be difficult. I think this should be mentioned more clearly when booking the apartment.

This is a super location for spending some days in Tallinn. Smack bang in the middle of old town, it is still situated in a quiet backyard and you will hardly hear anything of the city noise.
The room is very spacious, very special because of the medieval style. It is also very clean.
The communication with the owners was flawless, they even let me in to drop my bags when I arrived an hour earlier than announced and the cleaning was not ready.
If you're looking for a quiet, lovely space in the center of everything but far enough away that you can relax, this is what you should book!
I usually try to make some recommendations for improval. Here: Two little bedside tables with a reading light would be a very welcome addition to the room, and maybe check the inventory of glasses - there was only one wine/champagne glass. No big deal, and definitely nothing to reduce the rating for!

Excellent location for restaurants etc in Old Town. Top floor flat not particularly spacious but everything has been carefully designed to fit in.
Hannah was very pleasant and went out if her way to be helpful.
Top floor flat is accessed via 500 yr old winding stone staircase. Incredibly steep, almost felt like a bit of mountaineering. I enjoyed it but you will have to be fairly nimble to get up them.

Tye location is great, at the center yet quiet.
The hosts were extremely friendly, the answer back very quickly and trying to help in every possible way.
The property was impeccable.
It had a washing machine, coffe, toiletries, towels, etc
It is well maintained,.looks recently restored.
Everything works.
The stairs to go up to the room were extremely difficult (it feels more like a ladder than a stairway). I consider myself fit and still had a hard time carrying my 5 small bags (bike panniers) up to the room.
The stairs are not only steep but very tight. If I would've had normal size luggage it wouldn't have fitted through the stairs (only carry-ons with some difficulty).
The ladder to the bunk bed is very steep as well and has thin steps,.easy to fall down when you climb up.or down. If you need to go to the bathroom at night you're in trouble. Neither the bed is comfortable.
And if you don't use the bunk bed and open the sofa bed you won't have any space to walk in the room.
I know it is a medieval house and as an experience for 1.or 2 days it is fun but this issued should be informed to the customers so they can decide if they are up to this.
I would only offer the room I stayed to young fit people for short periods of time.

Place is in the center of the city, clean. The personal is very friendly and helpful.

Super central location. Easy check-in. Very clean. Historic building.
The place is SUPER cramped. No closet to hang clothes. Barely enough room to get around for two people. The ceiling is slanted over the kitchen counter making it very uncomfortable to cook. Also very uncomfortable to sit down for meals. No oven and only a tiny stovetop. Have to share the kettle and washing machine with other apartments. The shower curtain barely stays in place. The stairs are only for physically fit people and definitely not for big suitcases. No international channels on the TV.

Great location in the old city centre, beautiful and safe courtyard, quick responses from the owner, each check in and out, and the owner kindly allowed me access again a few days later to retrieve a forgotten personal item.

Wonderful place, right in the center of the Old Town, windows overlooking the garden, quiet, good Internet. Very interesting interior. The hostess met, gave the keys, answered all questions.
the toilet and shower were behind a curtain, it was strange, but it didn't cause any problems)

This is the cutest house imaginable. Here you truly feel you're staying at the historical part of town. The place is situated in a private lane of old small houses, full of plants and flowers, like a narrow garden, with a higher plant-covered wall on the other side of the lane. Nice fresh air. The hostess is lovely and friendly, feel free to ask her if you have any questions or concerns during your stay! During my stay hot water stopped for some reason, and the hostess managed to fix this as soon as she was informed. The studio itself (number 3) is beautiful, with its white walls and wooden beams. There was surprisingly a TV as well. A mixed selection of old plates, cups, cutlery etc., a stove and an electric kettle. I didn't stay during the worst heatwave - there is no aircon but the windows are fully openable.
I cannot stress this enough: if your mobility is in ANY way limited, or even if it isn't, check in which floor you're making a reservation! Some apartments are at ground level, numbers 3-4 are located at the top of old, steep, uneven stairs. Please be very careful and hold on to the iron rail. Apartment 5 was located on top of the worst stairs I have ever seen in my life! I wouldn't climb those steps even once, let alone sleep up there (fire safety anyone?) This is my biggest concern about the house. Also, the room description mentioned a washing machine, but in fact this was located at the top of those same stairs. Other than that, could use some finishing touches (e.g. table lamps in the room - the room would be so much more beautiful in the evenings - and perhaps thin curtains) but still a beautiful, unusual little house and apartment.

Location is great. Place is clean and atmosphere is nice.
First, poor WiFi. It's working only with limited amount of websites. And that's really annoying. You can't even contact owner through booking app
Second, the water is barely warm. Very uncomfortable
It was fine for me but if you are handicap person or eldery one stairs won't fit for you.
