Our stay

The room is spacious and clean. The location is very near restaurants and shops. The owner responds quickly to my queries and concerns.

There's no view if you will be looking for a view.

Nothing extraordinary for its price per night, but it could be better

The location was okay, and there’s parking lot too. The one who gave us the unit keys was also nice and on time.

- AC is not capable enough to cool down the entire room. An electric fan was not an option too for nothing was available to use. - The shower heater didn’t work as normally as it should. May sumpong. - The refrigerator was not cleaned. :(

The owner gave us 1 free day to compensate for the sudden internet disconnection on our original stay. I really appreciated the integrity and dedication of the owner to provide customers with a good experience. The beds could really accommodate 6 people, and the facilities was

The details mentioned pool view but the unit was facing a wall and the pool could only be seen from the side.

Pleasant stay

The owner and the caretaker were responsive. The unit is very comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us who stayed. The bathroom is clean and not slippery which is very important coz I'm pregnant. I also thought the internet won't be able to accommodate us as we work but we were wrong. It was fast enough for us. Our overall stay was pleasant!

The beddings are soiled but it's a good thing we brought our own. I hope the owner can check this with the caretaker as it seems to be a recurring theme on the reviews. The racks where the utensils are kept are also dirty that's why we have to leave the washed plates and mugs on the table instead of putting it back in the cabinet. I think the caretakers just don't have enough time to clean thoroughly in between guests. Thank you for also replacing the cooking utensils in our unit.

Nice stay in Tagaytay

We had a nice stay @Sofia's Getaway. There's everything you need and clean apartment sa 5th floor lang. Good for 6 pax. Thanks for the stay, we had a great time.

Great location but poor service.

The room was ok.

They did not accomodate properly, no parking. I was parked outside and they cost me 300 pesos for one night only.

Very comfy ung stay namen and ate jhing was so accommodating. ♥ Mabango lahat ng beds, towels and pillow. Ready na ready ung room pagdating namen and roof deck is the best! Location was great and madaming kainan nearby na budget friendly. ♥

Cute Clean Comfortable

Clean and comfortable! Situated in the large Tagaytay Prime Residences & condotel building about 150 meters from the Tagaytay-Calamba road, the condo has a kitchen with refrigerator, a shower room, a comfort room, a sala with small dining area, a fold out couch bed in the sala, and a bedroom separated from the sala by a high (but open) divider. There's a nice, small, balcony off of the bedroom from which you can see other balconies, and the pool. We liked the kitchen water filter which produced fresh water from tap water in real time. Overall, this was a great space to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

The condo unit is somewhat far from the elevators, at the end of a long hallway. It's a bit of a stretch to say it accommodates six - three on the couch and three in the bed? There's parking (for a fee) on the 3rd floor.

I booked the wrong dates, and just realized it when we're already on our way. So thankful that the owner was kind enough to accommodate and transferred us instead on another vacant unit. The unit also had a great view of Taal by the balcony.

The caretaker was not able to meet us in the room to set up both wifi and TV. The wifi seems to be a prepaid one. Although not holding them against this as the room might not be prepared because of the sudden change of plans.
