Custom home with 5 Beds & 5.5 Baths! A heated pool & spa make the backyard feel like a resort. A gorgeous kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counters & a butler pantry! 4 of the bedrooms come with private baths. The fabulous master suite has separate vanities. Relax on the patio by the outdoor firepit & BBQ. Perfect location to enjoy a round of golf, a Cardinals game, NASCAR race or Spring Training! An optional fee for the pool & spa heating during Non Summer months.
Owners are located just 20 minutes from the property and are available 24/7 via phone or text.
In the neighborhood you'll find convenient amenities such as playground parks, basketball court, a Frys grocery store, Target, Starbucks coffee shop and pharmacy stores are within a 5 minute commute. Less than 10 minutes away is The Main Event Bowling, Harkins Theatre, restaurants and shopping at Gateway Pavilion.

We have stayed at this house 3 times since 2020. It's our favorite! The owners are amazing and very responsive. Beautiful neighborhood and close to our favorite Costco. The pool and hot tub are amazing đ I can't say enough good things about the property and location. We will be back next year!

A very spacious home- great for large groups.
Terri and Devin were quick to answer our questions. The location is great and easy access.
The house though in need of some tlc and a deep clean. A few more kitchen essentials would nice - ie/ cutlery set is for 8 and the house can accommodate 12-14 people. We had paid to heat the pool and found it wasnât as warm as we thought it should be- and on day 3 discovered the gas valve wasnât actually on. Contacted them and were told we would be refunded for 1 day and we are awaiting the refund.
Overall a we had a great time - the mentioned issues didnât ruin our stay but need to be addressed.

One bathroom had not been cleaned at all before arriving. We had to clean before family could even use. Needs a major cleaning all over! was really surprised that it wasn't cleaner when we arrived. The outside area needs weeds pulled and there is a broken bench that needs removed. Pool and hot tub worked great but they both need a hand rail installed. I rented for over 2 weeks and the size of the house was great for my group.

Overall our stay was great and we try not to complain about too many things as we are on holidays and just want to enjoy them but there is room for improvement with this property for sure.

-My wife and mother spent 2 hours cleaning when we got there, owner claimed he was going to fire cleaning company but we suspect they donât even have one and just do themselves. We feel they just do the bedding and bathrooms. Faces of cabinets were dirty, light switches, floor had not been cleaned or vacuumed, etc. House needs a good deep clean.
I looked behind TV for an HDMI connection and it was pretty bad.
- Not enough cutlery for the amount of people it can hold. Short on dish clothes and towels.
- Keurig was broken when we got there and owner knew but had not replaced. We bought our own and took it with us.
- Barbecue is old and needs cleaning and drawer holding brushes etc was disgusting.
- Had issues with pool and hot tub several times while there. Remote needed recharging but owner thought we wrecked it.
- property is starting to show its age a bit and wore down a bit.
- The yard wasn't quite as pictured. Palm trees missing from pictures.
A little TLC is needed!

This place is amazing. We were in for a baseball tournament and having this place to come back to after a game was the best. Owner is awesome, great communication as well.

Family gathering for a birthday party and golf trip. This house is very nice and there was plenty of room for 8 adults. Everything worked except for a couple of burned out bulbs. Convenient location off freeway and lots of things close to house. The only reason didnât give 5 stars is that the house needs a good deep clean and carpets are quite worn and stained but after the hard times for a business like this during the pandemic years I realize they need time to make some money for improvements. We loved the neighborhood and there are great walking trails!! Thank you!! The heated pool and spa are well worth paying

we had a great time with family celebrating my moms 70th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and for the kids to play and watch movies. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids to swim all day and we also enjoyed the fire pit for smores in the evening.

Myself, my husband and five of our closest friends came down for NASCAR. This home was very accommodating for all of us, we each had our own room with bathroom. Close to track! Pool and hot tub were heated and enjoyed by all! The outside living space was our favorite. Thank you again. We will be coming back.

Spacious getaway
We enjoyed this spacious home for our multigenerational family in town for a wedding. Several people had to work remotely and they had privacy when needed. The billiard table was a fun touch, and we enjoyed the covered patio seating. The location was convenient to all of our destinations and near groceries and restaurants. Overall, a great stay!

This was not mentioned in the ad. The ad begins with saying HEATED POOL AND SPA. I asked that they reconsider as it wasn't in the original deal, an extra charge at the last minute. They said they would waive it this time. That should be an upfront charge agreed to right from the start. I asked if the pool and spa would be heated and ready to go. They said yes.
We arrived and the pool and spa was cloudy and green. Devin came over and turned the heat on and said the pool guy just put chemicals in it a couple hours ago. He said his wife told him "what we did." I said it wasn't a part of the original agreement. He said very loudly that he didn't want to talk about it. He made me feel like it was unreasonable to have it all ready. He said it takes money to heat this. Well, we paid money to enjoy all the amenities.
Some lights didn't work, Master upstairs tv remote was broken and duct taped. It was hard to get a connection bc it was in pieces. Some towels had holes, Lights were burned out. Master upstairs tub had to be cleaned out before using. Grill area was dirty. Devin started wiping it when he saw it.
The house was nicely decorated and very roomy.

About a half hour from the airport. Not too far from the ball parks. We went to Angels Park and Sloan Park. Go Cubbies!
And drove to Sedona about 2 hours.

We had a family gathering for a retirement and a group of us from out of town stayed at this house. It was perfect. Plenty of space for us all and well stocked with necessities. We were able to bbq and cook meals in the kitchen/ house and it was perfect.

Great home with plenty of room to spread out and relax -rooms and beds were very comfortable. 5 1/2 baths was nice to have. The pool was nice.as was the jacuzzi. Disappointed that we did not have any access to the garage, and had to take everything in through the front door. There was only enough parking for 2 vehicles instead of the 5 advertised. Other than just a few minor issues- we had a great visit, and would certainly visit again.
