Fabulous location, cosy with the fire.

This was a fun and easy place to stay -- so obviously well-loved over the years, with lots of family-friendly features. We loved the path to the beach just out the back gate. There's weekday construction next door, but otherwise a very private and quiet setting. The outdoor warm shower is perfect after building sand castles and the fire is cozy on wintry nights.

The beach house with large deck and back yard was a wonderful stay for my family. During the 5 days we enjoyed the fantastic 60’s styled beach house with lots of character. The house is well equipped, simple and easy to manage for 10 people. The position is magnificent with both close proximity to a sheltered beach and the wild ocean. We loved it!

A wonderful beach house that is really a proper beach house so easy to enjoy, although a dishwasher would have been handy! Deck great for afternoons after the beach & handy hot water shower a real bonus.

I was hoping to revisit my childhood beach holidays with the vibe and decor of this home- and it delivered. All of the necessities for a comfortable stay without being too high tech- and so close to the beach! Memories of a weekend stay that our family will cherish.
Thank you Felicity and family for the opportunity to experience this hidden gem, I hope we will be back soon.

We usually stay closer to Anglesea centre, but decided we’d try somewhere different this time and we weren’t disappointed. This is an older house with lots of character in a beautiful bush setting. It has the best location to Point Roadknight beach (5 min walk out the back gate). There’s plenty of inside and outside living space for six adults. The kitchen and bathroom are old, but workable. The beds are comfortable. The water hot and plentiful. The location super quiet.

We loved our stay. A one minute walk out the back gates lead to the beautiful Point Roadknight beach. The two toilets and showers were great for our big family. The addition of lego and train set were great for the kids.
The house had a great vibe and we loved it

Amazing location, comfy & warm beach house
We had a lovely 3 night stay, 3 adults and a 5yo. The house is so comfortable with everything you could need. The weather was on the cool side for us but the fire at night kept us toasty, and the quilts were quite heavy so although they looked light they kept us all quite warm. Our girl loved the train set under the bunk bed and of course, the very short walk to the beach - what a location! The outdoor shower was a godsend for rinsing little feet before stepping back inside. Thanks Felicity and family for sharing your home. We would love to stay again.

Perfect little walk down to the beach, beautiful house and enough space for friends to all get together and not feel like we were on top of each other. Everything we needed was there. Thanks Felicity!

Great location, but...
This property’s location was excellent, with just a short walk to the beach. However, because Eighth Avenue is the main access route to the beach, the traffic can get a little busy at times.
The TV had poor or no reception and when we visited there was no remote control so that was a little frustrating.
The beaches are beautiful.

Little Gem
We had such a lovely weekend at this property... I almost don't want to review it in case others love it and I can't book again! :) It easily accommodates two families. Basic amenities (no DW or aircon) but exactly the right speed for a beach getaway. Sunny deck for morning coffees and a short stroll to the coffee shop and beach! Will book again.

We’ve stayed at this property several times and always have a great time. The house is so close to the beach, has a great outside space, and is perfect for our two families.

Great break away was just what the Dr ordered. Lovely beach house close to the beach (just a couple of minutes walk). Great for families with little ones. Our kids loved the cubby and swing. We loved relaxing on the deck in the sunshine and the bright sunny windows. There was even a fireplace when it got a bit cold. Thanks for the great communication Felicity, we will be back.
